Reviewed May 1, 2026The price. The staff was helpful with us. In the first place, the bed sheets were not clean (stains and hairs) but they changed it right away upon our request.
Cleanliness in general : commun areas, bed sheets (like mentioned above), bathroom, surfaces. There was also a leak in the bathroom of our bedroom, so the floor was continuously a puddle.

Limpieza inexistente. Lleno de cucarachas y nasa que ver con las fotos. La ducha también, inexistente. Extraños entrando a mi cuarto, escaleras para transportar el equipaje. Este hotel no califica ni una estrella, es un verdadero DESASTRE.

One of the worst experiences I had in my life. I booked a room for three people and paid close to 3000 but it was not even worth 500. 1. They gave a small room where the AC didn't work ,when complained about it they changed the room where the washroom was pathetic,there was not even enough space for one adult to stand. 2.They gave a room in 3rd floor even after booking way before but we're giving others customers who were just arriving better rooms. 3. Behaviour was also not professional.

I booked a more expensive room expecting it to be better, but it was full of mold and suspicious stains. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because my feet would get black if I didn’t. Do not recommend!
Everything was pretty bad, at least the personnel working were kind.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026A convenient location.. Loved being near Bhogal. The guys who helped us in our rooms were very nice.
Neither the TV or the air con worked. The fan made a loud noise and the sheets had not been changed. But what was most disappointing was the unwillingness of the men at reception to do something about it. They didn't seem to care. We also had a drunk man wander into our room at one stage.

Laut (von wegen Schallisolierung), dreckig und heruntergekommen. Obwohl wir unten Essen wollten, wurde uns versichert, dass es kein Problem sei, auf dem Zimmer zu Essen (es gibt keinen Tisch). Das hat dann im Nachhinein extra gekostet (Servicegebühr). Ansonsten war es wirklich nicht sauber. Die Handtücher waren obwohl sie frisch waren, noch feucht.

The toilet is an old model and has some dirt. Also the room has some dirt in the corners , above the headboard etc. It's okay for a normal person, but an allergic person can't tolerate such dust.
