Excellent location on the coast at Paraparaumu, with spectacular views over to Kapiti Island. Very nice fireplace which heated the apartment very well. Modern kitchen with good applicances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc). Spa pool.

Pretty much nothing i dislike about the place… one thing that draws my attention was how we were approached , didn’t like the attitude was honestly rude & disrespectful . The eye contact was like we were bunch of strangers

An absolute gem of a place. Beautiful kitchen/ lounge area to walk out onto the deck overlooking the beautiful Kapiti Coast. Watching the sunset and feeling the sea air is magic. Sunrise was equally beautiful...with the soft waves. Stayed in Autumn ...just gorgeous...our friends used the spa too which they said was fantastic. Host was super cool too. Thank you for our amazing sanctuary....a beautiful lil break from the Hutt 😊. Hop, skip and jump away

Location was brilliant. Seaside views and jaw dropping surrounds. Accommodation is five star with out a doubt. Presentation of the home and all essentials met our expectations and more. We would stay here again when visiting Parparaumu absolutely.

We were only a couple- so didn't mind the lack of another full bathroom. If you were staying with a family or other couples- bathroom sharing is an issue at this price.

The house was very clean, perfect location, Spa was definitely a highlight too.

What a lovely property to stay at. The view from the deck was fantastic. The spa pool was great to use and watch the sun go down. Michael the host was very welcoming.

Beautiful relaxing quiet property which is bright and spacious and has sublime views. Very well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. Wood burner was nice on a cold night. Being so close to a great little cafe was a bonus. Spa outside looked nice and very clean although we didn’t use it.

Floor is a getting tatty and needs some attention but didn’t detract from our lovely stay.

It was a stunning location looking out over the beach. Facilities were all great and very clean. Great parking, great shower and very comfy beds.

Beautiful view, comfortable and spacious. Stayed during winter and found it very warm with fire and heaters provided. Heated floor in bathroom was a nice and appreciated touch. Well equipped with everything you need. Nice shower pressure which is always appreciated when staying away from home. We booked our accommodation and caught train into Wellington for a day and loved our decision not to stay in the city! Location was beautiful. Enjoyed our early morning beach walk with the beach access.

Parking might be a little tight for larger vehicles when other apartments booked but our SUV was fine.

Beautiful views to the sea from the balcony. Lovely location. Spacious and clean. Could do with another toilet as one was not enough for 5 people to share. A window that opens in one bedroom.

A bit of thought towards the driveway. Mum was 80 and the loose gravel was challenging. The oven was difficult to operate without markings and dishwasher as well.

The floor in the kitchen had long hair (from a hair brush?) otherwise clean

Unfortunetly the spa lid flipped open in the wind, on our return home to have a spa..it was cold. Maybe clips are needed to hold it down.

The property was lovely, it felt like home with all the touches. Amazing views of beach.

We liked the stunning location, the spectacular views, the friendly host, the cleanliness. The beach is calm and safe and the water was warm. What was a quick escape to the beach for the weekend is now a very magical memory for all of us. It was a very nice place with great facilities for 5 adults. Some of us did the escarpment walk and some did a trip to Kapiti Island and each was thoroughly enjoyed. We have come away from our stay relaxed and feeling as though we might have been away for weeks.

The parking is very difficult. Confusing layout - didn't know which townhouse we supposed to be in.

Located just above the beach the views and experience of the sea were stunning. The fire was wonderful. Plenty of kindling and easy to light. Lots of wood which Michael topped up for us. Attractive decor throughout.
