Seascapes Waterfront 2

You walk in the door and see a beautiful sea view out across the balcony and some amazing landscaping. Very modern layout with quality chattels air conditioning and a full kitchen enabling an awesome environment. Sitting in the spa watching the moon and the stars and listening to the waves rolling in is just heaven. Private access to the beach and wave watching from a private seat is a great little retreat. A covered garage for the car and bikes is just the topping on the cake. We will certainly be back!!!

Great views, but alas it was pouring with rain.

Everything in the place was beautiful. It rained all day and night, but we didn’t mind as we were very comfortable.

Another unit on top on this one so the sound of occupants walking around | above was a little annoying at times

10/10 for the view, its really sensational. Comfortable bed and nice squishy couch. Lovely deck with a spa pool (although I didn't use it). Kitchen was well equipped and had full laundry facilities. Undercover on-site parking. Did require a bit of manoeuvring to get into the park, but not too much of a problem. Host was very responsive to my couple of queries.

This is a lower floor apartment, and the soundproofing between the upper apartment wasn't great, resulting in lots of thumping and banging from the guests above, particularly with children running from one end of their apartment to the other. It was unfortunately a detraction for me. The bathroom fan seems to be on a random timer, often not turning off for hours, with no way to seemingly turn it off, it was also quite noisy, even with the bedroom door closed.

The layout, location and appointment . Really enjoyed the spa pool on the deck and being able to follow a few steps to the beach. Saw a pod of rice passing Kapiti island . Loved the view

A small thing was being unable to lock both doors to the bathroom. Could have been an issue if we were there with an additional family member

The place was immaculate and well maintained, every corner inside and outside the house was kept clean. Michael, the host, was very responsive and replied to our queries in timely manner. The unit was easily accessible for someone who relies on a walker. The view was stunning.

Location and beautiful view and jacuzzi

Amazing location and views. Very relaxing

What an amazing property. The view is stunning. We loved having some height to see the beach, and only a short flight of steps down to it. Stunning views of Kāpiti Island. Wonderful modern apartment with all the right things, and glass doors to open the space up and enjoy the breeze and birds.

Parking was pretty tricky

Very attractive, clean, bright, comfortable apartment in quiet location with sunny deck and superb views across to Kapiti Island. Nice bed linen and towels. Michael was an exceptionally helpful host.

Loved the location, waking up and seeing across to Kapiti Island, looking out directly over the ocean and the waves. The apartment was very well set up, peaceful and comfy.

Would have liked a thicker mattress protector, found mattress a bit hard.

Gorgeous, clean, comfortable. I loved the pathway down to the beach and having plenty of towels! Thanks Michael for a wonderful weekend.

The fan couldn't turn off but if you close the doors you can't hear it. :)
