Reviewed Sep 1, 2026price is reasonable because the location is very nice, many restaurant and retail stores such as 99 speedmart or MR DIY nearby. Host is responsive. The houshold essentials like tissue paper, shampoo and cutlery is provided. Hygiene level acceptable, the place is spacious so it is suitable for club to hold event or small camp there. So far not any bad experience and will consider this place again for activity or trip in the future

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026This apartment is very comfortable and looks exactly like the photos. There are three bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), and the beds are very comfortable. The sofa is fantastic, too—I really loved it; it’s perfect for relaxing while watching TV! Wi-Fi is also provided. The owner was very friendly and helpful in ensuring my stay went smoothly; it was truly worth it for a one-night stay.
A bit difficult in registering to enter the building . the security staff ask me for car park booking , since i book here on this app and i stated that this app didnt require me to book for parking but the security staff still insisted and show dissaproval gesture . But i guess maybe its because they wanna make sure the residence safety so that they have to make sure everything is good . but overall they help me with finding parking spot and such after that , so everything was good .

A strong odor (possibly from a cleaning product or pesticide) permeated the apartment and clung to all our clothes. We had to wash all our textiles thoroughly.

Reviewed Feb 5, 2025The unit was relatively new + well-designed + Fully air-cond. Good cleanliness maintained on the apartment & the unit. There were many shoplots at the downstairs of the apartment, very convenient indeed. Besides, there were many shops opposite of the apartment.
Shampoo and Toilet paper not provided and yet not being pre-informed. Kinda inconvenient as I had late arrival & for those not use to clean without toilet paper.
