El problema es la puerta exterior del bloque, q no había instrucción de cómo entrar la primera vez q llegas pq las instrucciones para el apartamento si eran claras. Pudimos entrar pq llegaron vecinos.

Great location, clean, tidy and well setup.

Nothing, prefect for our needs

Great location in a quiet residential area but less than 10min walk to supermarket and the main shopping area. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. They had prepared the sofa bed for my kids, and there were basics such as coffee, sugar, cooking oil available, which was a nice touch. Self check in wasn't complicated and worked well.

Everything was great Their additional services (shuttle and luggage storage) could be a bit more reasonably priced

Идеальное расположение. Вокзал рядом, большой торговый центр через дорогу, до центра города 2 минуты.

Хозяева объекта пошли на встречу и заселили в 13:00, а не в 16:00 за что большое спасибо!

It’s close to the mall

Great location, well equipped apartment, shower was really powerful and bed was very comfortable. Kids had pull out couch and they found it very comfortable also. Supermarkets close by.

Only issue I had was that It was very hot in the apartment and we were not allowed to open windows.

Smoking should be allowed in the balcony its very hard to go out and come back

Posizione ottima, si raggiungono le vie principali e i tour operator in meno di 10 minuti. La casa e' bellissima, pulitissima, curata, cozy, con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Super carino il balconcino. Totalmente in stile nordico, permette di immergersi completamente nell'atmosfera di questo luogo in una maniera un po' piu' moderna.

Classico bagno finlandese, la doccia non ha il separatore sul pavimento, dunque l'acqua invade tutto il pavimento del bagno. Il costo é relativamente alto, nel mio caso 400€ per una notte. Necessario avere una connessione internet per sbloccare la porta tramite un pin + website ... ecco questo mi sembra rischioso per un turista che puó ritrovarsi senza connesione in un altro paese.

Amazing stay. Very clean, spacious and perfect size for a family of 4. Shower was super powerful and the suite very warm throughout our stay. Perfect location, 10 mins to Santa Claus Village and 2 minute walk to K supermarket. They even had a sledge for the children. Would highly highly recommended.

Property is good, clean and what we expected it.

The self entrance process is unnecessarily complicated. A main door and a room door code will do better than the current version that include knock 3 three times etc. I mean it is not a ritual or sth. Other than that the accomodation is efficient.

The apartment is clean, well located (close to a shopping mall where you can find everything), has a nice space and all you need to cook. The host, Maria, is always kind and helped us when was necessary.

The check-in is a bit trickier, and you need to pay attention and follow the steps described.

Organised and guest friendly

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment during our 5-day holiday with my wife. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. One of the standout features was how warm and cozy the apartment was, even during extreme cold days of -30°C—we never felt the cold inside! We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

was that communication with the host felt a bit delayed at times, but to be fair, they were always positive and accommodating to our requests. The biggest issue for us was the key pickup process, which was unnecessarily complicated and confusing. Clearer instructions—maybe even a video—would have helped a lot. Struggling to figure out how to open the door with our bags in -20°C was not a great experience.

I like everything. The apartment for two people is really nice.

The second bed cover which it was keep inside the closet was a little bit dirty,…but at the end we didnt use because it was enough temperature in the room.

We were two kids and two adults, the apartment is large enough for several nights and has everything one needs, well equipped kitchen, hairdryer, towels. It is in a quiet location, but very close to the city center. I was a little bit disappointed that the balcony (which looks like winter garden on pictures) could not be used due to the cold. We arrived after the midnight and got in the apartment easily thanks to detailed instructions by the host, who was very responsive throughout.

It is like my home to stay. 2 nights stay is not enough to enjoy this suite. Staffs are very kind too. It was warm and all of facilities and details make my family happy. If I have a chance to come Rovaniemi again, I definitely book this suite.

location was very near city centre, around 5-10 minutes walk. Space was very clean and comfy, also host was very responsive when we later requested for late checkout

the terrace didnt have a heating system so it was quite cold there during the winter. Unfortunate that we couldn't enjoy sitting at the terrace.

Close to public transport and grocery stores. Very clean and spacious. Great value for money!

Location is very good, near the downtown. The room is tidy and cozy. A very good experience for our two night staying.

However, It is not easy to enter the main Entrance door of the building. It seems that password key-in has some problem. If the above process can be optimized, it will be better.
