Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Had a wonderful family stay at The Vanson Pride, New Delhi – Connaught Place from 14–16 September with my kids. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to the amazing staff for their warm hospitality and excellent customer service. Manager Babbu Sir was especially kind, helpful, and welcoming, making sure our family had a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—right in the centre of the city, so you don’t need to drive much. Taxis are easily available, and you can enjoy local food and find all your essential needs within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families! ❤️

The customer service was excellent—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and cosy, making it a great stay for the whole family. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend The Vanson Pride to families visiting Delhi. 👍

The hotel appears to be newly renovated, and the rooms have useful facilities such as a refrigerator and hair dryer. However, there were some disappointing issues. The room size mentioned on Booking.com was 18 sq. metres, but the actual room size appeared to be only around 10 sq. metres. The room was therefore quite small and not at all comfortable, especially for a longer stay. The breakfast timing is from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, but when we went for breakfast at around 9:00 AM, most of the food items were already finished, including tea. We were also informed that the breakfast items were brought from outside, as the hotel does not appear to have its own proper facility for cooking breakfast items. This may be one reason why the food items were not adequately available until the official breakfast closing time. Another major inconvenience is that the breakfast room is located in the basement/underground area, and there is no lift available to reach it. The staircase is very awkward and uncomfortable to use, especially for elderly guests or people with mobility difficulties. Overall, the staff and room facilities were good, but the incorrect room-size information, limited breakfast arrangements, and inconvenient basement access need significant improvement.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026המלון במיקום מעולה! ממש ליד המיין בזאר (רחוב אחד ליד), צוות עובדים נעים, החדרים היו נעימים (ממליצים לקחת חדרים בקומות הגבוהות) - יש ווי פיי ויש מקלחות עם מים חמים (לפעמים צריך לבקש מהעובדים להדליק את המים החמים). עזרו לנו עם כל שאלה שצריך לא היה רועש והרחוב מול המלון עמוס ורגוע ויש שם מוניות וריקשות בשפע.
היה קצת עובש במקלחת והארוחת בוקר מאוד מינימלית (סטנדרטית למלונות הודו - הילדים שלנו עפו עליה אבל אנחנו המבוגרים פחות)

Not really 4 star hotel as they claim, room services has to requested for every day which unusual Restaurant is in the basement and breakfast items are limited and in fact we had to wait for refill Main thing which is not good is the road leading to the hotel, ofcouse not a fault of the hotel itself, but government can improve the road which really downgrades the hotel as well

The rooms were neat, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff was cooperative and responsive throughout the stay. The location of the hotel was convenient for official work and local transportation. Overall, the hospitality and services provided during the stay were good and suitable for an official visit.
Room service response time was slightly delayed during peak hours. Additionally, better coordination at the reception during check-in/check-out would have made the overall experience smoother and more efficient.
