Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Unica nota positiva è che dopo il checkout ci hanno tenuto i bagagli in deposito e al nostro ritorno ci hanno dato una stanza per farci una doccia e cambiarci.
La nostra camera era senza finestra, una cosa per me molto negativa. Abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare stanza, anche facendo un upgrade ma ci è stato risposto che nel loro hotel le camere non hanno finestre. Rispetto alle foto pubblicate su Booking, la camera appariva molto diversa (=peggiore). Ci è stato detto che le foto sono state fatte con grandangolo e che la stanza era quella. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, viene servita in un hotel vicino ed è molto scarsa.

Unfortunately, the stay was not very comfortable. The room was not particularly clean, and the bedsheets and pillowcases were quite old and worn out. The water heater switch is controlled by the reception, so you have to inform them and follow up two or three times to get it turned on, and then wait for the water to heat up. The entrance from the main road to the building was also muddy, so guests need to be careful while walking in, especially with luggage. Overall, the cleanliness, basic maintenance, and service could be improved significantly.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast is nice. A buffet with every morning something else. We stayed here for 5 nights and i would advise to go here!

Die Bettwäsche voll mit Flecken von Fett, die Toilette wurde seit einigen Wochen nicht mehr benutzt und sehr dreckig. Da wir aber um 3 Uhr nachts ankamen mussten wir eine Nacht da bleiben und sofort das Zimmer bezahlen. Da würde ich nie wieder buchen. Die Bilder sind himmlisch, die Hölle vor Ort.

I was staying in room number 23, and the worst part is, as I was in deep sleep, there was a rat running on my hand. I had booked for two nights, but I checked out of the hotel in one day because of the hotel's condition. The location is too bad and crowded all the time too much of honking, it's really hard to find the hotel even using the g-map, it's a big disappointment other than staffs behavior. And do not choose this hotel by looking by the photos they have given in any wecsite.

Reviewed May 25, 2026The staff were very welcoming and were very happy to accommodate us. With such hot weather in Delhi upon our arrival, the aircon in the room was great in keeping us cool.
The room was not very spacious and with no windows does feel like a shoe box. The location of the hotel is in an overly busy area, so be prepared to step out into chaos.

Rooms were too small. There was no window in the room and the toilet. No ventilation in the toilet. No ventilation in the room. There was no chair to sit in the room for eating. Eating facility downstair was not good. App based taxis deny coming due to too much traffic congestion.

Buon servizio navetta da e per l'aereoporto.
L'hotel é situato in un quartiere abbastanza rumoroso. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda Della doccia (Cosa molto comune in India). La struttura non dispone Di un ristorante interno ma si appoggia Al locale affianco purtroppo non all'altezza con tempi d'attesa lunghissimi e cibo Di scarsa qualità
