Reviewed Feb 1, 2026The owner, Salmon and his son were both very helpful. They responded very quickly to any questions I messaged through booking.com. The accomodations were very comfortable, well laid out and well equipped. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

כאמור הדירה היתה נהדרת והמבנה כולו חדש. אבל המבנה קצת "קר". האזור המשותף והבריכה לא היו מזמינים ועל הגג יש אמנם ערסלים אבל אין מספיק ריהוט בשביל לשבת כמשפחה או לאכול ארוחת ערב. זו דירה מקסימה אבל יש מקום עוד לפתח את האזורים המשותפים.

It's Baja so things can be dusty. The lofts are near where the pavement ends.

Die in der Beschreibung angebene Waschmaschine ist tatsächlich ein kostenpflichtiger Wäscherei-Service. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung erfolgt ausschließlich remote und niemand ist vor Ort.

The rooms are too small, resembling prison cells with no windows, and feature cheap plastic feel blankets. The bed frame is so cheap that it moves a lot and is noisy, bouncing against the wall. I called the owner to raise my concern about the size of the room. I was surprised that instead of trying to find a solution, he mentioned that I could upgrade for an extra cost. I asked if I could cancel but he said NO. This is the low season, there were only two guests in the entire hotel, and all rooms were empty. Seriously? no desire to keep their guest happy? No chance to cancel or change room even if it's empty? To me, it means just business greed.
