Our bed had blood on it!!!!! And we only realised in the morning. No water in the sink. Doors are kept open throughout the day, plenty of mosquitos. Ac remote was not working, we got stuck with one setting. No chair to put our clothes. No water, coffee or tea for the high price we paid. Hotel stinks like donkey shit. I know i shouldn't expect a nice hotel giving the area we booked in, but i have been in much cheaper nicer stays in an even much more remote areas.

Pościel była bez poszewek. Brak możliwości zapłaty kartą. Zaproponowano nam obiad, który jednak ani nie był smaczny ani świeży więc jego cena nie była adekwatna do jakości

Accueil super petit déjeuner et repas excellent personnel très agréable et Salah le propriétaire très accueillant

Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Initialement, il est prévu dans un coffee shop à proximité mais il nous a été servi sur place. Il nous a aussi été proposé un diner sur place (grillades de thon et de poulet, légumes, riz, fruits) pour 5 OMR par personne. Grande terrasse couverte et deuxième terrasse aménagée, vue mer, petite cuisine pour trois chambres.

La signalisation est inexistante et il n'y a pas de réception. Il faut un peu chercher pour trouver l'endroit. L'hôtel est encore en travaux mais la bonne volonté de la personne qui est sur place fait la différence un fois installés.

Tout d'abord les photos et la description de la chambre ne concordent pas, sur le site il y avait marqué télé baignoire ce qui n'avait pas de plus la salle de bain été sale l'eau de la douchette des toilettes été marron ainsi que celle dans la cuisine, le lit et les oreiller été dur comme de la pierre, la porte a un défaut nous avons laisser les clés à l'extérieur de la porte et nous avons été enfermer dans la chambre. La bouilloire de la cuisine est toute rouillée de l'intérieur la localisation sur Booking nous emmène dans un hôtel abandonné ( a mettre a jour ) je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Pokój który wynajmowałyśmy był nie posprzątany. Na podłodze w w łazience oraz na łóżku znajdowały się czarne włosy. W zalewie był cały brudny. Do tego w kuchni nie było żadnego czystego naczynia. Kontakt z personelem był bardzo utrudniony ze względu że nie mówił po angielsku, plus chcieli wymusić na nas płatność kartą doliczając do tego 2 riale.

There was no staff most of the time, there were ants in the room and bathroom, they didn't change the towels for the 4 days we were there, and they didn't provide any additional toilet paper after the first day. Also because it is not possible to order a taxi there, we asked the owner to please take us to the bus stop to travel back to Muskat on the last day. Even though he had agreed when I made the reservation, and also the night before we were due to travel, he did not follow through and there was no one to take us to the bus station so we were left stranded. The owner and his friends that he asked to help us are not reliable.

Fantastic place, spacious room with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, phenomenal balcony to watch the sunrise. Comfy communal area to meet other travelers (has fridge, tea, kitchen etc) Strong wifi and clear&responsive communication. I booked last minute, and everything worked out great. It was easy to find, staff was on point and helpful. Parking spaces in front of the door. The location is brilliant. 6 minutes walk to the beginning of the Wadi Shab trail. (I went at 6am and got back by 9:30 - enough time for a shower to head on daisy fresh)

Great location - just nearby the canyon, on the beautiful beach. There was kitchen in the villa and place to chill. I didn’t sleep well as there was too much noise from the village outside

Placed on the beach, close to Wadi Shab.

The staff does not speak English (actually, one other guest told me, that they do not speak even Arabic, only Swahili). Hakuna matata :) Check-in was not easy, they send us to wrong room, which was already occupied. The kitchen should be cleaned every day.

My room was spacious and comfortable. My room was on the top floor. I was sharing the kitchen, balcony and the living room with two other rooms, but it was still comfortable. The sea facing views are amazing.

Huge room,though a little run down.big windows opening up to the sea. Comfortable beds.Large bathroom, good wifi,& hot shower if you need it.5 minutes walk to wadi Shab! Lovely cafe next door, facing the sea . Great choice of coffee

Very close to Wadi Shab entrance and also close to the highway exit. Room basicly equipped, empty and not so cosy. Big terrace with great sea view. Not so many stuff in kitchen - just few plates, knives and forks. One fridge for all rooms. Luckily - you can ask manager for breakfast arrangement (fair price). In the same building you can find family run Caffee - serving good coffee but be warning - very expensive.

Not so easy to check-in - nobody is waiting for you and you should call the Owner and wait for host who gives you the key.

don’t book this property!! the room was extremely dirty, the wall was falling into pieces, we even found someone else’s slippers in the bathroom!! no privacy, the door of the room barely closes and is really close to other rooms and next to the kitchen. the kitchen… no words to describe it. we even found ants in the fridge!! the man who came for the ‘check in’ didn’t say a word, extremely rude, just told us to pay and then left. and for all of that, the price was high!! stay away from this property

Clean. Good for one night stay of you want to go wadi shab.

The room was on the beachfront in Tiwi, just a short walk away from Wadi Shab. The view from the balcony was superb. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

Parking is limited. Had to park along the cramped roadside.

Nice position with view on the sea, parking available, very close to the exit of the highway and to wadi shab (reachable by walking). Nice to have a fridge avaialable.

Only thing we didn't like is that the main door of the house is always open; as we were there alone and there is no reception, anybody can enter the facility.

Hotel Beach Resort Review We were very disappointed with our experience at this property. As seasoned world travelers and hosts ourselves, we are not particularly demanding when it comes to accommodations. However, we do expect accurate descriptions and pricing that reflects the quality and amenities offered. Starting with the name “Resort,” one might expect a certain level of standard and service. Unfortunately, what we found was quite the opposite. The property is in serious need of updates: • Our room: There was visible humidity/mold on the walls, a broken bed frame, and a mattress so worn that the springs were painfully obvious through the covers. • Bathroom: The toilet seat was broken and shifted dangerously every time it was used (this with a 50kg person). The room description mentioned a bathtub, which was not present. • Lighting: Part of the door was made of glass, allowing the light from the common area—which remained on all night—to filter directly into the room. • Amenities: The description indicated a kettle in the room, but it was only available in the common area. There were only two electrical outlets, inconveniently located, and no bedside table lamps. Service was equally disappointing. The check-in process was rushed and impersonal. The staff member spoke little English and seemed more concerned with leaving quickly than ensuring we were properly welcomed or oriented. Lastly, the price was entirely unjustifiable for what was offered. Given the condition of the facilities and the lack of service, it would have been fair to pay no more than a third of what we were charged. The property has potential but currently fails to meet even the most basic expectations for the price.

The location is great, just about 1km from Wadi Shab. Our room was specious with big terrace, with ocean view and very big bathroom. The bed was ok, but could imprint with cotton sheets. We stayed just for a night to be close to wadi shab early in the morning. It is ok for a night. I don’t think anything better is available nearby.

The sheets felt polyester.
