Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Останавливаюсь тут во второй раз. Цена и качество этого отеля впечатляет. Мне очень нравится дружелюбный персонал на стойке ресепшн. Комнаты хорошие и убираются отлично. В отличие от моего прошлого посещения в этот раз было зеркало в полный рост в другой комнате.
Меня чуть смущает, что прачечная находится в подвале и из-за этого чуточку некомфортно пользоваться. В остальном вопросов нет.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Excellent location across from beach and walking distance to Ten Percent Coffee and the Standard Bakery. Rooms were decent in size, great bathroom, quiet and you could ask for various amenities like iron or hair straightener. The air purifier in the room was also a good addition. The Genie tablet that controls everything in the room worked perfectly for the first 2 days, but stopped connecting on the last day.
While the bed came with a cool remote that allowed you to change the position to sit upright, lift your legs etc, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Others might like it, but I had a very uncomfortable 3 nights.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Wonderful location, just a short walk from Haeundae Beach. The room was fantastic: spacious enough for four people, spotlessly clean, and complete with a lovely private patio. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only issue was that the staff were unable to arrange a jumbo taxi for four people, even though a standard taxi was too small for us and our luggage.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Hotel bardzo fajny. Pokoje czyste choć bardzo małe. Plusem jest możliwość zaparzenia herbaty w pokoju i zrobienia darmowej kawy w holu hotelu. Łazienki czyste z wanną. Dużym plusem jest klimatyzacja.
Brak możliwości zamówienia śniadań. Bardzo niska temperatura w holu hotelu, co sprawia szok temperaturowy przy wejściu z zewnątrz. Jakość kawy w hotelu bardzo słaba.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We had the room with a view and a balcony looking over the beach and the city at the 10th floor, which was marvelous. The room is comfortable, nice spacious bath room with separated rooms, and clean. Our sons had a room for three which also was nice, but without the view and balcony. Downstairs there is a little kitchen for cold water, etc. The robot making coffee was cool.
The attention of the staff at the entrance could have been a bit better, but when we asked questions, they were always helpful.

Нет вешалок для полотенец. Крышка от розетки почти всегда выпадает при прикосновении. Пониженные оценки за пропавшие шорты для сна и слабое желание помочь их найти- видимо уборщица сменила постельное белье и не проверила наличие посторонних вещей в нем и передала все на стирку, где шорты уже не нашли, а может и не искали.

Сам отель чистый, оснащен всеми современными удобствами: шторы, свет, туалет, кондиционер, кровати - все управляется с пульта или голосом (кондиционер вкл. и выкл. с пульта телевизора, пульт от унитаза - рядом на стене))). Все в хорошем рабочем состоянии. Отдельно хочу выделить стайлер. В поездке семьей он просто незаменим. За 30 минут высушивает влажные вещи, полотенца, что удобно после пляжа. Разглаживает паром вещи, помявшиеся в чемодане. В общем, очень полезный гаджет для поездки ))) Панорамные окна, наш номер был с видом в сторону пляжа. Робот-бариста в лобби варит айс- или обычный американо для постояльцев бесплатно. Обо всем написано в инструкции. Я пользовалась GPT- чатом. Все перевел четко. Консультировалась по использованию стайлера, искала кафе в округе. В таких случаях это очень удобно. Доехать можно легко на такси - убер рулит. Не нужна корейская симка, хватает вашей - смс для подстверждения регистрации в приложении придет на ватсап. Ресепшен круглосуточный. В общем, нам все понравилось ))

There is a bit of a strong smell but I think that’s associated with the older parts of Busan. Plumbing had some issues but staff was able to assist and resolve the issue.

Robot coffee maker in the lobby was a pleasant surprise and it makes great Americano. Hotel is on a great location near the beach and there are lot of good restaurants in 15 min walking distance.
You couldn't flush the toilet paper.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026A szoba tágas, és felszerelték sok olyan elektromos, elektronikus eszközzel, amelyekre nem sok szükség van (levegőtisztító, ruha gőzölő/styler, motoros függöny, elektromosan állítható ágy). A hűtő elég kicsi, szekrény helyett fogasállvány, de vállalható. A hallban kávéfőző robot készíti a kávét, nagyon jópofa, ráadásul ingyenes. A személyzet kedves, és segítőkész. Különösen Miss Kang, aki mindent megtesz a vendég problémáinak megoldása érdekében. Csak szuperlativuszokban tudunk beszélni róla.
A fürdőszoba tágas, de nincs semmi polc vagy szekrény, ez kissé kényelmetlen. A kádban lehet zuhanyozni, de nincs zuhanyfüggöny, ezért nem nehéz elúsztatni a fürdőszobát.
