The staff were amazing, it was a short walk from both the beach and the metro station. Free bottles of water were greatly appreciated.

The furnishings in my room were not completely finished (?), but everything worked, so it was just an aesthetic issue. More room to hang or store clothing would have been much appreciated.

Free laundry but need to wait and take turn. Location to major shopping area, food and train.

7 of us had 3 rooms on the same floor and they all very different. Mainly design of the bathroom and toilets, some without doors, not convinient for travelling with non family member.

La ubicación y el desayuno excelentes. El hotel limpio pero ya con algunos años, aunque sin comentarios malos en cuanto a limpieza. No esperen un hotel lujoso porque no lo es; es un lugar sencillo pero limpio y con un buen desayuno. El inglés del staff es limitado aunque son extremadamente amables.

Habitaciones un poco viejas y poco ventiladas aunque el aire acondicionado y el ventilador funcionaban bien.

Such a fantastic stay! I loved the little thoughtful touches like having ice-filled cups and bottled water available downstairs. It was also a huge plus to have free streaming services on the TV without the hassle of logging into my own accounts. Plus, having an on-site laundry facility made things so convenient!

Location and breakfast was good. Customer service, especially Mr. Parker was really helpful.

For first night, the room I got was not very good. Air conditionar was making noises and the room was small. On next day, Mr. Parker gave me a better room.

Habitación más amplia de lo que parecía en las fotos. Hay en el edificio 2 lavadoras y 2 secadoras para poder usar gratis. En la habitación había una máquina para meter 3 prendas e higienizarlas. Nunca había usado algo así, estaba muy bien. Camas amplias. Secador de pelo. Aire acondicionado funciona bien. En la tele tienen un montón de plataformas de streaming para usar. Desayuno muy variado tipo buffet. Está muy bien ubicado. Agua y café gratis disponible siempre 24 horas.

Tienes que dejar una tarjeta pegada en la puerta de la habitación si quieres que te la arreglen, si no, no te la limpian. A pesar de haber pedido limpieza profunda, no cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas no sabría decir si eran limpias o sólo las doblaron. La bañera es grande pero se sale todo el agua y te resbalas en el baño.

5 nuits au JB Hotel : une catastrophe Nous avons rencontré problème sur problème pendant tout le séjour de 5 nuits. Serviettes et ménage Nous sommes 2 adultes, mais le front desk semble étonné lorsqu’on demande 2 serviettes. À plusieurs reprises, la deuxième serviette a été oubliée. Plus de 30 minutes d’attente à chaque fois et avec des relances car elles avaient oublié. Pas pratique quand on arrive d’un long voyage ou de la plage. Même problème avec la carte de chambre : une seule carte nous a été donnée alors que nous avions besoin de 2 cartes. Lorsque nous avons demandé, elle nous l’a donnée en râlant. Les chambres sont poussiéreuses. Le ménage fait uniquement en surface : changement d’une grande serviette et de trois petites, remplacement des goodies et du lit. Le reste du temps, ils auront simplement oublié de venir. Pas de vue depuis la chambre car un immeuble cache. Odeur et humidité Ne faites pas de grosses lessives : malgré un long cycle, le sèche-linge ne séchera pas complètement les vêtements. Tous les vêtements vont sentir l’humidité. Vous dormirez dans cette odeur également. La réponse du front desk : ce n’est pas leur faute, c’est la ville de Busan qui est humide. Il était devenu tellement insupportable de rester dans l’odeur de la première chambre que nous avons demandé à partir, le remboursement étant impossible, on nous a changé de chambre. La deuxième chambre sentait toujours la poussière et l’humidité, mais moins fort. Équipements Les couloirs ne sont pas climatisés et il y a des moustiques. Les équipements sont vieillissants et rouillés. Lorsque vous vous douchez, il y aura de l’eau partout, jusqu’aux toilettes. Pas de Wi-Fi dans notre chambre. La solution : utiliser le Wi-Fi de la chambre voisine. Front desk Le personnel parle moyennement anglais, pas de phrases complexes. Pas de bonjour, pas de sourire. Ne posez pas de questions trop compliquées et ne faites pas de réclamation : l’équipe est complètement hermétique.

출장으로 자주 오던곳인데 마음에 들어서 여름휴가차 남편과 함께왔어요 바닷가도 가깝고 물놀이하고 호텔에서 꿀잠 잤어요 여기 조식은 진짜 너무 맛있고 종류가 많아서 방문때 마다 꼭 먹어요~ 조식은 비슷한 컨디션의 다른 호텔들과 비교불가!! 완전 독보적입니다!!

Максимально странный отель, где создатели увлеклись интерьером, но совершенно забыли о базовом удобстве людей. Обман в описании. Я выбирала проживание по одному главному критерию — наличие балкона, который был заявлен в описании. Ради этого я прошла мимо вариантов в разы дешевле. Итог: в этом отеле номеров с балконами не существует в принципе. Добавлю, что в описании указана первая линия. Это не так. До моря, минут 10 пешком. Нам пришлось сменить два номера, и в обоих преследовал невыносимый запах сырости и плесени. Вещи высушить просто невозможно. С окнами отдельная беда. В первом номере вместо обещанного «вида на город» мы получили панораму на кирпичную щель между соседними зданиями. Во втором — окно находилось в комнате с хамамом (зачем он там — загадка). Открыть его было практически нереально, из-за чего мы остались без свежего воздуха и дневного света. Планировка — это отдельный вид архитектурного абсурда. Пространство разбито на кучу изолированных зон: кухня, душевая, ванная, хамам, туалет. При этом логика вышла из чата: туалет находится в одном конце номера, а раковина, чтобы помыть руки, — на противоположном. Хранить одежду негде: в комнате нет ни шкафов, ни полок, ни даже банальных вешалок. Ну и вишенка на этом «первоклассном» торте — сервис. По табличке-просьбе нам поменяли полотенца, но оставили полный мусорный бак. Когда на следующий лень мы попросили убрать номер полностью, персонал просто проигнорировал заявку. В результате мусор копился в номере четыре дня. Цена этого удовольствия — 125 евро в сутки. Поверьте, он не стоит и половины. Обходите стороной.

Good location close to Haeundae Beach and Metro Line 2, which provides easy access to the city centre, shopping malls and Spa Land. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with pleasant staff and nice views. The free washing machines and clothes-drying machines were also very convenient. Also tax refund was a pleasant surprise.

The room initially looked clean, but some areas had not been cleaned thoroughly. Next day staff cleaned it properly without need to mention it.

The hotel is in a good location, everything is fine, good breakfast, opportunity to visit the gym.

Location is close to metro station and centre and beach. Beds are super comfortable. We did not want to wake up in the morning. Nice and spacious. You can have bath or shower and I purchased a both bomb at the reception after a walking day and it was perfect. The breakfast is fabulous. Washing machine and dryer available for the guest.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalle fermate dei bus seppure in un quartiere un po’ decadente. Stanze molto grandi, disponibilità sia della vasca che della doccia. Pulizia accettabile.

Stanza estremamente umida, da cui si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Asciugamani esclusivamente delle dimensioni di quelli da bidet e per di più che non asciugano. Due delle 6 prese elettriche vicino al letto non funzionanti, impossibilità di controllare le luci della stanza separatamente. Due delle 4 lavatrici a disposizione non funzionanti. Decisamente non vale i soldi che costa.

We loved all the amenities and the layout of our beautiful room. We had one of the corner rooms with a wonderful wet bath, completely separated from the storage area and from the toilet. Very unique room with a nice view. I love the coffee and water bottles available anytime. The laundry was a good bonus as well.  breakfast was phenomenal.

For a fully renovated hotel, the finishings are not very well done. The spacers in the tiles have been left in for example. You can tell there will be future mold in the grout and the water pools in interesting ways in the wet bath.

Wc was nice, beds were comfortable, room was spacious.

Room's floor was blackening socks. Bathroom had no door, so it was not suitable to stay for kids. Laundry facilities were so bed that to wash the clothes i stayed awake whole night to catch one of the two washing machines and dryers empty. And dryer could not dry clothes giving them a bad moldy smell. Number of machines was no match for the hotel's size.

広々したお部屋だしスタイリッシュでした。トイレも独立していました。 シャワー室とバスタブが別にあり、体を洗った後、バスタブにゆっくり浸かりました♪ お部屋は冬は床暖だそうです。 ウエルカムドリンクがあり、フロントに行けばお水ボトルをFreeでもらえます❗️部屋にもフロントにもコーヒー等Freeドリンクがありました♪ 　海雲台の海岸からは少し歩きますが、わかりやすい所で便利な所でした。 朝食はとってもおいしかったです❗️ 東南アジア系の女性スタッフが多かったようですが、愛嬌もあり優しくて話しやすかったです

見晴らしが、残念のことにすぐ隣の建物でした。 ２人で宿泊しましたが、室内テーブルの椅子が一個で困りました。

Location and facilities is good

The hotel is near Haeundae beach, and within short walking distances to metro as well as bus stations. There are plenty of eateries and mini-markets around too, making it very convenient for guests. The family room we stayed in is roomy. Free drinking water and ice cubes at the lobby.

Although there are 4 of us staying, only 2 full-size bath towels are provided with several additional hand towels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (on the rare occasions that I saw them. Beach was lovely. The general area was nice, though some of the alleys did have a strong, unpleasant sewage smell... The free water and ice cups, the microwave, and the hot water dispensers were all very nice after a long day out. There was also a relatively nice view from the hotel room we were in (10th floor).

The cleanliness of the room was horrendous. There was a weird mark on the full length mirror as well as a random red splatter mark on the wall next to it (no idea what it was). The couch in the room had definitely never been cleaned as I wiped it with 3 wet wipes and it was STILL coming up dirty. When we first entered the room there was mess/dust on the desk, the first and second towels (hand/floor towels) I grabbed were stained, and the third had a hole in it. We only had one body/shower towel in the room even though it was booked for two people and had to ask for another. The shower floor looked like it was covered in mould and the wall tile had some hair on it. Sometimes after turning the shower water off there was a faint sewage smell which was not pleasant to say the least. The toilet door had a lock but physically couldn't even close to the point of locking, so the door was always open when using the toilet. An acquaintance of mine was also staying at the hotel at the same time as me and had a very similar story to tell, even saying that the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor when they used it so everything was always wet.

Quirky hotel. They have provided a lot of free amenities such as coffee, water, or laundry services. Bed was comfortable. Sheets very clean.

When you take shower, only part of the water ends up in a drain, and the rest travels down the bathroom into toilet and behind the bath. The walls are quite dirty and need solid refresh, we had to change rooms because the toilet smelled like sewage. There was random tape on the walls. It is a 2 star hotel after all but in some aspects it gaves a motel impression. There was two of us and we have been only given one bath towel.
