Has a nice time talking with Naomi and cooking. The location is between mui ne and Phan thiet which is good for me. The rooms were cozy bed comfy. View was nice . See attached pic. It was quiet. A robot cleans the house 3 times a day.

The nearby fish sauce factory lets out some fishy smells sometimes. The windows are right so the smell doesn’t come inside the room.

Super sauberer Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Wir hatten das Balkonzimmer, es war sehr schön eingerichtet. Ventilator und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Eines der Sauberszen Zimmer die ich in Vietnam erlebt habe.

Man könnte noch einen kleinen Tisch auf den Balkon stellen. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Home có phòng sạch sẽ vừa vặn, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có bàn trang điểm,... chị chủ dể thương, giá phòng rẻ. Đặc biệt có mấy bé mèo dễ thương. Home ở khu khá yên tĩnh, cách chỗ ăn uống, checkin này kia tầm 2 3 4km.

J'ai adoré la communication avec Naomie. On aurait dû rester plus longtemps ! C'est une personne fantastique. Le balcon dans la chambre, le temps était très agréable ! La cuisine à disposition. De très bons restaurants à proximité en grab, à pied c'est un peu loin. En face de la plage très sympa !

La douche dans les toilettes. Sinon rien d'autre

The hostess is very adorable, friendly, and responsive. Right after I booked the room, she called me four times with two different numbers to confirm my booking and provide directions. The bonus point is 5 cats and 1 dog; they are super cute! (Though the dog is a bit aggressive, he is very docile and shy. 100% won't bite. Trust me, I'm also scared of dogs).

Die Gastgeberin war super Nett. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Werde wiederkommen.

Mình ở homestay này 1 đêm trong chuyến đi chơi xa, cảm nhận chung là khá ổn. Phòng sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi cơ bản, không có gì phải phàn nàn. Không gian yên tĩnh, dễ chịu, buổi tối ngủ ngon. Chị chủ rất nhiệt tình, dễ nói chuyện, hỗ trợ tụi mình từ lúc nhận phòng tới khi check out. Có mấy bé mèo trong nhà nhìn là thấy vui liền, bé nào cũng hiền, ngoan và quấn người. Ai mê mèo chắc sẽ thích chỗ này. Tóm lại là homestay phù hợp để nghỉ lại 1-2 đêm khi đi chơi, giá ổn, có người thân thiện và mấy bé mèo siêu cưng. Nếu quay lại khu này mình vẫn sẽ cân nhắc ở đây tiếp.

Such a pleasant host and very accommodating as well. I recommend staying here just based on how good the host is alone! That being said, the place is nice, comfy, cozy, and has all the basics you'd need. It's away from the main parts of Phan Thiet, but this is a bonus if you don't mind using grab to travel, or finding a bike to rent, etc. I'd stay again 👍🏽

The place is new and very clean, the bed is comfy, the water is warm, and you have both fan and conditioner in the room. There is access to filtered water, and I've been able to use the kitchen and enjoy cooking for the first time in a long period of moving from place to place. Naomi is very welcoming and warm, I felt easy and at home. And last but not least - three beautiful, tactile cats and one shy dog, free access to endorphins release

I would say that you should be aware that the location is a bit far from everything. There is a fruit market, bakery, and supermarket nearby, but for decent coffee and food, you'll have to walk for 20-30 minutes, take a grab or have your own ranted scootie. For me, it wasn't an issue, but for some, it might be.

Naomi was a lovely host, checking in on us regularly and letting us play with the cute kittens. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. Would recommend to a friend.

Do your research on closeness to Phan Thiet city centre and Mui Ne. We did manage with a public bus and grab... Phan Thiet is a 40 minute walk. Facilities nearby are limited.

Naomi is the loveliest host, so friendly & always there to help/give recommendations when needed, even giving me a ride into the city on my first day. She has the 3 sweetest kittens which made my stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful little balcony outside the room where you can watch the sun rise right from bed.

She greeted us with kittens and fresh fruit! Friendly to an extreme, and with facilities that are comfortable and pristine. We had the sweet balcony room, which was well air conditioned. The property is also close to the main bus routes 1 and 9, both into Phan Thiet and out to Mui Ne. Convenient!

Staying at Naomi's was the best choice we made. The house is super spacious and open. There is a kitchen you can use, and she has a water filtering machine, so there is always drinking water available. The washing machine was amazing to have, especially if traveling for a longer time. The room she offers is great size, especially because it is connected to the living room, which makes the whole atmosphere more interactive. There is AC, a fan, and hot water always available. Naomi is a great host. She speaks really good english and takes great care of her guests. Not only is she helpful, but she is also very giving and altruistic. She loves to share meals at night and exchange stories with her guests. The best part of the stay was all the animals that she had. There are 5 kittens and 1 dog at the property, which makes your stay even more memorable. They are as sweet as their owner and are super comfortable with foreigners. This was a great place to stay, and all the positive reviews she gets are here to prove it. Do yourself a favor and stay with Naomi. You won't regret it.
