Great location, spacious apartment, clean, good wi-fi and Netflix. Comfortable beds. Quiet building, close to a bus stop.

I experienced some difficulties in the apartment, one of which was an emergency situation. Our telephones were not always able to connect to the local Norway number, which caused distress. Booking.com messages via the app were answered, but not always satisfactorily. During an emergency situation when a very large heavy window would not close, I contacted both the property managers, and Booking.com directly for assistance. After a number of requests for emergency help via the messaging app, I finally got through to the property managers on the phone. Up until that time they did not seem to comprehend the urgency of the situation. Once I explained the situation to them on the phone, they did send staff to help within a reasonable timeframe to temporarily fix the window, to ensure our safety and heating within the apartment. The problem happened at night around 8-9pm. Early next morning at 8am, the professional staff came and fixed the window. I believe the apartment lacked some essential items - no hand towels, only 1 tea towel (dishwasher available but not working - this was reported and fixed). No microwave or toaster. No large spoons for cereal or soup (only tea spoons). Only 1 cereal bowl. These things could be easily remedied. No instructions were available to explain how the heating worked. We needed to turn some areas down, as too hot, but again had to send several messages before getting the correct information on how to turn down the heating. With temperatures of -11C you don't want to make any mistakes! Instructions on how to change the lighting from very dim to bright, would have helped.

Excellent property. Very well maintained. All essential items provided. Clear check in instructions. No complaints.
