La Sultana Luxury Camp

Die Hosts warn unglaubliche freundlich und haben ihr bestes gegeben um jedem eine schöne Nacht zu machen. Das Essen war der Hammer. Es gab Auberginen-Käse tajine und es war das beste tajine in unserem Urlaub bisher.

Es gab einige Kosten, die nicht ganz transparent waren. Obwohl es auf der Website heißt dass Transfer inklusive ist, kostet der Transfer zum Camp mit Kamel 20€pp und mit Auto 30€pp. Klimaanlage kostet 15€ pro Nacht. Kein deal-breaker aber wäre im Vorhinein schon gewesen zu wissen

Outstanding beauty and staff that never failed to go out of their way to help you. They organized any excursions and adventures. The evening drumming and singing was a highlight. It is not obviously marketed but the tent camp has access to hotels in Merzouga with swimming pools where you can escape the heat of the day.

Cena terribile e addirittura diversa tra un tavolo e l’altro. Poca trasparenza nel trasferimento… il costo del trasferimento (15 minuti massimo) lo fanno pagare 45€ a persona andata e ritorno quindi in 2 costa 90€ (prezzo completamente fuori mercato). Anche le esperienze costano quasi il doppio rispetto a quello che trovi in giro.

Il soggiorno al Desert Camp La Sultana è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza e un’ospitalità davvero rare. Tutto lo staff è stato incredibilmente disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio, facendoci sentire sempre a nostro agio. Dopo cena abbiamo acceso il fuoco nel campo e abbiamo passato una serata bellissima a ballare, cantare e scaldarci tutti insieme sotto il cielo del deserto: un momento davvero speciale che ricorderemo a lungo. Le tende sono spaziose, molto comode e perfettamente pulite. Anche di notte è possibile chiedere di accendere l’aria condizionata, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. L’attenzione alla pulizia è impeccabile. Il cibo è stato eccezionale, davvero delizioso e preparato con grande cura. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Omar, il manager, a Youssef, il proprietario, e a Mohammed, che ci ha seguiti durante la giornata con grande disponibilità e gentilezza, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con il sorriso. Un’esperienza autentica nel deserto che consigliamo assolutamente!

Il deserto

Dopo il check-in la struttura ci ha richiesto un supplemento di 30€ a camera per il riscaldamento, non indicato da nessuna parte nelle condizioni Booking (dove l’aria condizionata è segnata come extra, ma il riscaldamento no). Alla nostra legittima contestazione, il riscaldamento è stato spento per circa due ore, lasciandoci al freddo nel deserto, come forma di pressione per ottenere il pagamento. Un comportamento scorretto e poco professionale, che non dovrebbe mai accadere in una struttura che si definisce “luxury”. La camera era confortevole solo quando il riscaldamento era acceso, ma l’esperienza complessiva è stata rovinata dalla mancanza totale di trasparenza e rispetto per l’ospite. Gli extra devono essere dichiarati prima della prenotazione, non imposti sul posto. Sconsigliato.

Abd al-Nour played us an evening melody from the spirit of the desert, making our hearts dance before our feet. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the air conditioner works well despite the heat. Nous avons passé une très belle nuit dans ce campement. J’ai adoré chaque détail de la tente, du mobilier à l’éclairage tamisé. Mustafa était un véritable artiste en jouant du tambour, il a créé une ambiance magique pendant la nuit. Je souhaite seulement que le petit-déjeuner soit un peu plus varié, car il était vraiment très simple. Mais ce n’est pas grave, car l’atmosphère du désert vous fait oublier tout luxe superflu. Le personnel était très professionnel, en particulier Ibrahim et Hassan, toujours prêts à aider.

La migliore decisione che abbia mai preso è stata trascorrere una notte in questo campeggio. L’esperienza della pace assoluta e del lusso in mezzo alla natura incontaminata è impagabile. Il personale è fantastico, sorridente e estremamente disponibile. Ho apprezzato la pulizia del posto, la qualità del cibo e la comodità dei letti. La vista all’alba è indescrivibile e non può essere paragonata a nessuna immagine: vedere il sole toccare la sabbia dorata è un momento indimenticabile

La tenda era priva di riscaldamento. La temperatura era di pochi gradi sopra lo zero.

Lo más hermoso de esta experiencia es que te reconecta contigo mismo. Sin ruido, sin estrés, solo tú, la arena y el cielo abierto. La tienda estaba climatizada y decorada con elegancia, y la hospitalidad marroquí te hace sentir como en casa. Esta no será mi última visita, eso es seguro.

Volevo fuggire dal trambusto della città e mi sono ritrovato in un altro mondo. Il deserto di Merzouga è davvero incantevole, soprattutto quando si cammina sulle dune all’alba. La cena è stata servita sotto un cielo stellato, e lo staff mi ha fatto sentire un ospite speciale. La consiglio vivamente!

La calma che ho trovato qui non l’ho mai sentita altrove. Le sabbie dorate si estendono all’infinito, e l’aria è insolitamente fresca per essere nel deserto. La notte trascorsa nel campo è stata piena di comfort e tranquillità. Non dimenticherò mai il suono dei tamburi attorno al fuoco e il calore dei sorrisi.

C'était une expérience magique dans tous ses détails. Le trajet vers le campement à travers les dunes était une aventure en soi, et l'accueil de l'équipe là-bas m'a donné l'impression de revenir dans ma seconde maison. La séance de thé au coucher du soleil est à ne pas manquer, et je recommande à tout le monde de vivre ce moment au moins une fois dans leur vie.

Dans le désert de Merzouga, il n'y a pas de place pour l'ennui, seulement du temps pour la contemplation et l'émerveillement. Les moments y passent lentement, avec une douce lenteur, comme si le temps s'arrêtait par respect pour la grandeur de la nature. La tente est équipée de tout le confort nécessaire, mais le plus beau, c’est la chaleur humaine et la sincérité des sourires.

We spent two nights at this camp and didn’t feel bored for a single moment. We enjoyed the daytime activities, such as camel riding and visiting the nearby village. In the evening, the atmosphere was wonderful with music and dancing. The tents were clean and spacious, and the private bathrooms were excellent. I really loved the traditional dinner, especially the tagine. The staff was always ready to serve us with a smile. One of the most beautiful places I’ve visited, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable desert experience.

It felt like I had stepped into a beautiful desert dream... A luxurious tent with elegant traditional décor, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom inside the tent—something I never expected in the middle of the sand. Omar welcomed us upon arrival with a warm smile and mint-flavored tea. Hassan brought us a delicious breakfast with bread baked in the sand, and Mostafa prepared an irresistible chicken tagine with olives. The night in this camp is unlike anywhere else—peaceful, magical, and filled with endless stars.

From the very first moment, I felt as if I were returning to a place I had known for a long time. Youssef welcomed us as if he were greeting his closest friends, and Mouha kept us laughing the whole time. The tent was surprisingly comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Omar organized a dawn trip for us to watch the sunrise from the top of the dunes. It's a bit cold in the morning, but the warmth of the people here makes up for everything.

La sultana luxury camp offers a peaceful and exotic atmosphere. At the camp, everything is designed to provide a simple yet memorable adventure. The tents are comfortable, the landscapes are breathtaking, and the interactions with the local team are enriching. A true escape from everyday life, ideal for reconnecting with nature.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, I highly recommend this experience! A luxurious camp, equipped with air conditioning, comfortable beds, full services, and very delicious food. The atmosphere was wonderful from the moment of arrival until departure, from the camel rides to the musical sessions. Unforgettable moments of tranquility!

It felt like I had passed through a magical gate—I left the city and found myself in a canvas of sand and serenity. The service was perfect, the food traditional and fresh, and the evening gathering around the fire was unforgettable. Where have you been hiding, oh this place? I’ve traveled the world — from the mountains of Tibet to the beaches of Bali — but I’ve never felt such human warmth before. Here, people don’t just work — they love what they do. Ammar was an amazing guide, Hassan made us laugh from the heart, and the whole place has a special heartbeat. I will return… I will return.

The decorations, the carpets, the colors of the fabrics, even the scent of the air — everything here feels like an old story. The camp feels like it was taken straight out of a storybook, but with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water! I loved the quiet of the night, and I loved the hospitality even more. Thank you for creating an unforgettable memory for me.

What impressed me most was the warm hospitality, unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Youssef stayed in touch with us before our arrival and kept checking on us the whole time. Ammar welcomed us kindly and accompanied us deep into the desert—riding across the sand was a wonderful part of the experience. The tent was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the comforts: a powerful air conditioner, private bathroom, hot water, and a very comfortable bed. Mohammed and Ali were always ready to help, and Hassan cooked us the best tagine I’ve ever had in my life. If I could rate it more than 10 stars, I would. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this amazing place to everyone I know.

Very friendly, caring and motivated staff members. Communication was excellent. Nice view from tent and fireplace. Activities well organized. Camel ride not compulsory. You can take a 4x4 car.

Private, Peaceful location on the verge of Saharan dunes Beautiful for sunrise and sunset views and walks We had two dinners there and they were all different and delicious, same for breakfasts. Staff were attentive and brought us mint tea and nuts when we returned from the evening walk on the dunes, which was a lovely touch. Facilities are clean, charming, one can really rest there. In the evening there is a bonfire with some singing and instruments played; an interesting way to spend an evening.

Beautiful desert experience in impeccable accomodations and really fantastic food, great team running the trip. Perfect organization, can't wait to visit again......
