Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Quiet and safe place. Host was extremely helpful. And responsive. Has provided right support and answers whenever needed. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. AC, fans, and wifi working very well. Bus stop to Vasco and beach at around 15-20min walk
No shops around. Need to walk, yet reasonable walking distance.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025"We had a very excellent stay experience here. We got the feeling of being in our own home..., very far away from our actual home. Two good air-conditioned spacious double bedrooms... A nice living room. Clean bathrooms... The kitchen is very excellent... Gas connection, microwave oven, water purifier and all other essential utensils, kitchen appliances are available... A washing machine is also there... Very peaceful and safe accommodation. Our family of four stayed here comfortably and safely for three days. We cooked our own food every day. Also took packed food with us. That way, we saved a lot on food expenses. We also got to cook and eat what we liked... There is also a good WiFi facility. Good hospitality. They respond and find solutions very quickly whenever called for any need. If you have your own vehicle, this is the best place to stay in Vasco for this price. We can buy necessary items online. We used Insta Mart... They delivered it right up to the room. The nearest market is a 700-meter walk. Even for public transportation, you have to walk this distance, that is, up to Varunapuri. From there, you get frequent buses to Vasco. You can reach the main bus stand in Vasco in 10 minutes. From there, you get buses to anywhere in Goa. In short, we stayed here for 3 days with great happiness and a contented mind. We initially booked for two days. We extended it by one more day. We recommend this good homestay in Vasco to everyone."

Reviewed Jan 12, 2024The apartment was beyond our expectations. There was more than enough room for the both of us making it a very suitable, comfortable property for 3+ people to stay. Kiran was a fantastic host and his communication was impeccable. The property is located close to the beach! There is an on sight security also. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Very close proximity to the airport as well!
