Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Perfect if you’re looking to stay close to the airport..Everything you need is right here,the room was spacious, well-arranged, and had all the necessary amenities, great breakfast too..The staff were really kind and helpful..They also have an in house restaurant, so you don’t even have to step out for food..room service makes everything super convenient
The only downside was the airport taxi…I asked the reception about a cab and they quoted 800inr something and then changed to nearly 1000inr, even though the airport is just about 6 minutes away…I checked the GoaMiles app and got a ride for around 300rs instead…So honestly, I didn’t really understand the logic behind that pricing

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026- Extrem freundliches & vorallem attraktives Personal (sehr selten in Indien) - leckeres Essen - Dusche hat sogar einen Schlauch (selten in Indien) - Vergessene Gegenstände werden nicht unterschlagen - Hohe Sicherheitsvorkehrungen (Personal, Kameras, Schließfächer, ... ) - Wäsche wird gegen sehr kleinen Aufpreis (innerhalb 24h) gewaschen. - Hygieneartikel aller Art im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen (für Frauen ein Fön vorhanden)
- Lebensmittelhygiene. Teller, Tassen, Besteck nicht immer 100% sauber. Was der Gast nicht sieht, ist vermutlich aus deutscher Sicht eine Kathastrophe. (fast überall in Indien) - Smart TV lässt sich nur mit Tricks mit dem Internet verbinden. Ahnungsloses Personal hielt es für unmöglich - Essen vom Buffet darf offiziell nicht im Zimmer gegessen werden (was gemeinsames essen mit der Familie über Videocall unmöglich macht) - Kein Finessraum -> Keine Möglichkeit an einem Regentag Sport zu treiben. - Umgebung ist hässlicher als Angela Merkel.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Rummet var väldigt rent och fresh. Frukosten hade ett bra utbud och poolen var mycket trevlig. Personalen var toppen och gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb! Jag reste under monsunperioden, men hade ändå en jättefin vistelse!

The bedsheets and pillowcase were not changed which was unacceptable. The poor housekeeping issue is a management/supervisory issue. This was a serious lapse but no senior person came to check inspite of being informed. Second day there was a bad smell in the bathroom and huge sound from the extractor. Solved after a few hours. Next day again a bad smell. Disappointing stay.

Fanns bara en handduk på rummet. Vi fick dock en till efter förfrågan. Poolområdet ostädat när vi kom till hotellet ca kl 1300. Smutsiga solstolar. Badhanddukar saknades.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026We had a great time at the hotel. Due to the middle east conflict we wanted to stay near the airport. For this the hotel was perfect. It´s just 5 minutes away from the airport. We also had to extend our stay two nights du to the Iran war, which was easy possible. We even got for two nights a room upgrade. - very clean hotel - good hotel restaurant and also a second option to eat with a cafe at the entrance - very kind and helpful reception - big and cozy rooms with nice bathroom
There were also some minor negative aspects to metnion: - the breakfast servants were not able to understand our wish to order breakfast from the menu instead of the buffet. In the end we got muesli from the buffet. - the Wifi in general was fast, but it depends where you use it in your room - because of the main road the traffic can be sometimes loud, but in general it´s very quiet compared to other areas in India - once our Wifi didn´t work anymore, but the IT guy fixed it for us - in the first room the AC didn´t work, but we were shifted to another room

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026A great hotel that was spotlessly clean with really good quality rooms which is 4km from Dabolim airport. Perfect if you have an early flight the next day. We travelled up from Patnam Beach the evening before an early flight the following day and absolutely loved the big shower and had a good nights sleep in the big very comfy bed before a 4am start. We did not use food or pool facilities but I imagine if they are as good as the room they would be great. Highly recommend for a convenient hotel to the airport at a really good price for the quality of the rooms.

Reception staff were extremely rude upon check in when we didn't have our physical passport with us. As we live in Goa we don't travel with a passport, just have a soft copy of IDs on the phone, and they basically said we couldn't check in without the physical copy. So much attitude.
