Le confort des chambres, la piscine, le toit terrasse tres bien aménagé pour partager des moments entre amis, la privatisation du riad, Fatima et ses petits déjeuners, la localisation proche de la medina lais tres au calme, la communication fluide et aidante avec Arnaud.

Le séjour c’est très bien déroulé grâce à Fatima qui a été super tout au long du séjour et les propriétaires réactif à nos demandes . Riad tres bien entretenu par Fatima , elle est de très bon conseil pour n’importe quel demande.

Mes copines et moi étaient six et nous avions aimer fortement! L’emplacement était parfait et pas très loin du centre et des souks à pieds. Le personnel (Fatima) était très accueillante dès notre arrivée et elle a toujours fais en sorte que notre déjeuner était parfait à l’heure qu’il fallait. Il y a de l’airco et une piscine, ce qui est également parfait contre la chaleur et c’était tout les jours très propre. Je vous recommande fortement!☺️

Séjour de 9 jours en famille dans ce magnifique Riad,avec décoration top! Idéalement situé.Les chambres sont très bien équipées et décorées et le toit terrasse est un plus avec la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir après les excursions. Bahia a été aux petits soins avec notre famille et nous a préparé de bons petits plats qui étaient copieux. Arnaud a été très réactif à nos demandes.Il nous a organisé toutes nos excursions et repas. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’un guide Abdou qui a été très serviable et sympathique .Une belle rencontre pour visiter Marrakech et ses alentours.

Le seul petit bémol serait le petit déjeuner, pas assez varié pour nous surtout quand ont y reste 9 jours! Mais autrement c’était très bon .

We had an amazing and luxurious stay at this Riad. Fatima made us breakfast every day and was attentive to our needs. She was very friendly and gave some local recommendations. The place is beautifully decorated and clean. The pool was completely private which is perfect for a Muslim family. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Séjour incroyable ! Le Riad est vraiment très beau, nous avons pris le repas le premier soir c’était délicieux, ainsi que les petits déjeuner, merci bcp à la cuisinière, terrasse très agréable avec piscine et cuisine extérieur

3 bains de soleil pour 7, 1 ou 2 de plus n’aurait pas été de refus :)

My wife and I would like to sincerely thank Arnoud and Louise for everything. Very nice, big, clean wonderfully located riad. Very accurate with what we saw on the pictures. There was not one single negativity during our 5 days of stay and we enjoyed every single minute.. The most importantly a huge thank to Fatima who helped us at any level during our stay even big appreciation for her flexibility for the check-in while our flight was constantly delayed. She stayed at riad until quite late on the check-in day and, until she made sure we were properly checked-in. She is lovely, helpful, kind and literally someone who takes care of guest. Special thanks to her.

Beautiful Riad, great location, Arnaud could not have been more helpful before and during our stay and Bahia made a lovely evening meal for us on our arrival and a great breakfast each morning at a time of our choosing.

For us, it would have been useful to have an extra sunbed on the rooftop but it wasn’t a big issue.

Riad nella Casbah, una volta capita la strada non è difficile raggiungerlo. Nosnostante sia una zona particolare nessuno , anche a notte tarda ci ha dato fastidio, anzi! La struttura è carina , forse ci aspettavamo una colazione migliore, tutte le mattine uguali, qualche dolce ( croissant , torte o biscotti locali) li avremmo graditi.

Il ceck-in doveva essere alle 15 ma fino alle 17 non ci hanno fatto accomodare e per noi che ne venivamo da un'alzata alle 3 di notte per prendere l'aereo a Milano non è stato il massimo!

Our stay was brilliant from start to finish. Staff were lovely, breakfast was lovely. The Riad was in a great location and so clean and had everything we needed. The owner had contacted us before our stay and arranged transfers for us also.

De ligging in de kasbah is perfect. Het is rustig en je hoort geen lawaai van buiten. Op loopafstand van allerlei restaurantjes en het centrale plein. De riad zelf is heel ruim en mooi ingericht. Ontbijt elke ochtend was heerlijk.

Amazing Riad in a fabulous location. Fantastic communication and recommendations from the host. Housekeeping staff were fabulous. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It would have been wonderful if the pool had been heated and we could have enjoyed a quick dip after a busy day!

Riad fabuleux et très agréable, la décoration est soigneusement pensée, à chaque pièce son charme, avec un coup de. coeur pour le toit-terrasse. Asma est très accueillante et sympathique! Un vrai + de pouvoir se déplacer à pied pour découvrir la ville ! Rien à redire, merci !

The rooms were very spacious and kept clean and neat. Breakfast was served on time as agreed before hand. We requested the host to have some Birthday decoration to surprise our family members prior to arriving and Bahia did a beautiful job. Our pick up driver from the airport was very lovely and came on time to pick us as organised by Arnaud.

Unfortunately it was out of the hosts control and the whole area was affected by not having wifi however he responded quickly to have it fixed.

Magnifique riad, décoration soignée et très confortable pour 8 personnes. La literie est excellente et chaque chambre décorée à la marocaine, est équipée de salle d'eau et wc. Asmaa nous a proposé un bon petit déjeuner chaque matin et elle a toujours été à notre écoute. Arnaud le propriétaire a toujours été très réactif et nous a proposé des services complémentaires (repas, excursions,...) dont nous avons bénéficié.

Lors de notre semaine de Noël à Marrakech, la météo anormalement froide et malgré les solutions d'Arnaud le séjour du riad est resté froid, donc bien se renseigner sur les températures.

Les espaces du riad sont très agréables et spacieux, et la terrasse sur le toit avec la piscine est vraiment un plus. L’emplacement est également top. Merci a Arnaud d'avoir était disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions avant le sejour. La literie très confortable.

En revanche, il manque des rangements dans la chambre, le petit-déjeuner n’est pas assez copieux, et la communication avec Asma pourrait être améliorée.

Ho soggiornato assieme alle mie amiche in questo splendido riad dal 21 al 25 ottobre. Già dalle immagini era carino...dal vivo veramente stupendo. Visto il tempo ottimo (30 gradi secco) abbiamo fatto la prima cena e degustato l'ottima colazione all' aperto all'ultimo piano dove si trova anche un grazioso solarium e una piscina. Ottima anche la pulizia. La cena di e le colazioni di Asma sono state davvero super, oltre la sua graziosa gentilezza e l'ottima accoglienza che ci ha subito riservato. Molto disponibili e accoglienti anche i padroni di casa. Posizione davvero ottimale, a 10 minuti dalla grande Place Des Epices. Sicuramente consiglierei questo riad.

Non ho mai soggiornato in una struttura così bella, accogliente e spaziosa. L’arredamento era veramente stupendo. Super accessoriata ; la zona piscina magnifica.. Oltre alla bellezza del Riad la Gentilezza di Arnaud che ci ha aiutato ad organizzare anche tutte le nostre escursioni nel migliore dei modi. Non per ultimo Asman la ragazza che ci ha preparato la colazione e ci ha coccolato in ogni richiesta. Consiglio questo Riad a tutti sarà una vacanza magnifica

Schoon, super dakterras, fantastisch personeel. Kamers modern zoals op de foto’s en Leuke locatie.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Riad. Wir können es wärmstes empfehlen. Die Lage ist zentral und bis auf den Muezzin sehr ruhig. Aber natürlich haben wir auch den Muezzin erwartet und genossen, er gehört halt in ein muslimisch geprägtes Land. Jedes der vier kleinen Zimmer hat ein eigenes WC/Dusche und Waschbecken. Das fanden wir auch sehr angenehm. Der Pool und die Rooftop Bar haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen. Traumhaft! Allerdings empfanden wir die dort angebrachten Kameras als etwas befremdlich... Sollten wir noch einmal nach Marrakesch reisen, werden wir wieder hierher kommen.

Das Frühstück ist etwas karg für uns Europäer. Es gab nichts wirklich deftiges und auch kein Obst oder Gemüse. Außer frisch gepressten Orangensaft und für jede ein Ei. Aber das habe ich vorher gelesen und wir haben uns entsprechende Lebensmittel (Wurst, Käse, Fischdosen) mitgebracht. Das soll auch nur angemerkt sein und ist nicht wirklich negativ bewertet. Das Frühstück ist halt landestypisch und vergleichbar mit dem in Frankreich.

El riad es precioso , súper bien decorado al estilo local , con todo detalle , camas cómodas, todas habitaciones con baño , y la piscina en la terraza, además Ashma , nos hizo sentir como en casa , preparando los desayunos cada dia , deliciosos. El barrio es tranquilo con gente local , lleno de comercios al lado de las Tumbas y cerca , a unos 10 min de la plaza . Recomiendo sin duda este Riad . Muchas gracais por vuestra hospitalidad.

The riad was absolutely beautiful, like in the photos. I think it might be a very old building, beautifully renovated, and it's in the heart of the Medina - which makes it even more special. I also enjoyed the daily market around it and all the noise / scooters going by. Luckily, when at the riad, the noise was almost totally gone! The red room - although the most beautiful (in my opinion) is also the noisiest... we were fortunate to have the need for 3 bedrooms only, so we did not use it (except during the first night). It was also nice to have breakfast prepared every day and enjoyed it thoroughly. We were also told that if our stay wasn't during Ramadan, it would have been more varied a little... Asmaa was wonderful, helpful and ready with answers to our questions.

the lack of protein for breakfast was an issue for me personally, but we understood that this might be a typical moroccan breakfast.

Honestly, everything about our stay at the Riad was exceptional. Asma, the caretaker, was beyond lovely and attentive. Everything about the Riad was perfect!

Breakfast was delicious but it would have been nice to have some fruit or eggs or any sort of protein. The fresh juice and bread was excellent though.

We loved the location, the extremely comfortable beds, the roof top patio the hot showers, and we loved Asmaa We loved the meals she provided, we loved the drivers that took us on trips that were arranged by Arnaud,

The place was even more beautiful than the photos and totally exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was easy, and we got all the info we needed. The location was perfect for our group of eight and super close to the center of Marrakech.

Breakfast could be better portioned to accommodate the number of guests.

We were a group of six women who were on an anniversary trip. Ee got so much good help in planning the trip from the owner Arnaud. And we frlt well received when we arrived. Everything went smoothly from reception at the airport to reception in Riad el Mamoune. The house was newly renovated, besutyfully decorated and clean. Asmaa our help in the house was sweet, skilled and helpful, and then she served lovely food. We had fantastic days in the house and in Marrakech. Higly recommended

It was clean and we’d love the rooftop area. We especially appreciated the staff at the house! The breakfast was yummy. We also appreciated the owners help in scheduling activities. Finally, we were very appreciative of the driver who picked us up at the airport and took us to the atlas mountains.

It would have been helpful to have a few more options on which to hang clothing in the bedrooms. However, my main challenge/discomfort was the app for payment. This app required me to state that I had received the services, when, in reality, I would not receive the services for several days/weeks.

Asmaa was absolutely perfect - attentive, helpful and sweet. Arnaud was also a great host and great at communication over whatsapp before and during our stay. The riad was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable and clean. Location is a little off the beaten track but it's nice to walk through authentic backstreets outside of major tourist areas. As a group of young women, we felt very safe in this riad and had no issues even when walking back late at night. There was a lot of male harassment on the street as expected but it only felt annoying rather than unsafe and scary. We are from London though so maybe a little more used to it than others might be. Overall I would absolutely recommend this Riad. We had a 10\10 stay.

The breakfast could've included some fresh fruit as it was a lot of carbs and sweets!

i liked the Riad( Villa Apartment) very cosy ,safe and quit. and the designed of it. The caretaker is very nice lady. Asmaa was always there to help anytime.

its treaky to find if you have no satnav..

Everything was okay or more than okay. Nice house/Riad where is almost everything you need. Each room have private shower and toilet. Private pool on rooftop is availble whole time with sunbath and towels. Marrocan style breakfast was every day made by kind staff.

Rooms are enough for stay but maybe little more space for luggages or space for clothes should be fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at the riad, Asma made our stay even nicer than we expected, her exceptional hospitality made us feel welcome and comfortable there. The riad itself was beautiful and located in a very convenient area, only a couple minutes walk from many locations :)

First time in Morocco for most of the group, and this Riad is great, a lovely authentic experience while still having the wifi connectivity you need for work etc. Great relaxing space, great host. Great job all around. Big shout out to Asma. If you are staying in Marrakech, really advise going for something like this as opposed to a hotel outside town.
