Konumu harika. Yürüyerek 5-6 dk da Mescid-i haramdasınız. Bazı yorumlarda otelin yokuşta olduğu yazıyor. Sürekli olarak golf arabalarıyla alıp bırakıyorlar. Ona rağmen abartılacak bir yokuş değil. Yemekler Türk damak tadına uygun. Reception çalışanları aşırı ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Özellikle Faris ve hanım kardeşlere teşekkürler.

Bebek karyolasını işaretlememize rağmen temin edemediler ama bunun yerine güzel bir yer yatağı yaptılar.

The attitude of the staff was excellent all very polite and attended to customers swiftly. Very polite. The hotel was well kept & managed. The hotel was extremely clean & fresh. Amazing food. I would recommend it to anybody. Some of the staff I met were amazing; Dalaal Noof Jahir Talal The rest sorry if I forgot to put your names on here.

10/10 experience. The rooms are a bit small but very comfortable and cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and cooperative. Big shoutout to Faaris, Abdul Rehman, and two wonderful Saudi ladies on the team who made our stay even better.

Near from Haram, Due to steep Road we are provided 24 hrs facility pick and drop hotel to Haram. Rest every thing was good. Day and Night Hotel Staff was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

Lifts are too small. Only for Two persons. Nothing much bad.

All the staff was very helpful specially Mr. Abdulrahman and Mr. Fares on the reception and one Lady in the morning shift. All they are very kind and helpful. Other staff are also nice and helpful. Free electric car is available 24hours anytime on request. Overall, our stay in Luluat Al Badaie is excellent and we will visit again.

Moved us into a room saying we got an upgrade, however it had little to no space for walking because we had to put luggages somewhere. Essentially they overbooked in the first hotel so they moved us to another "upgraded to a 4 beds room". Not a room for family.

كانت ثاني زيارة لنا نفس م توقعنا كلشي حلو حمدلله نفس م نبي انصحكم فيه

Otel temiz, yürüme mesafesi güzel bir otel. Ramazanda aziziyah da epey eski bi otelde kalmıştım ondan sonra şifa gibi geldi :) bu otelinde bence geçmişi var ve öyle aman aman bir otel değil ama bakımlı ve temiz. İki tane asansör var yoğun zamanlarda belki bekleme yaşayabilirsiniz ama ben hiç beklemedim hızlı çalıştı. İkinci kattaydık bir kere asansör bozulur gibi olunca oradan merdivenle indim. Odalar çok büyük değil küçük ama gayet sığıyorsunuz ve dediğim gibi temiz. Kahvaltısını almadım ama odada su ısıtıcısı ve buzdolabı işimi gördü sadece bir tane küçük masa daha olsaydı oda içinde iyi oldurdu. Otelden hareme yürürken yokuş için golf arabası koymuşlar çünkü küçük bir yokuşu var. Hiç yokuşu çıkmadım golf arabası çok iyiydi arayınca hemen geldiler aşağıdan da bizi almaya. Eğer yanınızda yaşlı biri varsa mutlaka golf arabası olmasına dikkat edin annem için çok iyi olmuştu bu araba. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi Nou (idi sanırım ismi) çok tatlı biri ve bizimle çok ilgiliydi o bizi karşıladı türkçe öğrenmiş zaten güzel anlaştık onunla bir de gece çalışan AbdulKarem idi sanırım o Arapça konuşuyor sadece ama o da gayet ilgiliydi sağolsun. Diğer çalışanlarda gayet güleryüzlü. Ne zaman görsek bir ihtiyacınız var mı diye sordu oda temizliyecileri. Mekke’de kaldığım diğer iki otelde oda çalışanlarını aramak zorunda kalırdım bir malzeme ihtiyacında vs. burada çok şükür hep onlarla karşılaştık ve rica edince hemen süpürdüler odayı da.

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا فوق مررتفع وعندهم سيارة جولف توصلك للاسفل تشوف الحرم امامك على بعد خطوات 5 دقايق .. موقع مميز جدا _ الطاقم مميز جدا بما فيهم الاستاذ : عبدالرحمن قمة الذوق والاخلاق والمهنية والاحترافية ... بدون مبالغة ربما يكون من افضل من مر علي في عالم الفنادق بالبشاشة والخلق والخدمة ومساعدة الاخرين حاول مساعدتي ونشط ايضا ... وكما اشرك الاستاذه ايضا الي جات بعد الاخ عبدالرحمن قدمت لي الدعم والمساعدة ايضا واعطاءي الغرفة ودخولي مبكرا وهذا الامر لا تحده غالبا في اي مكان بالعالم خاصة في توقيت الدخول المبكر ... بصراحه اعجز عن الشكر . جزاهم الله خير.. .كان عمرة ميسرة واحد التيسر وجودي في هذا الفندق ..

قريب من الحرم وتستطيع اللحاق بالخمسة صلوات في هدوء وسكينة وقربك من الخدمات والأسواق والمطاعم والحقيقة الاخت افراح وجميع الاخوة في الاستقبال كانوا غاية في الأدب والإحترام والبشاشة واشكر العامل احمد الذي كان في قمة التعاون والاخلاص

احيانا يضطرك الزحام وعدم وجود جولف كار او ازدحامها للصعود لمكان الفندق المرتفع مترجلا وهذا ماقد لايناسب كبار السن

Location is perfect

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I remember Mazin, Ahmad, Abdul Jabber, S. Nawf. The hotel has a go cart that help drive the guests close to the street of Al Haram, gate k. Abdul Azeez.

There is a hill to walk up to the hotel, a bit difficult to climb it, mainly difficult for older guests and wheel chairs.

Stayed here from 23 to 29 Aug 2026. The price matches the hotel's star rating perfectly. The room was clean, newly renovated, and just the right size for two people. A special thanks to Mr Abdul Rahman at reception and all the staff for being so helpful. The hotel is on a slight hill, but the complimentary buggy service to the main road makes it effortless. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to Masjid al-Haram. Will definitely come back for my next Umrah!

The best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. They were so caring and kind, from the receptionist's like Nauf, the two other receptionist male gentlemen, to the man at the front door Ahmad and especially the shuttle bus driver Captain Mazen! They really took care of us and made it a smooth pleasant stay. The hotel is up a hill, but they have a 24/7 super quick shuttle bus service to get up and down it. The room design is also very nice.

The wifi did not work for 90% of our stay. They desperately need a shower cubicle, the current system is not good at all, it's just the shower in a tight space pointing down to the toilet with no barriers, so the entire bathroom gets wet and even if you wipe the water down there is always standing water left over which gets your trouser's wet if you try to use the toilet. The fridge isn't very cold. I feel bad becuase the customer service was so good, I would like to give a higher rating, but ultimately can't overlook these issue's.

I love the closeness to harammi and the staff’s from top to bottom. The chef 100/100, (if you’re Nigeria come with you little chilly if you like spicy food but the food is GOOD. 3 receptionists 100/100, and hours keepers 100:100 and the shuttle drivers May Allah reward y’ll ameen

Luluat Al Badaie was an excellent hotel to stay during our recent family Umrah trip. The best part was the excellent staff and team members. I would like to specially thank the Front Desk and Reception team including Mr. Abdulaziz (great gentleman), and the very kind and hospitable Ms. Nouf and Ms. Afrah. They were all very warm, professional and supportive. Mazen and Talal from the support team were also great. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Rooms and all facilities were great. The food was delicious as well prepared by a great team led by Chef Ramadan (great guy and very kind). All in all this is a great option as it's very close to Masjid Al Haram as well. JazakAllah Khair!

Its nice and descent place and everyone is very welcoming and caring. I visited this place before and found it more enjoyable.

The level of cleanness. Also, the reception staff are very cooperative, professional and friendly. The golf cart named Mazen is very nice person and hard working.

سيارة القولف توصلك عند فندق مكارم مكة بعدها يوجد مسافة مشي 7-10 دقايق عشان توصل للحرم .. فلازم تكون نشيط او تستأجر الاشخاص اللي يدفون بعربيه اذا معك كبير سن .. اضافة الى ذلك الوصول للفندق بالسياره غير مريح بسبب اغلاق الشوارع حوله فترات المواسم اضافة الى ذلك لايوجد مواقف قريبة .. فتحتاج توقف بمواقف كدي او تروح للحارات الموجودة في المنطقة

The proximity to haram is a huge advantage. The constant availability of a golf cart to convey guests to and from the hotel to haram is very good. The staff are very helpful and excellently nice. A number of them also speak English so it was easy to communicate. I commend staff such as Nouf, Afra, Abdulaziz, Jahir, Rakib, Tala, Aktar and Robi. They have been very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were extremely tiny.

The staff were very kind, helpful all around. They were great and always asked us if we needed anything during our stay. Will come again.

I came to Pearl Al-Badaie Hotel based on what I had read in previous reviews about the warm hospitality, and that was the most important factor for me during my stay. Thankfully, I found exactly what I had hoped for and more. I would like to specifically thank Ms. Nouf for her gracious welcome and the smooth check-in process. Despite my arriving earlier than scheduled, she handled the situation with flexibility and professionalism, making me feel welcomed from the very first moment. I also thank Ms. Afrah, who responded quickly to our request when we reported a minor issue and resolved it without delay, which added to our comfort. I cannot forget Mr. Abdulaziz and Mr. Abdulrahman, who always wear a smile and are constantly ready to offer assistance with the highest level of courtesy. I also extend my gratitude to Mr. Mazen and Mr. Talal, who never hesitated to offer help and advice throughout our stay, and even provided golf carts to transport us within the hotel – a thoughtful touch that added a special dimension of care and attention. Truly, it was an exceptional experience in hospitality and service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stay in a refined, family-friendly atmosphere marked by genuine human warmth and sincere care for guests.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Makkah. The room service has been amazing, and the reception staff have been nothing but kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They also offer laundry service for 20 SAR per kilo, which is very convenient. One of my favorite services is the golf cart that takes you from the hotel down the hill, which saves you from getting exhausted, especially after a long day, and they can also pick you up and bring you back up the hill upon request. I know they offer breakfast as well, but I usually miss it because I’m sleeping 😂. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and would definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Walking up the hill to get to the hotel I’m young and fit so it was OK for me before an older person. It would be a little bit more difficult, but that’s where the golf cart comes in to play.

I’d like to share my experience with the hotel. It was my first time booking here, and the young women on the morning shift—I believe their names were Rahaf and Farah—were excellent and very helpful. الموظفون خدومين ومحترمين

موقعه فوق جبل متعب الوصول له والقاف لزم تتوصل معه عشان يجيك

قرب المكان للحرم ، سهوله الوصول بااستخدام عربات الجولف في المنطقة التي امام الفندق ، تعمل الموظفين ورقيهم ودائما سؤالهم عن مدي وضاء العميل وتلبيه طلباته بااستمرار.

بعض الاشياء الصغيره مثل : ضعف تدفق المياه بالغرفه عدم وجود علاقه ملابس بالحمام

The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and attentive. Especially the day staff the 2 ladies the short one i think called nouf is the best staff and has perfect customer service.

The gold carts are not always available. There are many days in called from the bottom and either the reception did not answer the call or they did answer the call but gold cart did not come down to collect me so i had to walk up the hill to the hotel. My elderly mother had to walk up the hill sometimes too. The golf cart drivers are really good. Mohammed is very good always happy and nice, just 1 day i called for him to collect me and take me to the hotel he drove past me and collected other people and then later suggested i sit near him when someone else is already sat next to him so it would have been really tight so i just walked instead. The carts always doesnt come all the way down to collect compared to other carts from different hotels where they wait at the bottom for their customers but the carts from this hotel wait midway so you must walk halfway up before being collected anyways. Mazin the driver was very good too but he kept pestering me to review, at several point he wasnt letting me off the cart trying to make me download google map so I review the hotel in front of him and give good review which i did not appreciate it was very unprofessional. I had to make several excuses to get away from him many days because he would stop the cart and stare around my phone and keep telling me to review. The bengali workers within the hotel were all good as well.
