الموقع نسبة ما جيد موظفين الاستقبال ممتازين

الغرفة غير جيدة . والسراير غير مريحة وعدم نظافة الغرفة بسبة 50 % الكهرباء في الغرفة سببت لي خراب الشاحن بحيث انه انفجر دورة المياه غير جيده . بمقابل المالي فيه مبالغ فيها بالنسبة للخدمات السيئه

Room is quite spacious. Near the masjidil haram. The price is cheap. Aircond, Lift, Buggy Services.

On top of the hill. Small alley. There were construction nearby, no view.

Makkah tower was visible from room. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Free golf cart for hotel to haram and vice versa. Very happy.

الفندق بموقع قريب جدا من الحرم ومتوفر عربة الجولف لنقلكم من والي الحرم علي مدار 24 ساعة ، خدمة ممتازة جداا وتعامل راقي جدا من كل الموظفين ، بارك الله لكم انكم جعلتم رحلتنا موفقة

Very bad. No honesty. Deceiving people saying that it is 5 to 7mins walk from haram which is very untrue. Very bad location in front of demolition on a very steep hill not smooth. No photos from bathroom. Door not closing well. Bad AC

Lovely staff always friendly, even though we arrived late they still had our room ready for us. Was my first time coming here and for what it is it’s not bad. Get a free lift towards masjid and when you’re done meet at same place for pick up. 24 hour service so it’s all good. Would definitely be going back for what it is it’s worth it just going there for sleep and shower to be honest most of the day you’re just about and exploring. Shops are local and pharmacy nearby so can’t complain

لم يعجبنى اى شئ ولا الموقع ولا نظافة و لا حجم الغرفة والخدمات والمرافق

كل شئ فندق قديم جداااااا و المبنى موقعه سئ و ليس كما فى الوصف حتى مذكور انه حاصل على نجمتين ولاكن اكتشفت انه نجمة واحدة فقط

انا حجزت عن طريق التطبيق بس لما وصلت مكه اكتشف انه الفندق مقفول دا ما صح يفترض انه يكون في تنسيق بين الفندق ويبن التطبيق عشان الناس ما تتورط

Très mal isolé, on entend tout le bruit des chambres adjacentes. Pas d’eau chaude et la wifi est trop lente ..

Walking distance to masjidil haram if you are like to exercise. Buggy provided. Location at hilly area for walking distance.

Personnel très professionnel et disponible. Rien à dire! L'emplacement est très bon, proche de la mosquée avec la navette H24 pour éviter la montée à tout moment. De même les chambres sont bien pour le prix. Tout s'accorde, c'est un bon compromis pour ceux qui veulent être proche de la mosquée et rester sous un budget.

La propreté de la chambre n'était pas des meilleures. Des joints dans la salle de bain noirci, des restes de miettes dans les recoins entre les meubles et la clime assez bruyante. Mais acceptable pour le prix à laquelle est proposé.

The Room was small but clean, there is a golf cart to take you down and bring back from Haram and is available 24/7. The hotel staff was also good and helping.

There is no restaurant / Cafe nearby for food neither available in the hotel itself. One needs to bring all tea, paper cups along with themselves. Electric kettle and mini fridge available though to keep food items.

Very low quality of cleanliness and accommodation Below average facilities. Only good thing was 24 hours golf cart service to main road, otherwise would have been impossible to walk to Harm as hotel was almost on top of the hill.

Too much flies in the room and the washroom was dirty and drilling noise starts 6am till afternoon :(

The distance between hotel and Haram , Golf cart up hill and down the hill part of the hotel , And there were (gahwa) Arabic coffee with dates at the entrance.

Entering the hotel , there were some bad smell , Bathroom was leaking and had bad smell too.

Room was ok for the price and comfort was not very ok..there were golf carts were available and drop u at the back of the clock tower and from their ull have to walk

The Day we arrived at the hotel, the only road leading to the hotel was blocked with debris from a building which was demolished prior to when we got there. Which made the road unsafe for me and my family with 2 young kids to walk on we somehow took the health & safety risk to walk on that rubble as there was no other option which resulted in my kids being traumatised and they started crying. I reported this to booking.com and requested a refund but was told by customer service they will look into it but up until now, it hasn't been resolved.

On top of all the trauma we endured due to our experience a few days later a review was posted on my behalf giving this hotel a review of 10 which I was very disappointed with, I am not sure how the hotel did it but it was very misleading for other customers who would have read my review and booked there.

For people 5.10 and above in height, beds are too small. I am 6 feet and my feet were always outside the bed which was a little uncomfortable. The room was a little smelly and I suspect the smell was coming from the carpet.

Bonjour je crois qu'il monte. Les photos que j'ai vue c'est pas la même chose il trompe les gens devant hotel pleine de travaux. Les chambres il sont digulase attestation ne crois pas que les photos et la riyalites c'est digulase. La chose qui bien est proche de kaaba vous avez 5mn .10mn apie

Location was great. Very near to Haram.

I booked and paid for 5 beds family room. But I was given 4 beds room.

Bed was small bed linen not clean. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Waste of money.

Nothing at all. Only the receptionist was good.

The property was very poorly maintained. Not clean and not upto the standards. Not hot water in the bathroom no toiletries. Would not recommend to anyone. Its not even average and no value for money. The golf cart service is not good either it just drops you 200 meters from the hotel and then you have to walk to Haram.

Close to the Al Haram, Kind staff, & Golf Car available to drop you from hotel to down hill coz the hotel in uphill

It was our family tour…Hotel was located very close to Haram….only 6-7 minutes walking distance…though Hotel provided complementary cart service for everyone. It was very very helpful for my parents. It’s very helpful specially for older people, Hotel staff and cart driver was very helpful with good behaved…

Washroom basin fitting need to fix……..otherwise…..overall no complain staying at this hotel …
