Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Marrakech. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, parfaitement bien arrangé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est également très bien situé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter facilement de la ville et de tout avoir à proximité. La propriétaire a été particulièrement gentille, accueillante et attentionnée tout au long du séjour. Nous avons malheureusement égaré une serviette, et elle s’est montrée adorable et très compréhensive à ce sujet, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis à l’aise dans cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Marrakech. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Had a very pleasant stay! The host was very kind and helpful. I booked last minute but she responded very quickly and explained everything. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need , also airco plus a private parking garage. The tv has Netflix and YouTube. Right across the street are plenty of shops, restaurants, Carrefour and a shopping mall. Location is great. Would really recommend it!

Ons verblijf in deze woning was uitstekend. De communicatie met de eigenaresse was fantastisch. Ze is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam, denkt mee en begeleidt je waar nodig. Haar Engels is uitstekend, waardoor het contact soepel verliep. Ook de faciliteiten van de woning waren top en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker een aanrader!

В номере было грязно, душевая убрана очень плохо. Мебель старая, кожа на стульях ободрана. Интернет работал с перебоями. На фотографиях всё выглядит хорошо, но по факту владелец не вкладывается в текущий ремонт. За эти деньги я ожидал лучшего сервиса. P.S. После того как я поставил адекватную, на мой взгляд, оценку (6), со мной связался владелец в WhatsApp и начал требовать объяснений. Уважаемый владелец, вам лучше следить за качеством клининга, а не допрашивать клиентов, почему они поставили не 10, а 6. P.P.S. Чуть позже, владелец повторно вышел на связь в WhatsApp начал меня оскорблять и называть идиотом. За такое оценка снижена до 1 и написана жалоба в Booking.com

The location was excellent for our needs

Very worn around the edges. Almost all the lights in the bathroom were not functioning. The upholstery on the dining room chairs was badly deteriorating.

Overall, very nice flat. Clean, perfect size for a couple and well located. We did all visits by walk and it’s about 40 mins nice walk to center of medina. Bed is comfy, and there is a large sofa in the living room if you wanna rest outside bedroom during the day Host is responsive and responds to any questions

More things to know rather than things we didn’t like: 1. flat is very close to a mosque so you get waken up (quite loudly) everyday at around 6:55 2. Would be great to include some essential items such as tissues/napkins, salt/peppers for the kitchen

I had a great stay at this apartment in Gueliz, Marrakech. The location is excellent, close to shops and the main mall, making it very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a big TV that I really enjoyed. The host, Asma, was wonderful – very friendly and quick to resolve anything I needed. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, spacious and well stocked unit in a quiet neighborhood in Marrakech. Great AC, kitchen, washer and location. Bed is super comfortable as was the couch and chair in living room. The neighborhood was very quiet (except for prayer call but there is no getting away from that). The host, Asman, was magnificent. She is very professional and answered all my questions quickly. I can highly recommend this place for your stay in Marrakech.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment, the pictures match the reality and there is a modern feel as soon as you step in. The apartment was extremely clean and smelled of really nice perfume, the bedroom was spacious, a comfortable living area with a huge TV including Netflix. There was a washing machine with drying rack on balcony which came in handy along with shutters on window/balcony door for an extra safe feeling. The local area of Gueliz was a great choice since you're away from the crazy business of the Medina but still close enough by taxi to get there. There's a shopping centre and supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Masjid next door and loads of restaurants. Highly recommend staying in this apartment. The owner was easy to get in touch with as well. Easy check in/out process.

A full length mirror to get ready especially for women would be better, only bathroom mirror available. The A/C could be a bit colder to make it even more comfortable. Bed side drawers would also be helpful

A well furnished apartment with quality Bosch microwave, ovens, washing machines and dishwasher and a huge 65 or even 75”? Samsung TV. The apartment does not feel there is any expense spared in furnishings and it is spacious. The location was fine, there is Carrefour supermarket close by, Marrakesh train station is 15mins walk away. Taxi in the city is cheap if you want to go further.

Air conditioning could be colder, i set it as low as I can but could do with a few degrees cooler for my liking. No biggie.

Very clean apartment , designs and decor are very beautiful, luxurious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large, the kitchen is spacious and tidy, excellent location close to malls, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very secure, guarded and feels safe. The host is very friendly and helpful. Communication was quick and easy I highly recommend.

Very clean, modern and spacious apartment in a new building with all the facilities you need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hairdryer, huge TV, everything you need for cooking and so on. We washed our clothes and dried them on the balcony over night since it was very warm and dry, so convenient.

The drain from the shower is not built very practically. From other reviews I have seen people complain that it gets clogged, but in fact the problem is with functionality, namely that because of the piece of marble above the siphon, the water cannot drain quickly.We removed that piece and had no more problems. Anyway, would have been the only downside of the whole experience, so it was a minor inconvenience to remove it and enjoy the apartment.

Stylish modern place equipped with everything you need. Location is super nice if you want to experience staying in Guelliz which has plenty of restaurants, bars and even a shopping mall with Carrefour supermarket. It was still easily walkable to Medina.

It’s a nice newer apartment in the best location! Good washer, and it’s a very spacious apartment. The host is nice. She’s new to renting this apartment so I’m confident she’ll do a better job with future guests. All issues were addressed so I’m optimistic they’ll be solved in the future.

Unfortunately we liked the apartment but didn’t have the best stay. Just a lot of things that added up to a poor experience. The beds were not comfortable at all, really tough pillows that gave me neck and back pain. The Wi-Fi was out our full first day, but host was able to get it fixed the next day. Some other maintenance things like shower not draining and would overflow after 2 min, the fridge was turned off by cleaners so we didn’t have a fridge the first day until they came to fix and when we tried to cook with the oven the power to the entire apartment would go off. This happened 4 times while cooking and each time we had to switch the breaker back on. The elevator was also out of order, so we had to carry suitcases 5 floors but I was told this was because of the earthquakes. Checkin and checkout process was also disorganized, but thankful she let us stay a bit later. We also noticed a lot of hair that looked like beard hair or something on the top of the couch. She’s a nice host, I’m optimistic that other guests will have a better experience than me but unfortunately can’t say mine was very good even though the place has good potential.
