So relaxing and chilled. We felt immediately at home. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and different from day to day.

The access to the sea is a little difficult but not truly a problem.

Potenciál. Es una casa de madera linda (pero vieja y con falta de mantenimiento). La piscina es hermosa (pero tan sucia que no quieres entrar).

Ruido. Esta en una zona de karaoke bars. Así que hasta media noche se escucha música a mucho volumen.

Sfeervolle gedateerde locatie, gezellig opgezet met het restaurantje en zwembad beneden. Veel plek om te zitten. Het zit in een leuk straatje met goede restaurants. De receptioniste wees ons op leuke activiteiten en festiviteiten in de omgeving.

Ons bed was heel hard, dat van onze kinderen was helemaal prima. De bars in de straat zijn druk bezocht in het weekend, de live muziek was intens maar daar kan Tony’s place niets aan doen. De muziek stopt gelukkig om 24.00 uur.

Nous avons été à l'hôtel Tony's Place Ayutthaya. On ne peut que recommander cet endroit. Sa situation proche es temples encore la gentillesse de son personnel. Une petite remarque sur la piscine. Elle est très appréciable mais plutôtpour faire trempette que véritablement faire des longueurs.

Ein wunderschönes altes Holzhaus - jedes Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet. Aber das Beste ist der Service: die Gastgeberin ist aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Einfach wunderbar hier.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente an sich ist auch toll.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Decke war mit Spinnenweben behangen und die Matratze total dreckig. Wir haben uns dort überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt und sind sogar nach einer Nacht, obwohl wir zwei gebucht haben abgereist. Für den Preis sollte man, aber auch wirklich nicht viel erwarten.

Le cadre, l'emplacement, l'accueil, le charme global. Magnifique endroit tout en bois, bien tenu, organisé et décoré avec goût. La propriétaire, une merveille de sympathie et de serviabilité ! Je tiens à réparer une injustice à propos de la piscine. L'EAU Y EST PROPRE ! Elle semble juste troublée par les effets de peinture mais ceux qui ont expliqué dans leurs commentaires que l'eau ne les engageait pas à se baigner auraient dû s'en approcher pour constater qu'elle ne présente AUCUN problème !

Petits bémols : Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas proposé. Mais pour compenser, il y avait du café gracieusement mis à disposition. Pas suffisamment de prises électriques aux abords immédiats du lit. Munissez-vous d'une rallonge multiprises.

El hotel necesita una reforma.

Wir haben uns sehr auf das Tony's gefreut, in einem alten Thai Holzhaus. Es ist sehr schön gemacht, einfach etwas Renovation könnte es an einigen Ecken gebrauchen. Wir haben 2 Delux Zimmer gebucht. Wir sind früh am Morgen angereist und konnten für einen kleinen Betrag sofort 1 Zimmer beziehen, das war super nach dem langen Flug und das Zimmer war, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Das 2 Zimmer war dann leider einen Stock darunter, nicht mehr der Holzhaus-Charme und auch nicht sehr sauber. Es kam uns wie "Budget- Klasse" vor. Da ich nach einem anderen Zimmer fragte, konnte ich mir 3 andere anschauen. Diese waren sehr schön allerdings nicht Delux sondern Superior gemäss der Rezeptionistin und nur für einen grösseren zusatzlichen Betrag erhältlich. Naja wir haben dann unser Zimmer behalten, für 3 Tage ging es und wir waren ja auch den ganzen Tag unterwegs.

Der Pool war grün, aber wir waren trotzdem zum erfrischen drin und haben danach geduscht.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The whole place was lovely, with a huge wooden room.

The bars around it are loud and don’t stop music until 12, which makes it difficult to sleep.

Très bonne ambiance. Comme à la maison. Le personnel très très gentil. Je recommande. En plus les merveilleuses visites sont toutes proche. Louer un vélo mais attention vers 11h le soleil tape très fort.

Dommage pour la piscine. Qui était verte.. elle a été nettoyé mais trop trop de chlore.

Sitio muy bonito, cabaña de madera, buena zona de descanso cerca de la piscina con buen ambiente. Personal muy amable y disponible. Por el precio está muy bien. Se llega en 15 minutos caminando al parque arqueológico y 4 en bici.

Necesita alguna actualización en las instalaciones. Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y se escuchaban gotas caer del de arriba. Y está en una zona de mucha marcha, fuilos viernes y sábado y hasta las 12 se escucha la música muy fuerte de los locales. Ideal para gente joven con ganas de ambiente, aunque no tanto para nosotros que tenemos un niño de cinco años

Tony is een aardige kerel.

Heel veel achterstallig onderhoud, zwembad ziet er heel vies uit en bedden half opgemaakt.

Très bien situé pour visiter les temples dans le parc. Bon rapport qualité prix, la piscine est un plus et permet de ce relaxer après une journée de visite.

The pool looked like it needed a good clean and the bar was not open after 6.00 pm but there's plenty of other places to get a drink and a meal. The rooms were great and I love the traditional timber building.

El personal es agradable y el lugar es muy bonito. La arquitectura antigua es preciosa.

Las sábanas tenían manchas de aceite y pelos. Nos las cambiaron cuando lo solicitamos. La piscina estaba sucia, conectaron la depuración únicamente en el momento que nos bañamos pero después seguía sucia. Para mí es esencial la limpieza correcta de la cama, faltó eso.

When booking, breakfast was stipulated. No breakfast was forthcoming. Very noisy at night. What there was a downpour, the front of the hotel was very slippery with mud and detritus. No attempt to clean this area either while it was water logged, or even after it had dried out. Lots of mosquitos made it inside the bedroom

La habitación era amplia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. La piscina la tuvimos solo para nosotros. La limpieza era buena.Cama muy amplia. Muy cerca de las ruinas, nos gestionaron una visita en tuktuk. Calidad precio muy bueno. Pudimos comer y desayunar por buen precio.

Solicitamos una cama extra y era una colchoneta fina en el suelo, finalmente el niño durmio con nosotros, por el precio mejor coger otra habiracion individual

Phòng gỗ thoáng mát, rộng rãi phù hợp giá phòng. Nhân viên lớn tuổi nhưng thân thiện, tôi đến sáng sớm lúc 7g30 vẫn hỗ trợ cho tôi tắm và vệ sinh cá nhân để có một buổi sáng đi chơi thoải mái.

Do trên con phố Bar của Ayutthaya nên sẽ lên nhạc hơi ồn từ 5-6 giờ chiều đến tầm 11-12 giờ đêm và phòng gỗ thì không cách âm. Tiếng nước chảy của bồn nước toilet liên tục tuy nhiên không đến mức làm tôi mất ngủ.

Good location. Spacious room with an older style. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was no hand soap, shampoo or body soap in the bathroom either. The room was a bit dark with no outlets close to the bed. The aircon was very slow to cool down the room which was exceptionally warm.

Lovely traditional Thai building, great communal space.

The room we stayed in wasn’t properly cleaned and there was a smell of drains. Every time another guest showered it dropped from the down pipe outside the room, woke us a couple of times. Our friends had a room upstairs which was much nicer.

Leuke tent voor een prima prijs. Zwembad is leuk. Personeel is oke. De dame die ons ontving gaf ons een beetje de indruk dat we domme toeristen waren. En alles moest snel snel. Ga hier staan. Snel snel. Wacht tot wij je roepen. enz. Prima, denk dat ze het goed bedoelde. Maar we werden een beetje als vee behandeld.

La piscine est sale et je n'ai vu personne la nettoyer pendant mon séjour. Ma douche était tellement collée sur la toilette que j'ai dû me laver dans la chambre de ma soeur. Aucune lampe près du lit. Quand ma soeur fermait sa porte il y avait un jour assez grand et elle était retenue par un bout de bois. Quand on sortait de cette chambre elle se barrait avec un gros cadenas. Elle ne se sentait pas en sécurité le soir.

Location was convenient and close to restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel served great coffee. The staff are truly amazing and made us feel so welcome. The vibe is cool with an old Thai feeling.

The pool was a bit dirty (very murky). And the rooms could have been cleaned better. There were long hairs in the bed.

There is a pool that you can use and is close to the night market and also to some bus station.

The staff was rude! We arrived and said "hi!", some old lady did not even responded and started to yell at us "PASSPORT! PASSPORT!", she gave us the key, did not tell us anything...how to access the wifi, or how we should ask for the room to be cleaned. We asked the second day for more shower gel because we got like 10 ml and it was not enough for 2 persons and they gave us the same. So we had 20 ml maximum for 3 days. In the room it says the pool is open until 22, in the pool it says that after 21 they will fine you. :/ The prices in the restaurant are expensive.

Nous n’avons pas eu les chambres réservées, les nôtres étaient au rez-de chaussée et ne correspondaient en rien aux photos de booking. Seul avantage : elles donnaient sur l’arrière et n’étaient pas bruyante. Une des chambres avait un dysfonctionnement d’eau chaude qui n’a pas été résolu alors qu’on l’a a signalé. Propreté douteuse.

Hôtel très propre, bien agencé et globalement confortable. Les installations sont de qualité et le lieu est agréable.

En revanche, l’expérience avec 2/4 du personnel a été très négative. Nous avons été confrontés une tentative de surfacturation, ainsi qu’à des erreurs de rendu de monnaie en leur faveur. De plus, l’attitude a été à plusieurs reprises agressive, irrespectueuse et dédaigneuse envers ma compagne et moi. C’est regrettable car la qualité de l’établissement est clairement ternie par ce manque de professionnalisme et de respect.

Ich war zum 5. Mal hier. Ein sehr gemütliches Hotel zum entspannen. Normalerweise Esse ich nicht im Hotel. Aber hier ist das Essen wirklich gut und sehr günstig.

The traditional wooden Thai structure of the building

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in for many years. The main reason is the incessant non-stop noise from the bars directly opposite the hotel from 5 pm all the way to 2 am in the morning. Can't understand all the high ratings this hotel has been given due to this major problem. The moment I entered the place at 5 pm I had a gut feeling something was wrong as there was loud music with heavy bass beat coming from the bars. The hotel personal informed me the music would stop at midnight, however at midnight the music was still playing ! It was only at just past 2 am that the last bar decided to turn off the music. I would also like to point out that after 9 pm all the staff had deserted the premises. Was going to be a 2 night stay, but left the next day after one night, it was a huge relief.

Breakfast was reasonable, but very small, and personally I don't consider lettuce to be part of a breakfast. Expensive for Thailand.

Tea or coffee wasn't included in the breakfast, which is ridiculous. 2 cups of tea costs more than the breakfast! The pool is quite dirty looking and I wouldn't go in it. Plenty of people did, and they probably risked ear infections. I stayed at Tony's last year and I loved it. It's more rundown now, the streets are filthy, presumably because of dry mud dust after months of flooding. But it's the responsibility of the local authorities to clean them. There are more, generally very poor, incredibly noisy restaurants/bars literally outside Tony's doors. The noise reverberates throughout the hotel, sometimes until 03. 00 am. It's terrible!
