Brand new loft apartment with glazed balcony

Sijainti oli hyvä, ratikka lähellä. Vaivaton sisäänkirjautuminen. Nopea vastaus ja apu majoittajasta. Kaunis asunto.

Uusi ja siisti asunto, hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella.

Google maps opasti väärälle puolelle junarataa.

Richtig gute Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Intelligent aufgeteilter Platz. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Straßenbahn quasi vor der Tür. Guter Preis! Alles fein.

Die Parksituation war etwas verwirrend.

Ei tarvinnut hakea avaimia mistään. Helpot ohjeet. Siisti ja viihtyisä asunto.

Sijainti on hirveä. Junat kulkee parvekkeen ohi jatkuvasti ja täysin lasitetut parvekkeet estää yksityisyyden.

Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja toimiva 5 hlön perheellemme. Asunto sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla, josta pääsi kulkemaan hyvin niin julkisilla (ratikkapysäkki aivan vieressä) kuin kävellenkin. Autolle löytyi (maksullinen) parkkipaikka helposti.

Tyynyt olivat melko huonot kaikkien majoittuvien mielestä.

The apartment was modern, spacious and with really nice interior. Great for families or small groups of people who want to enjoy privacy within a shared space. Newly refurbished WC and shower, with all supplies nicely provided. Developing modern residential neighbourhood with a good vibe. Sound isolation from neighbour apartments was excellent (or the neighbours were extremely quiet). Very easy access to Tampere centre with tram.

It was hard to find the place, since the provided directions and Google maps do not consider the wide construction works all around. We really struggled to find the right building and entrance, and had to ask for a help from locals. The host did not answer the calls. We found the parking lot (1014, paid parking that only works with apps), but the direct door from that to the building and elevator is locked, you have to go outside and find your way to the right entrance upstairs. Clear instructions with photos would have saved a lot of unpleasant hassle with arrival and checking in. There’s a nice balcony, but not with the views you see in Booking. Lake is on the other side, you can only watch graffiti and passing trains. Washing machine and dishwasher did not work. We followed common logic of both, tried different programs and even cleaned the filter. Still they kept displaying errors and apparently needed maintenance.

Viihdyttiin perheenä hyvin. Kaikki tarvittava oli mitä voisi toivoa, tullaan Kyllä jatkossakin tänne. :)

Odotimme järvinäköalaa mutta yllätyimme iloisesti parvekkeen ilta-auringodsta. Sohva oli vähän haastava nukkumapaikka patjasta huolimatta (se oli tosi hyvä) Astioita varsinkin laseja voisi olla vähän enemmän

Asunto oli siisti, sängyt olivat hyvät, vuodevaatteet oli valmiiksi pedattu. Sijainti oli rauhallinen eikä läheinen rautatie häirinnyt. Asunnossa oli valmiina kahvia ja teetä. Yhteydenpito oli helppoa ja ohjeet olivat selkeät. Kaikki sujui mutkattomasti.

Asunto oli melko lämmin, mutta aamulla auttoi parvekkeen oven avaaminen. Olisimme kaivanneet perinteisiä kahvimukeja, mutta selvisimme lasisillakin.

Talo oli hiljainen, ilmeisesti melko tyhjä. Asunnon omistaja toi paikalle lapsiperheen oleskelua helpottavia ratkaisuja.

Sijainti oli aluetta tuntemattomalle melko hankala. Ympäristössä paljon rakennustöitä, huono- ja purkukuntoisia rakennuksia ympärillä. Parvekkeen näkymä oli suoraan junaradalle ja näkyvät rakenteet graffitin peitossa. Sisäänpääsy huoneistoon oli erikoinen - pitkä koodi sekä koputuksia. Huoneistossa ei ole kaappitilaa edes kahdelle mikäli haluaisi jäädä muutamaksi vuorokaudeksi. Suihkussa käynti kasteli koko kylpyhuoneen lattian.

Apartment was a great option with the kid as they provided a high chair, potty, etc. The flat was spotless and the tocation is great with the tram just outside the door with easy access to town. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampere!

Parkkihalli oli kätevä käyttää ja asunto oli siisti.

Very beautiful and clean apartment for a very low price - great value! The owner is very kind and helpful, everything went without any problems. The big bed has 2 separate covers 1 for each person sleeping - perfect!

Sijainti todella hyvä.

Helteet tekivät asuintilasta tukalan kuuman, muuten todella hyvä majoitus ja parkkitilaa oli todella rajoitetusti.

Modern eingerichtetes, kleines Appartement. Sehr gut ausgestattete, funktionale Küchenzeile. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV (Tram ca. 2 Minuten entfernt, Bus ca. 8 Minuten). Gut schallisolierte Fenster (Bahnstrecke liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Züge fahren aber recht langsam und leise). Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings kein Blick vom Appartement aufs Wasser. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Unser Aufenthalt war während einer ungewöhnlichen Hitzewelle und das Appartement war deshalb sehr aufgeheizt. Leider lassen sich die Fenster im kleinen Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen, um die Wohnung Nachts durchzulüften (eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht). Alle Fenster haben Jalousien, die Wohnung lässt sich aber nicht komplett verdunkeln.

Hyvä sijainti, helppo tulla autolla. Ainoana miinuksena parkkipaikkojen vähyys ja maksullisuus. Asunto viihtyisä ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy.

Helteellä asunnossa kuuma ja ilmastointia ei ollut.

A little far from any grocery or other stores.

Τhe doors are opened either with codes or via the internet. The hosts sent all the necessary instructions with the details in a timely manner and clearly, so I didn't need any help.
