Tarkoitus oli kummipojan muutto apu nimittäin muutti kyseiseen taloon. Rauhallinen pihapiiri vielä ennen uusien talojen rankentamista viereen. Melu liikenteestä ei kuulunut sisälle. Nätisti sisustettu ja lasitettu parveke oli plussaa.

Ilman autoa on hankala menne. Ratikka kyllä liikkuu lähellä siitä otettava selvää ensin. Autolla taas hyvä kun on autohallipaikka.

Modern, clean & tidy, spacious, bathroom clean, good range of kitchen utilities including kettle for hot drinks! Close to the Pyynikki Trail (just up the driveway) - great for those walkers/runners! Small dairy (shop) 2min walk away, and close to a train stop

Excelente calidad, limpieza, y ubicación. El anfitrión me ayudó en todo momento y facilitó mi llegada temprana.

Asunto oli siisti ja sopivan väljästi kalustettu. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Ilmainen parkkihallipaikka oli hieno juttu.

Saapumisen helppous, hyvät ohjeet. Valoisa, tilava asunto, hiljainen talo, hyvät julkiset yhteydet, kaikki tarvittava asumiseen löytyy asunnosta.

Majoittaja reagoi viesteihin nopeasti.

Kaikki sujui ongelmitta. Pieni miinus levitettävän sängyn epätasaisuudesta.

Siisti ja rauhallinen majoitus. Selkeät ohjeet ja hyvä yhteydenpito. Asunnosta hyvät yhteydet keskustaan.

Viihtyisä, siisti ja rauhallinen asunto. Hyvä sänky. Ratikkapysäkki aivan vieressä. Nopea vastaus viesteihin. Kaikin puolin hyvä!

Majoittaja oli ottanut huomioon monia pieniä yksityiskohtia; esim. löytyi eteisestä pitkä kenkälusikka ja monia muita. Ohjeet olivat erinomaisen yksityiskohtaiset ja loogiset. Parkkihalli autolle oli todella iso plussa.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig!

Apartamento moderno, bien equipado y decorado, con plaza de parking incluida. Al lado de una parada de tranvía, cerca de Sarkaniemi, a 20 minutos andando del centro, cruzando una pasarela llegas a un lago donde se puede pasear. Balcón acristalado. Puede resultar complicado el acceso al portal por una cuesta no asfaltada, no obstante el propietario nos dio todas las indicaciones muy explicadas para poder entrar el primer dia al alojamiento y fue muy rápido en la comunicación. Sin duda repetiría.

Por indicar los puntos a mejorar,, para 4 personas dos de ellas tienen que dormir en un sofá cama, tiene lavadora pero falta secadora ya que la ropa no se seca de un dia para otro.

Sijainti loistava. Raitiovaunu menee vierestä ja ainoastaan pari pysäkkiä Särkänniemeen. Sijainti ja talo rauhallinen ja sopii hyvin lapsiperheelle. Asunto siisti, puhtaat vuodevaatteet, riittävä keittiön kalustus ja tiskikone.

“New” describes exactly what is the condition of the apartment. All the modern amenities that is needed to feel comfortable and secure. Appliances are new. Everything is new. Definitely will be back!!!

This is an ultra-modern flat in what looks like a fairly new development just outside of the centre. We were just staying the one night in Tampere, which can be quite expensive, and I thought this looked decent and reasonably priced. Actually it turned out to be a really good choice. The flat was really well turned out - sparkling clean, good sized and everything furnished to a high standard. So, a new model Bosch washing machine in the bathroom for example. The shower was great, the bed big and comfortable, and a spacious kitchen with everything you would want in it. Like most Finnish flats, it also had a sunny enclosed balcony. Nice to sit in but also very useful for drying clothes (there is also a drying rack) The apartment block itself was quiet and very clean. Although this is a couple of kilometres out of the city centre there is a tram stop immediately outside which had frequent trams going past It's by a big main road but the apartment is at the back of a building set back from there so you don't hear it. Unless you're set on staying in the city centre I would recommend this as a good option. We had a car so we also took advantage of the free parking space.

There's a slightly complicated process for initially getting into the building which involves loading a mobile app and creating a user account. I palmed this task off on my husband and he reported back that it worked well. I'm a bit of a technophobe and so would have found this bit quite stressful. Thankfully once you're in the flat there's a key. And the original email does say it offers an alternative to the app process if you can't manage it.

New, clean and comfortable apartment. Very quiet! There was a nice balcony to the inner yard. Communication with the host was excellent and he replied instantly as we had problems in the beginning.

It was difficult to find the apartment, even though we followed the instructions. First we tried to go there by car, but it is not possible to drive to the apartment. You have to leave car by Rantatie and walk the hill up. After you have logged in to the apartment, it is possible to transfer the car to the parking hall.

Perfect location have tram no.3 down on the street basically can get you everywhere easily in Tampere. Quiet neighbourhood and every facility in the apartment is clean and well-managed, have all cookers and utensils needed if you want to cook for yourself. Spacious bathroom is really a plus for our stays.

Everything was clean and tidy

Brand-new flat, super comfortable and fully equipped with everything. There's a parking spot just below the flat which is easy to access and it's free of charge. The host is super helpful and solved the issues quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend it if you're staying in Tampere.

Nothing to say. If I have to find a minor inconvenience, I'd say that there was very little shower gel left which was barely enough for three people. Anyway, nothing major to say.

Smooth and easy - for the host and for the guest. Small but smart. 2 adults 2 children - no problem. Fresh and new. Even if the dishes were dirty. Peaceful, no commotion.

In year 2050 probably a tremendous location aswell - now a construction site all around. Can´t say I had a problem with this.

A brand new apartment in a brand new building situated in a brand new neighbourghood. Well furnished and equipped, everything you need is available. Great window - no noise from the street or construction still ongoing nearby.

Last. minute change of apartment made it difficult to find

The apartment was much smaller than we expected, but we understand that this was due to a problem with the originally booked property. The host was apologetic and helpful.

It was a fully equipped apartment, with everything that a single person or a family would need. Also its location was a short trip to market place . Almost everything we needed was in reach. The owner is a very cooperative person and he is ready to get contact so fast. Also he has provided the place with easy and useful directions. It was a great experience for my family and definitely we will reserve it next time we visit Tampere.
