We had a good stay at the property, the rooms had mini fridge and was spacious. This was close to Baga and Calangute beach.

The bathroom was big, but could have been more neat. Also had a weird drainage smell.

It was quiet..

Breakfast was terrible. Cold and not good at all..

My room wasn't clean even once, and I had to ask for everything, water, new towels...

The location is not too bad, although you still have to walk around the block (~5min) to get to the main street. There is a swimming pool, but no one really uses it.

The rooms were not at all what we expected. The are not maintained, not cleaned properly and have the lowest quality furniture you can find. Everything is either scratched, peeling off or partly broken. The "kitchen" has absolutely NOTHING of a kitchen. It is basically just a water tap + sink + kitchen counter. There were no plates, no glasses, no cutlery, no stove, no microwave, nothing at all. We couldn't even eat food that we ordered if they didn't deliver with a spoon! We also could not reheat food if we brought leftovers home, etc. Breakfast was by far the worst we've had in a long time. It is very very spicy indian food (sambhar and idly) in little plastic bags. Even though we asked twice for something non spicy, they kept delivering the same super spicy food that we could not eat. The staff is friendly and helpful (when we asked for a spoon, they found a single-use spoon in a drawer for us to use), but it's definitely a hotel with potential but very poorly managed. I would not book there again.

Loved the way the staffs handled the client.. polite answers and immediate response.. property and the swimming pool was neatly maintained.. housekeeping staffs were polite and quickly provided us with an induction stove, a frying pan, extra mattress and pillows on request.. Special thanks to Gaurav and Paritha who attended to our needs and helped us have an ammazinnng stay.. will definitely book again.!

The property is very good...and the room sizes and aesthetics are very nice. 10/10 recommended for a stay. Cleanliness is also good with a good swimming pool.

The Hotel Management needs to coordinate well with the people... regarding breakfast and other services they offer. The employees are a little casual and laid back.. Should follow basic rules to inform customers before ordering Breakfast for them. The owner should be available at Hotel to understand the difficulties of the people. As we had issues with breakfast ordering without our permission so had to eat cold breakfast. The people at the hotel don't take complete responsibility at times..should act more responsible towards the customers. So for that 2/10.

Swimming pool but it wasn't very clean. Great location, walkable market and most of area.

First morning, breakfast wasn't given even though we had in our package. Next day, breakfast was bad food, my kids vomitted after traveling 10km from the place. It's bad. Extra bed was bad. Its small 1br apartment without any view. Not value for money.

1. Staff was helpful, they had contacts for providing scooty and airport taxi at reasonable rates. 2. Apartment was clean. 3. They had provided induction on request and cooking utensil too. 4. Location was close to the main road and beaches. 5. Pool was well maintained.

1. They should label shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom. It was just 2 coloured bottles and we didn't know which one was what. 2. They should also provide a soap/ handsoap as part of toiletries. 3. As it is mentioned, it is a fully working kitchen. They should provide utensil cleaning detergent and scrub, kitchen towel/cleaning cloth, spoons/forks/knives in kitchen.

I had booked 3 rooms. The showers in the bathroom didn't have enough pressure. The geyser didn't work in one of the rooms. They say breakfast included but breakfast wasn't exactly a breakfast. They would send small quantities of poha and tea in a plastic bag to our room. That's not breakfast included. Parking was a bit difficult for SUVs. They don't allow guests to meet us.

Our stay was excellent! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all amenities we needed. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for me and my family!

While our stay had its positives, there were a few drawbacks. The geyser in our room wasn't working properly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was no breakfast option available; instead, we received a small container with an omelette and bread, which of course wasn’t enough along with a limited amount of tea delivered to the room.

Quote a big apartment with comfy beds and good air conditioning facilities. Breakfast was provided in the room. The swimming pool was nice. The location was nice.

Breakfast was too little served. We faced a power cut. Tea was not good.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff here is very friendly and provided us with scooter and cab service at an affordable rate. Not to forget about the pool it was so good and relaxing.
