In dine staffs-Raju arranged the cakes for both me and my sister’s birthday ,Pooja ,Faki ,Samarita,Hakani and Dakahi very observant, kind and skillfull took care of our needs without even need of asking during breakfast and lunch they even gave us a memorable gift the bibinka was very tasty 🫶🏻 (Aaditya and Kundan )from housekeeping decorated the room so beautifully and were very friendly 🫶🏻 Satish (Ladu) and sunita from medical team assited my sister who got hurt even in the middle of the night 🫶🏻and Chayanika from guest receiving made this trip memorable with their observation skills and great hospitality 🫶🏻very kind and well spoken staff made the stay soothing and comfortable they took care of all our needs and requests they are young but have great skills and credibility to grow in their respective fields

The airport transfer facility as the transportation is very expensive and not readily available from the location

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. It was so smooth because everything was available at one place. You can rent a scooty outside just outside the hotel. The food was excellent. I did not book dinner in the booking but 2 nights I have spent out of 3 nights I ate only in the hotel. The staff was nice especially suhani ji. She took care of us like family.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and highly professional, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. A special thanks to **Nikita**, who went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. She beautifully decorated our room, and when we returned from a stroll nearby, we were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious birthday cake waiting for us. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our day even more special. The only minor area for improvement was the communication regarding our reservation. We had requested an airport pick-up and mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, but the hotel's response came only after we had already checked in. Better coordination on such special requests before arrival would make the guest experience even more seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality and exceptional service. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others.

The breakfast was really great and the spread was amazing. All staff provided an excellent service and everyone were really friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Vachasprati who waited on us most of the time during our stay. Also excellent servioce provided by Nilesh, Pooja, Suhani, Vikash, Tilu, Ajit, Kimma, Sadasiva and Yogesh. The check-in was also first class and a special thank you to Mohit for making us feel so welcome and for going out his way to accommodate us in similar rooms.

Honestly, there is really nothing that we can complain about. The only issue that we had was some guests making quite a loud noise on the one night. They did however keep quiet after we asked them to.

The kindness of Mahabali and Steven were the only saving grace for me and my friends. Tbe rest of the team right from the reception staff to the servers were very bad, We serious didn't expect this bad a service from Mariott. The food too was way average. We booked Marriott Fairfield thinking it would be on par with Moxy in Bangalore but were really disappointed. Hoping so.e improvement here

Our stay at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute had both positives and a very disappointing experience. The rooms were small but comfortable, the property was well maintained, and most of the staff we interacted with during our stay were courteous. However, just before checking out, we discovered that our credit card had been charged multiple times without our authorization, resulting in duplicate charges for our stay. We immediately brought the issue to the attention of the hotel staff, and the Assistant Front Office Manager acknowledged that the additional charges were due to a "system glitch" and assured us that the excess amount would be refunded. While we appreciated the acknowledgement, we expected the issue to be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, despite this assurance, there was no follow-up. Over the next several days, my repeated calls to the Assistant Front Office Manager went unanswered. Even after contacting the hotel reception multiple times and requesting that my call be transferred or that I receive a callback, I did not receive any response or update from the hotel. Another concern was that the invoices issued to us contained incorrect room numbers, and the confirmation numbers on the invoices did not match our original booking confirmation emails. Naturally, this raised questions about how our reservation and payment details had been handled. The issue was addressed only after I escalated the matter to Marriott Customer Care, who initiated an investigation. While the refund process has now been initiated, the experience of having unauthorized charges on a credit card, followed by a lack of communication from the hotel during such a serious issue, caused unnecessary stress and significantly affected our confidence. While I appreciate Marriott Corporate for investigating and resolving the matter, I expected much better communication, accountability, and ownership from the hotel management, especially considering the seriousness of the issue. I sincerely hope the hotel strengthens its billing controls and customer service processes so that no other guest has to go through a similar experience.

The pictures on the website were almost like a scam, for it didn't show the real location of the hotel. The corridors were dirty all the time. When we took our room, it wasn't clean. Some mornings, we had to wait for more than 25 minutes to get a table for breakfast. The breakfast was very minimal, not a lot of options, and no international breakfast in an international hotel.

The food, ambience, stay everything was very good. We really enjoyed our stay! Vachaspati ji was there to help us out!

This is not a 4 or 5 star property, this is a Dharamshala, no staff, no lights in the chore door, no bell boy, no proper valet service ( only one person available).

Do not book this Hotel We had booked a stay at Fairfield by Marriott Goa from 6th June 2026 to 8th June 2026 through MakeMyTrip (Booking ID: NH96238489124468). We had specifically booked and fully paid for a Pool View Room with Balcony. Upon arriving at the hotel around 3:30 PM, we were asked to wait. After nearly 30 minutes, the check-in process finally began but took an unusually long time. During the process, we were asked whether we planned to go out and return later. When we said no, we were informed that our booked room was unavailable and were temporarily allocated a room without a balcony, with a promise that we would be shifted later. We eventually checked in around 4:30 PM and were asked to shift again around 5:30 PM to another room. However, the room provided had a wall-facing view rather than the pool view we had paid for. When we raised this issue, the staff insisted that it was a pool-view room. I have attached photographs of the actual view from the room. After further complaints, we were asked to adjust for one night. The next day, we were shifted yet again to a different room. Over a two-night stay, we had to pack and unpack our luggage three times, which was highly inconvenient and unacceptable. The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. The breakfast service was poorly managed, with long waiting times just to get a table. Basic table essentials such as cutlery and salt were missing, with only pepper available on the table. Even the food quality and portions were below expectations. For example, the masala dosa served was unusually small, and I have attached photographs for reference. Another inconvenience was that room dining bills had to be settled immediately rather than being added to the room account for settlement during checkout, which is uncommon for a hotel of this category. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have encountered. Additionally, the hotel is located approximately 1.5 km away from Calangute's main area, making access to shops, restaurants, and taxis less convenient than expected. Overall, the stay fell far short of the standards associated with the Marriott brand, and I would not recommend this property based on my experience. Rahul M Kumar

Well what to say about this team. They are really amazing one. Starts from the Guard, till the GM. Everyone is just outstanding. Mr. Ganesham,Archie, Sakshi, Sameer, Sriniwas, endless names Every single person is so dedicatedly attend the Guests. Overwhelmed with Services and the way they care for Guest. Kudos to whole Team. Your check in time is 3 pm, but please be prepared to wait for good 40 mins to 1 hour or sometimes even longer to get your room. If you question why rooms are assigned so late, they'll dismiss it saying they're full house and guests have not checked out yet. I had placed a request 4 days in prior for room decoration and a cake which they failed to deliver miserably at. So do not, I REPEAT DO NOT rely on this property staff to arrange something for your special occasions because they'll fail at it and you'll end up ruining your special day. Let me not get started on the Kava restaurant, the queue for breakfast is never ending. So do not plan any outings for morning because you'll end up missing it and not having breakfast on time too. A hotel full of staff who have the worst time management and people management and to top it all they will gaslight you and leave you in constant irritated mode to even deliver the basics. Not something one wants on a vacation. You end up agitated than getting relaxed. Skip this property and opt for Anjuna or Benaulim property instead. Both those properties have much better service. Youll see many such reviews like mine. Please skip this property completely and avoid ruining your relaxation and vacation time. I regret opting to stay here. Shoutout to Mansi - the Manager here for being absolutely useless and doing lil to no justice to her job. The team's lack of hospitality, empathy, discipline is both the Manager and the Management's responsibility.

The kettle was not working but the staff immediately replaced it with another working one. Other than that everything else was amazing.

Every thing awesome & feeling very good hospital

Had a comfortable stay at Fairfirld by Marriott. The rooms are a bit small and it is not walking distance from the beach as suggested by many. The pool at the hotel is enjoyable and sufficient. But the helpful and efficient staff at the hotel and tasty food made up for all the tiny misses. We went on an extremely busy weekend and the crew seemed short staffed but they worked hard with dedication and wide smiles.

Everything was good. The staff was very friendly. The guards near the pool and entrance are very supportive specially if you are with kids. Chef Faki is very helpful and very good with pan cakes. The check-in experience was smooth and special thanks to Riddhi from Front Office for the warm welcome and the lovely congratulation cake arranged in the room for my recognition. A big appreciation to the Housekeeping team, especially Pranita, for the excellent daily room service. Every time we returned, the room was perfectly clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Bilal, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, who personally met me during checkout to take feedback. Thank you to the entire HK team for the outstanding hospitality and service. Kawa Restaurant served amazing food with a great variety of delicious dishes. Special mention to Chef Provesh — a truly mind-blowing chef and a wonderful person. He personally interacted with us every day, took special care of our preferences, and made us feel at home with his hospitality and food taste. One moment which truly touched my heart was during breakfast at Kawa when I was alone without my wife and son. Chef Provesh personally came to ask about them and, without even knowing us personally, arranged sandwiches and cold coffee packed for takeaway to the room. He mentioned, “I don’t want my single guest to miss breakfast,” which was truly a wow moment for me. Such gestures make guests feel valued and cared for. Also thanks to Monalisa and the entire Kawa team for being so professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, our stay experience was wonderful and memorable. We will surely return soon and highly recommend others to stay here. Once again, heartfelt thanks to each and every team member for making our family stay so special and memorable.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Resort Goa. The location is great, as it is close to the beach and nearby cafés and markets, which made getting around easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during my stay. The breakfast had a good variety, but the service was a bit slow during busy hours. The pool and common areas were well maintained, though some parts of the property could use a little renovation to match the premium pricing. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, despite a few minor drawbacks. It's a decent choice for families and couples visiting Goa.

I had an amazing stay at the Marriott Resort Goa. It offers a peaceful environment, and having direct access to the beach adds value to it. The staff was very accommodating, and it was great that they would be available whenever I needed help. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed all the meals served during dinner. The only issue was that checking in took longer than anticipated. However, the facilities seemed old-fashioned relative to its pricing range. In spite of that, the overall experience was quite pleasant.

Just returned from my holiday at Marriott Resort Goa with my spouse and must say that I had a great time there. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing; the rooms were tidy and large enough, and the hospitality shown by the hotel staff made the entire experience worthwhile. The location is ideal for a couple holidaying with its proximity to the beach and various dining places. Our favorite places included the swimming pool and the buffet breakfast, where the food variety was amazing. Room service was efficient and prompt. Would highly recommend the place for a relaxing break in Goa.
