At the time of arrival only the swimming pool get cleaned, However next they doesn't do it..In the room there was some dust from the roof top...Informed to the hotel person

Worth every penny. Excellent rooms near to beach. Washrooms are clean . Pool water is more chlorinated, but clean. Smooth Check in and check out.

Property was comfortable and worth the money. However we feel there is scope for improvement like the bedding sheets and blankets can be better. It didn't feel fresh. And was a little annoyed with mosquitoes. Even with the repellant it was pointless.

This is a great place to stay for family. Spacious villa with a sit out on the top. TV with most of the OTT subscriptions. Swimming pool to relax and enjoy where kids can chill-out. Very close to ECR as well as Serenity beach. Thanks to Prasanna the person in charge who takes a good care of the property as well as the guests.

Had an awesome stay here! The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the hut type room at the top was a nice addition. The swimming pool was very clean and the staff were readily available and very helpful for all the requests we had. The stay is also located very near to the Serenity beach which has good surfing spots. Definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Pondicherry.

Affordable and clean home stay with pool

The rooms were located at a good place and sufficient for 5-6 people. Property owner was very good and responsive.

Smell in the rooms and washrooms. Apart from that all were good.

Nice place to stay. Neat, clean. Nice concept actually. Everything is available from water, vessels etc. Worth the price. Also vessels, drinking water is available. Food can be cooked by us.

Hotels to dine in are a km away and are very okayish.

I felt like home there, you have kitchen, fridge, sofa, induction stove, two bed room, one kitchen with hall.. tv with cable connection.. especially swimming pool you can swimming any time with drinking your fav beverage

If the rain comes, you will face power issue. They have few power back up...otherwise affordable price

We had a perfect stay at their place…the owners were kind…the place was neat and clean and moreover above our expectations…a budget stay near beach…everyone in our group liked it

There could be a name board or any sign board…was difficult to find as it didn’t show in google maps too could improve that

It's a house in a regular street converted in a way for staying. Electric stove and all regular home appliances were there. Hut is good. The swimming pool is good. Liked it. If you are expecting a bigger kind of stay this won't suit. I'm satisfied with the stay.

The swimming pool is good. But flat 4feet. It was difficult for kids to play. Good if a a partial place is converted in a way kids can play.

The manager was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for him to arrange for his guests. The place is new and very clean and so quirky with the upstairs open bedroom/lounging area with a fan to keep you cool and then the open area overlooking the pool where you can sit and eat or drink. I really loved it.

The only thing was the distance into white town for the restaurants and sights. But once I asked manager he arranged an auto rickshaw for £3 each way.. (and it is much too far to walk) which came and collected us at the end of an evening too so really the location isn’t too bad and serenity beach is cleaner than rock beach and that is 3/5 mins walk

Unique blend of Vintage style villas with modern facilities! Kitchente with Refrigerator and RO. Loved the unique terrace and the swimming pool was just awesome! A perfect home for vacation stay! Serenity beach was just few mins walk!!!!

The visit was beautiful. The property is walking distance from serenity beach which is perfect for watching sunrise in peace.
