First thing on Arrival they asked to pay and post immediately they asked to cancel booking from this site..by saying they offer breakfast if we cancel from booking.com. Things are not in this as follows:- AC will not work we had terrible experience Their swimming pool was not cleaned and ita filled with Birds PIT The entire place outside also same filled with Birds PIT Ordered their food OMG worst thing can't even take single bite This is very far from city centre you will not have any shops near Cab drivers also will not come to this place I wonder being booking.com as international one how would you on board such a fraudulent hotels.. happy to talk more if you contact me also.

It rained one day and the room had water leaks. The curtains were not blackout so the night lights kept the room a bit brighter.

Taste of the food we ordered was good.

since its close to the beach lot of power fluctutations and power cut even though there is generator it does not work always, we had to change 3 rooms due to current and AC issues. Breakfast options was limited not like a buffet they serve only 2 south indian dishes and bread toast. Breakfast was not value for money.

Staff's are super helpful and friendly. Car Parking is available. Safety is taken care as cameras are everywhere. Pool is well maintained. Food was quite average with respect to quality and price. View of the sea is great from the hotel.

Location of the hotel. Too narrow road to reach the hotel. Beach in front of the hotel is not at all clean, basically fishermen's start their day for fish catching from around this point. You will be able find the fish boats and that fish smell around this particular area of the beach. Beach is not suitable for taking baths.

They will not clean the room and room surroundings in the morning, they would clean it very late. TV wont work, staffs were not friendly, overall is not worth the money the charge.

No proper Coordination of staffs .. Reckless n rude behaviour of staffs apart from Selvam n one of the boy .. All others hopeless .. No Lunch No Dinner Menu when asked they casually saying to order on Swiggy or Zomato as Chef not there .. Not even trying to manage food for Customers.. Rooms not clean .. Just insects on the bed.. No Proper Hot water .. Rooms cleaning services not done ..

Location and ambience was wonderful there.

All the common places people were hanging out that can be easily seen once you open the door. So avoid this place if going with parents or kids.

Everything, first train your staff’s, the female who sits in reception ask her how to speak with the customer, and towels are not clean no tissue paper in toilets, rooms are not clean, customers are booking rooms in online by seeing the images only so please maintain the hygiene.

location out of city. didn't provide the room with beach view window. No chairs for our room to sit out.. power fluctuation. No inner locks & lacks privacy. especially don't opt for Room No.209. Its one of the worst room location

No coffee machine or working water kettle. Its bare minimum. Not worth the room rate. No phone to call the reception

We booked this property specifically for a sea-facing room. However, upon arrival, we were not given the room that was confirmed in our booking and were instead offered a different one. Since the accommodation did not match what was booked, we had to cancel the stay immediately and look for another place. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress.

Planned vacation with my wife. As we previously came to pondicherry once, we wanted to try property with see view and pool. I stunned with the property location and view. Morning views are best. We enjoyed a lot. Pool also maintaining neatly. We almost spent 3 hours in pool in our two days stay. Best for bachelors and friends also as I have seen many were hanging out late night at pool with sea view. Property has parking space. And the management also very helpful. They arranged bike for rent and auto when we are checking out. Property is in fisherman area who also looks decent.Many hotels or resorts is there as it is near beach. Another good point is it near to the airport just 4km. Overall I fully recommend it to everyone. Swiggy and instamart also available to this property. They have a small restaurant also. Tea and breakfast we have tried. It is good.

We felt very good about everything except one small thing that is location. It is almost 5 km far from main city. When we were reaching to property for the first time (reached pondicherry at 11.00 PM), we felt like we are traveling far from the city and auto persons at bus station also told that location is not in pondicherry, it fall under tamilnadu state.

If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful resort with amazing views, this is it. Every room featured a balcony overlooking the sea that we never wanted to leave. Beyond the great facilities and tasty breakfast, the service is what stands out. They kindly prepared fresh food for my infant on request, showing true hospitality. 10/10 experience!"Highly recommended for families. We will definitely be back

Early or late check in/ out was not allowed inspite of rooms are free ( Even for one r two hours). Considering the resort is in interior location , Early or late check in/ out should be Allowed.

Hashtag Hive always make me wonderful memories which will travel throughout my life. Excellent place to stay where we can hear sound of waves 24/7. Excellent beach view. Peaceful and pleasant stay. Waiting for another vacation to stay at Hashtag Hive. Just loved it.
