موقع الفندق قريب من كل شي يحتاجه السائحون تواجد المطاعم واجهزة الصراف توجد عدد 5 اجهزة و سبرماركت عدد 2 7/11 ومحلات المساج ومراكز سباء

بعض النزلا لا يحترمون خصوصيات النزلا الباقين بإصدار أصوات مزعجه وإغلاق الباب للغرفه بأشد قوة مما يقلقك هذا التصرف لأنه الفندق نظام الأرضيات في الممرات سراميك يكون الصوت عالي

On the day we checked in, the receptionist collected a €50 deposit from us. Later, on the morning of our checkout, they claimed a plastic coaster was missing from the room; although we were certain we hadn't taken it, they demanded payment anyway. La atención prestada por la chica que le llamaban EYE, la verdad que fue muy cordial, amable y atenta, cualquier cosa o incidente, lo supo resolver inmediatamente, me solicitó que por favor puntuara al hotel, pero quiero puntuarla a ella en especial, muchas gracias por tu servicio de cara al cliente.

Las puertas principales de las habitaciones se cierran muy rápido y dan portazos, por lo que se escuchan un poco. No me gustó que los otros cliente no dejaran de alzar la voz incluso para llamar a su amigo, que no tienen teléfono? Cosas que el personal del hotel no pudiera hacer, es normal, pero lo que no es normal los clientes que se quejaban por que les habían cobrado las bebidas que no eran gratuitas, les pasa por no prestar atención a la hora de hacer el check-in.

The property provides only2 bottles of drinking water which is not sufficient this needs to be as per the guest requirement.Also breakfast should have more spread

The position of the hotel is close to pathong beach and to the famous bangla market. We liked the beach view from the 7th floor pool especially to watch the sunset. The view from the balcony to the busy streets was also great All employees were helpful and kind.

infinity pool, spacious enough, water feels nice to the body, not heavily chlorinated rooms are of good sizes, you can control the airconditioning. Staff- very nice people and very helpful Location: Very nice location, easy access to points of interest, felt safe

None really except for the thought of access of none residents to the pool, but maybe they were residents to the hotel i just misinterpreted.

1- Room were not clear enough. Beds, corners even the kettle was dirty we couId not use to drink tea/coffee. 2- Bed shape is awful. Not much place between table and bcz of the shape you always hit your foot. 3- Balcony view was nice but the air conditioning voice is 24/7 loud even if you don’t use the one in the room it is loud. 4- If you are going to book this place for the pool just don’t. I booked for the pool but I could not even see it.

Нельзя курить нигде, бассейн работает до 8 там нельзя со своими напитками едой и курить тоже. Сантехника старая сами номера темные как в подвале ручка от душа отваливалась постоянно, еще и штрафанули за то что якобы нет какой то таблички хотя зачем она нам сдалась что бы красть ее. Короче на 4 звезды вообще не тянет, до него была в 3* там на много больше номера кровать и номера свежее

It was clean

No one helped with our luggage and we had to climb stairs ourselves. Breakfast was limited option not buffet. so wont recommend adding breakfast as many options to eat around the place . No staff at pool , cant buy drinks or anything else.

Great hotel with an excellent location and a fantastic pool. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Benz for the outstanding service—professional, attentive, and very kind. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was very modern, and in a good location. The room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop pool was beautiful with amazing views of Phuket. You can also get pizzas and drinks while you are enjoying the views. Breakfast is also available for 200 busy per person.

Pushing 2 single beds together to create a king size bed left an extremely uncomfortable middle section where the beds met. Way too hard edges and did cause concern.

A very annoying thing happened, with the transcendent and irresponsible official in fact, twice we booked a room with a single bed and they gave us a double bed, and the second thing I lost my things inside the room, and when I changed the room I told him did you find anything, the official told me no, I told him to make sure of the house with you, and he said I confirmed and there is nothing in the room, and after two days I found the people I find the house with your bank and asked him and he brought me one object and the other they did not bring it and they said we did not find anything, and they fined me 300 baht on the silber although I left them another one instead of it but not the same brand, I was very upset with the hotel and I do not want to go down again, all the employees are friendly to the superior manager for nothing

noisy room. rock hard pillows. so so many rules & ways of trying to get more money- felt so corporate and cold. Putong as an area is pretty horrible for young women, so bad we left early.

The location wasn’t too bad. It was a shame the main entrance was half way up a dodgy lane way. Breakfast was served in a cafe out the front. You had to leave through the main entrance and walk around.

The breakfast had a funny aftertaste and the chicken sausages were processed hotdogs. There were stains on the sheets and a towel.

The beds are hard to sleep on. About Cleaning hours, if they knock the door and you are in the room they will not clean it, are they expecting us to stay outside the whole cleaning time? Also they took 300TBH for the cleaning sign that was on the door they say the sign is missing. The location was horrible because of the street noises.

Mi cumpleaños era al dia siguiente de mi check-in, y me hicieron una torta sorpresa, el personal demasiado amable y atento hasta los mas minimos detalles para que la estadia sea la mejor. Sin dudas volveré al mismo hotel cuando regrese a Phuket.

La chambre d'hôtel est toute petite, la douche est petite aussi, l'hôtel est mal placé c'est très bouillant dehors on entend tout, le petit déjeuner est affreux Dans l'annonce il y avait écrit 4 étoiles mais il vaut même pas un 2 étoiles, on a gâché notre séjour de 15 jours à cause de cette hôtel je le déconseille pour un séjour en couple ne vous faites pas avoir par les photos dans l'annonce

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Eye qui a pris soin de tout nous expliquer correctement, malgres le barrage de la langue elle a su s’adapter à nous , l’hôtel était génial la piscine a une vue incroyable sur la mer , les Chambres son propre et spacieuse , je recommande ;)

Surrounding noise. Stayed 8 - 11 March in room 204 Terrible noise from rubbish trucks and rebuilding in room next door. Stayed 17 - 19 in 602. There was continuous thumping noise from the roof above - pump! THE BREAKFASTS WERE PATHETIC AND I WALKED DOWN THE ROAD I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL

This was our Third time staying in the Hotel, as usual best value for the paid price we got. Breakfast was exceptionally improved Staff was all supportive and room service was conducted regularly Infinity pool has got the best view to watch the sunset
