The coldness of the aircon, the reliability of the wifi, the courtyard pool the food and the smiles on the staffs faces.

The bathroom in the morning on our second day had 6-10 beetle looking bugs crawling around. However, I understand that this is normal in high humidity climates, and can’t be fully prevented. This was the only inconvenience we experienced.

Je suis enchanté de mon séjour à l'hôtel Deewana plazza Phuket. L'établissement est beau et confortable, le petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux. Mais j'ai apprécié surtout la politesse et la gentillesse de tout le personnel . L'hôtel fait ainsi honneur à la tradition accueillante de la Thailande. Parmi tout le personnel que je remercie, je salue chaleureusement Far et bowwi qui ont été charmants pour notre départ.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to beach, Bangla walking street, night market and lots and lots of restaurants and bars around! Had a very pleasant stay. This is our second time at this property! In room dining menu was good as well, especially vegetarian food. We were surprised with the taste and quality.

Breakfast was good, but hopefully they can increase vegetarian options.

Deevana Plaza is a great hotel. Located in the south end of Patong. It’s quiet and close to some bars and night markets. Also a short walk to the beach. The pool is great too.

Do not stay at the back poolview rooms from room 550 onwards, facing the city. It has a horrible smell as there is a dirty river flowing and after 2 days we requested to be moved cause everything in our room smelled like that.

Je sais journée dans cet hôtel du 15 au 20 avril 2026 et que dire de cet hôtel qui vieillit très mal je l'ai connu à l'époque du mercure qui n'avait vraiment rien à voir après !!! Arrivé le matin à 11h j'ai dû attendre à 15h pour qu'on puisse me donner ma clé en sachant qu'on était fatigué mais le personnel ingrat et irrespectueux nous ont fait patienter jusqu'à l'heure du check-in je trouve cela inadmissible pour un établissement comme celui-ci car il ne se met pas à notre place en sachant qu'on était très fatigué !!!! chambre côté ville à éviter absolument car trop de bruit à cause du marché !!! l'accueil reste plus qu'à désirer le personnel nonchalant !!! Que dire de plus de cet établissement à éviter si vous souhaitez rester longtemps à bannir de vos projets à part ça l'emplacement est top

I couldn’t get a reply when I was trying to contact the property about changing my dates of stay . And it couldn’t assist me with a late checkout on my last day .also the food in the restaurant I found poor .

I traveled as part of a group, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Two of my friends had specifically requested a room with two separate beds. However, this request was not properly reflected in the confirmation, nor was it clearly stated that it would be subject to availability. Despite there still being rooms available upon arrival, no satisfactory solution was offered by the staff on the day of arrival. Additionally, the hygiene and cleanliness standards were below what we expected. My friends and I observed cockroaches in both the common areas and the breakfast area, which was quite concerning and negatively impacted our overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve service quality and guest satisfaction in the future.

The pool area was lovely, the breakfast was amazing, I would rate it as one of the best we have experienced. Our room was 531 and loved the early morning views of the hills, also the hotel location was close to the beach.

Was little annoyed at people leaving their towels on the pool lounges, however they were not in the pool area for a long time.

Super hôtel, la piscine est géniale pour les petits et les grands. La chambre donnant accès direct à la piscine est vraiment top, au départ nous avions pris une chambre en étage puis nous avons changer pour celle ci sans aucun regret bien au contraire ! Très bon petit déjeuner, choix variés. Enfin l'emplacement dans patong est parfait Je recommande ++

Pool view room was great. Spent a lot more time at the pool than we thought we would. Was very relaxing. Pool side food was very reasonably priced, ate lunch there most days. Close to beach and shops, across from 7/11 and money exchange. Can walk to Bangla road (15-20 mins) very family friendly, small water slide and kids splash area along with small play area.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Hotel policies on bringing other people back to your room(Women) was frankly quite ridiculous, they charge you 1500baht every time you bring someone back. Might as well have just booked an extra room. I won’t be missing this hotel or Patong.

Verry friendly staff. Soraya (reservation manager) was extremly kind and helpfull, to modify our reservation.

Great breakfast, very friendly Staff and the pool is amazing. We had an amazing time at the terrace bar and the cocktails are really nice 👌

The only thing we are disappointed with is the cleaning. The room was super clean when we arrived! They change the towels every day which is a plus! The problem is that they did not sweep or mop once since we arrived. That is the only problem we had.

The pool would have been good if it was heated a little more specially the spa. The service team was outstanding

The bed I stayed on was uncomfortable with it having a lean downwards on one side of the king bed. Our rooms got cleaned quite late meaning when we wanted to chill we left the room to give them space to clean.

Huone siivous oli huono, vessapaperia piti hakee useasti respasta. Allasbaari oli surkea, drinkit pahoja ja ruoka siinä ala-arvoista. Aurinkotuoleja aivan liian vähän hotellin kokoon nähden. Aamiaisella Intialaiset söi seisten, sormilla ja koski ruokiin sormin. Ällöttävää.

This hotel was amazing, from the open plan 24 hour a day reception, to the deluxe pool view room to the absolutely amazing staff that were so friendly and helpful this place is amazing. The pool was also amazing with food and drinks delivered to your lounger with the scan of a QR code and the prices are so so reasonable, Patong beach is a short walk away as are a little if the things you go to Phuket to see. Breakfast is served from 630-1030 and has a wide selection of different options

10th time I've been to Thailand and 3rd to Patong, first time I've ever met staff that were both unhelpful and never smiled. Things just seemed hard work for them, apart from the staff who cleaned the rooms, as they were nice. Buffet breakfast was fine, if you required anything on your table like a knife of fork it seemed you needed to ask 3 or 4 people to finally get one and not quickly. Prices in swimming pool areas for drinks and food was too high, hence why people were going to the shops opposite and buy things from there and bringing them back to pool area. I understand that with many Indians staying at the property and how rude they are to the staff that could be why they may have lost the joy from their job and was certainly not the land of smiles I've always experienced before.

tout était bien , la chambre un peu etroite mais ça fait l'affaire , l'emplacement était au top tout est à proximité la piscine manque un peu de transat mais c'était pas trop dérangeant .

Limited spots around the pool, my suggestion would be to not allow guests to “hold their chairs” by putting towels on early am and not arrive for hours leaving others without.

元々シティービューでしたが2000バーツでプールビューに変更してもらいました。ロケーションは最高！窓が大きく風がよく通ります。涼しくて快適でした！ 綺麗で広く部屋や設備は大満足です！

使い捨てスリッパを毎回補充してくれたら嬉しかったです。毎日清掃があったのですがバスタオルが1枚しか補充されなく「なんでやろう」と思ってたのですが、チェックアウト時に私の使用していたバスタオルにヘアカラーリングがついてるから罰金200バーツ払えと言われました。 じゃあ私はなにで髪の毛を拭いたらいいんですか？ 朝食は私に合わなく、パンと日本人も食べれそうなものしか食べませんでした。友達は美味しいと言い喜んでいました。種類は豊富で豪華です。 1番大好きなパイナップルを食べようと思ったのに、全然美味しくない！！甘くないし固いし、芯って感じでした（ ; ; ）

Not 2 much it was quite boring and you had to walk all the way out the front to have a smoke. Rooms aren’t the best.

We loved the location and the buffet breakfast. The staff were wonderful — everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We became unwell on Christmas Eve, and one of the staff members kindly organised for the clinic staff to pick us up and take us back to the hotel, which we truly appreciated.

There was one staff member (a female) who, on the last two nights, forgot to leave hand towels and bath towels. In contrast, the gentleman who cleaned our room was excellent. He was fast, thorough, and left our room spotless. I would highly recommend him anywhere.

מיקום מושלם באזור הדרומי של פטונג . קרוב להכל . לישראלים שחשוב להיות קרובים לבית חבד זה לא הצד הנכון . אבל עדיין לא רחוק מאוד . לקחנו 2 חדרים עם גישה לבריכה וקיבלנו גם דלת מקשרת בינהם . הבריכה יפה מאוד , ארוחת בוקר מגוונת . יש בחדר תיקי חוף ומטריות להשאלה . צמוד למלון יש ספא מצויין עם מגוון טיפולים + צמות פתוח עד 2 בלילה . מול המלון 7 אילבן . 100 מטר מהארד רוק קפה הופעות מצויינות כל יום עד 23:00 בסופשים עד 24:00 המון חניות ושוק לילה קטן מאחורי המלון . צוות המלון אםדר לי לעצב את החדר בבלונים ליום הולדת שצ הבת שלי ואף השאיר חה בתנה עוגה קטנה במקרר😄🥰
