Nos vendieron una habitación para 6 y para nada fue así. Indicaba en el anuncio que había un sofá cama, y resultó ser un sofá normal donde no se cabía. El chico que gestiona el apartamento no nos ayudó para nada, para el precio no vale nada la pena. Nos sentimos engañados y con problemas para dormir el grupo entero.

The 1st room very strong smells of cigarettes, so smelly even no smoking floor. 2ns room the toilet is leaking and flooded after shower. Quite bad experience.

Towels provided not tally with number of pax booked. I booked for 7 pax but only given 5 towels.

The service staff is very bad , Im not a racist person . But Bangladest staff is very rude and service hospitality very bad . Im not recommend you for local or foreigner . The bathroom vain not settle , still got floating and when first day i stay the vain was so smelly and bring out a lot of tissue . Also i request a extra towel or change towel but the staff said the towel was not enough and bluetick my chat at whatsapp . That was the bad service ever . Dont lie to me if you dont have enough towel , I work as a front office manager ,how come you say not enought towel for guest . Please train your staff to be polite and great hospitality to guest . Also dont have compensation .

Reviewed Aug 20, 2024The location wise was good. It’s nearby with public transport and malls such as Time Square, Plaza Lowyat, Sungei Wang Plaza. Mind you that this apartment is connected to the Time Plaza Mall. The pool is good for relaxing and it will start crowded in afternoon.
Despite this is an old property, the room facilities such as bed sheet, bath tub is not what as expected. I had sense that the bed sheet is not that clean and there’s a leaking in the bathtub which I found a bit frustrating. Other than that, the furniture is not in a good condition or it just not my luck getting that room 🥲 I mean, with that kind of price, I would get a proper room with a decent facilities.
