Das Haus war genial 😎. Das Pool super schön und hat warmes Wasser.

The property has an amazing private beach with free-of-charge snorkeling gear and a kayak (c/w paddles). It also has 5 large rooms (2 at the outer house). Aesthetic interior design. All kitchen appliances are complete and clean (except can openers). Fans and air conditioners work fine. The private swimming pool and live overhang net (equipped with bean bags) are the highlight of the house. Host able to arrange for private massage session cheaply - around 500 peso/hr. Covered parking space - protect you from rain to access your car. Mini gardens and seating area around the property - perfect for private conversations. Laundry available - 70 peso per load. Friendly workers at the property.

Owner is not flexible for cancellation or early check-in. This will impact your plans in Cebu since this place is far to the north of Cebu city (around 1.5 hrs drive). To Moalboal - 5 hrs drive. To Oslob - 6 hrs drive. Karaoke facility only have English and Tagalog songs. Not able to connect to Bluetooth device - not worth it for us. The roof leaks at the foyer facing the pool and main bedroom veranda (but, not flowing into the house, so still ok) No bathtub for a fancy house - quite disappointing. Slow water pressure for hot shower.

Very spacious, excellent location, wonderful facilities, accommodating staffs and exclusive place for the family to bond and enjoy

Exceptional communication and willingness to accommodate requests. We had quite a few challenges given a typhoon and they helped us out all the way with recommendations, adjustments and changes to our booking. Super smooth and professionally handled.

Clean and staff are amazing.

The beach was filled with small crabs and jellyfish, so we were unable to swim. Also, karaoke machine should be free especially for longer stay.

Everything is amazing. Definitely worth every penny. Luckily we had free used of karaoke for 5 days which made us happy since we love to sing. Caretakers are also amazing . They are very good with their job. All what we need and wish , they immediately helped and gave us. My family super loved it and hopefully we will visit again next year. It was cozy, big and beautiful villa that every one should try .
