Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The property is clean, well set out, host was very friendly and helpful and property is easy to locate. It is highly recommended if you are looking for a place to relax, love nature and to have some privacy. Jose also provides good menu and cooks well.
Probably not a good suggestion for elderly people or anyone who are not fit.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Superbe séjour au calme, les chambres sont confortables, la piscine est très grande, la vue est belle. José s occupe des repas et c est délicieux! Mention spéciale pour la paella! Avoir les chambres juste pour nous était un vrai plus. La communication avec les hôtes est très facile.
Pas un souci pour nous, mais il y a de nombreux escaliers pour accéder aux chambres. Le lieu étant isolé il faut soit un scooter soit organiser les déplacements en taxi.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Lieve eigenaars. Ze kunnen lekker koken. We hadden alles voor ons alleen. We mochten ook in de andere kamer slapen, maar dit hebben we uiteindelijk niet gedaan, omdat het daar een beetje muffig rook. Maar het was wel schoon en top.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2025Jose and jazz are extremely friendly and made us welcome. Our accommodation was very private and we were able to contact them via WhatsApp or Booking.com, messenger for orders, etc. Communication was excellent yet very private.
Really, no problems at all for me, but there are many steps leading to the accommodation, so it would not suit an older or disabled person.

Facilities, amenities, food, service, nature and ownership are all on point and beyond exceptional. I loved the views, the home-cooked meals, the sounds of the birds and the trees, and the interaction with the team behind this wonderful property. I will definitely be coming back when given the chance.

Wifi runs perfect for online work. Complimenting the experience is the personal touch of the hosting couple, which includes home-prepared delicacies (even a delicious Spanish Paella) and ideas on what to visit for local culture and attractions. Perfectly located for natural and historical site explorations of Barili including the near waterfalls and landscapes. These Spanish/Filipina couple will give you a personalized stay that awaits every traveler seeking a unique Barili adventure. The pool is super clean perfect for a morning swim. 100% recomended.
