many mosquitoes inside our room since before we checked-in we notice the room was wide open maybe that time the mosquitoes got in.

The staff were very friendly. We were able to relax and just chill here. Wifi was great! Perfect for people working remotely.

I hope they can add more breakfast options in the future.

Maganda ang ambiance. It is like you are in other country. Sulit ang price because the room is wide and looks new, with good aircon and big TV. Actually, i booked this hotel because upon checking online, limited lang ang hotels na nagooffer ng rooms sa Moalboal na good for family or barkada. Most of the hotels I have seen are only 2-4 max capacity per room. If meron man, yong mga hotel na yon ay sobrang layo na sa route going to Cebu City. Also, the good thing about this hotel is that most of the hotels are located in Moalboal. From Moalboal to Cebu City takes 3 hours trip. Since may kasama kaming mga bata na nagsusuka at mga senior citizens, we thought this hotel has the best location to cut the 3-hour trip going to Cebu City. So, from Carcar, 2-hour drive na lang going to Cebu City the next day. The staffs are hospitable. Also, the owner is very accommodating and good looking.

I was really disappointed with our stay at this resort. While the property looks aesthetic in online photos, the reality is very different. The place is already quite old and appears poorly maintained overall. The staff were not very courteous or friendly, which made the experience even less pleasant. Unfortunately, the food was another major letdown—very limited selection, poor quality, and overpriced for what you get. Although the room comes with free breakfast, it was not good and felt more like an afterthought than a perk. Overall, the experience did not feel worth the price we paid. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to friends or family and will most likely not be coming back.

The location is stunning, the staff, especially Christine were very helpful and friendly. The coffee is great also!

1. Upon check in, Room 102 airconditioning was broken. Thats the worse feeling arriving that you cant rest. Staff transferred us to another room that has separate beds (102->101) 2. Pool has broken tiles and some tile shards at the bottom which we found gave my wife a cut. 3. Rooms smells like old moth balls upon entering. 4. Midnight, someone was banging like repairing somrthing above our room (104). Literally waking us up midnight and cant sleep anymore. We told the staff but they didn't do anything and said "see if it stops" 5. Cockroaches and insects in the rooms ?! 6. When we checked in the rooms did not have what hotels priced at this range normally have such as welcome kit, bathroom kit, coffee, hot water kettle, dryer. Hell, they didnt even have a trashcan... We had to request one. The bathroom has a soap and shampoo dispenser but... surprise ! Both were not refilled and all empty. 7. Spoke to the owner via bookings prior the stay about wifi and signal. There is wifi, Yes, but literally at 1 bar and disappears, very weak, and unstable in the rooms. You expect people to stay outside the room just to use wifi? 8. Suddenly very unresponsive owner in bookings.com

Overall experience and the facilities

The staff were truly exceptional; friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. They made sure our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Even though I was traveling for work and often busy, my family had a wonderful time. They especially loved the pool and the spacious outdoor area where the kids could freely run and play.

These aren’t exactly dislikes, but they can be challenging for long-term, work-related stays; particularly the Wi-Fi, which didn’t reach inside our room even though the router was just outside the door, though it was fast once we stepped outside. The staff did their best to offer solutions, which I genuinely appreciated because it made a difference during our stay. Since we were there for six days, the limited breakfast and restaurant menu options became a bit repetitive, and having more variety would be great for guests staying longer.

Outside it was beautiful

Delux rooms: I'm big guy but the toilet was too small, my Philippina girlfriend not fit there also.. There were spider webs inside the toilet, no hand soap, looked like not cleaned the bathroom well (or not used long time?). The room was very noisy in the morning (the swimming pool was under the window, and they were laud there also). Sometimes I felt I'm at a construction site.. The food was good but the pizza was little and sweet not salty..

Location and architecture were outstanding, you get lake como/amalfi vibes here. We had hotel to ourselves. Sea water pool was great to float in and the grounds are very photogenic. Rooms are large with high ceilings, desk and good WiFi.

Some rooms in ground floor have no windows so be careful which you book.

This property is quiet new. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. Hot and Cold showers are available. Some rooms have mini fridge while others don’t. There are 3 pools. Couple of pools are kids friendly. Pools are well maintained. Free use of Kayaks. Booking comes with free breakfast. Breakfast is sumptuous - from Chorizo de Cebu to fried danggit. Water dispensers are available on each floor. The whole property is very clean. Staffs are very friendly especially the owners. The owners are humble and very hands on. They listen to your suggestions and recommendations. Owners are VERY accommodating.

WiFi is weak especially in the rooms. Can’t use the TV due to weak WiFi signals.

Warm and hospitable staff, accommodating management/owners, scenic rest spots. Weekends at the place feel like you're in a laidback Greek town.

Maintenance on some facilities could be improved (e.g., paint cracks/cobwebs on some ceilings, drainage flooring of shower, etc.). Activities to enjoy longer stays would be much appreciated.

The owner was very accommodating. Food was great. Facilities and amenities were really good. The resort is family run and its has a very cozy and relaxing vibe. There are many areas to choose from when taking a rest under the trees. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. I'm also thinking about coming back to visit anytime soon! It's that good.

The heater didn't work during our stay, but it's okay. The water wasn't cold so you can still take a shower.

I had a wonderful stay at Bellisimo Hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location was convenient, and the ambiance of the hotel made it feel like a relaxing escape. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall peaceful atmosphere. Although the room is tidy, it requires thorough cleaning. The wall in the bathroom needs to be scrubbed, the faucet of the lavatory should be brushed, and the sides of the lavatory sink have a brownish dirt buildup.

Aesthetic, spacious, multiple pools, wide beach access, lots to explore within the property, delicious and generous breakfast, and friendly owner and staff!

Moldy shower curtain, non-functional overhead shower and heater, ants in the bedroom out of nowhere (but you just let them be and they dissipate).

I like the atmosphere quiet and peaceful, it's feels country side vibes.

There is no glasses for the water drinking, also for the coffee cup. Also the toilet when you go to shower the water overflow in the floor there is no holes it's annoying everytime we go to toilet floor is really wet.

The exteriors are very good. Lovely to have seating by the sea, where you can sit and just read a book or have coffee.

The bathrooms are tiny, and the showers did not work. There was not much they could do even after complaining about it. We had to check out after one day of staying there. As a Vegetarian, I struggled to eat here. Only bread available. Even restaurants nearby do not have vegetarian options. It’s also about 30 minutes away from Moalboal’s cafés and restaurants that are vegetarian friendly.

It's a perfect family vacation. We had an incredible time and amazing stay. The rooms were spacious, the view and the surroundings are so relaxing and calming. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed here on our way back from Moalboal to Cebu city to break up the car journey. The Hotel itself was really nice with 2 lovely pools. It seemed to be split into 2 sections for the accommodation and we were staying on the economy side where the rooms were good but be prepared that the bathrooms are tiny! The more luxurious side did appear to have bigger rooms but I suspect at a much higher price. The weird thing was that it seemed like we were the only guests staying there .... it didn't give it much of a vibe which is a shame as it was a very nice setting.

The bar was not stocked (they did have some beer) and we had to go across the road to a convenience store to buy some very average wine. Breakfast was OK but basic. Not much around the area in the way of restaurants and we did end up eating in the hotel restaurant which was an experience!!

The room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty and the faucet is not working well and sink got stuck. the door is hard to close and open. the main swimming pool is so dirty. The food are so expensive but the cooking is really bad, the portion is so small like what the hell!???

Excellent location! Privacy and safety is a must and this beautiful place has everything you need. Perfect for strolling by the ocean/beach and wonderful surroundings to enjoy. It’s picture perfect!

I like all of it, except that we can’t log in on netflix because we don’t have our own account. I was expecting that there is already an account that we can use for netflix, because that is how it works mostly in a hotel or resort.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The pool area was fantastic. They have 2 big pools. There's also a salt water pool by the beach. The place is incredibly big and so serene. A nice place to relax over looking the Mt. Kanlaun. The staffs went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! They attended all our requests, we really appreciate it. Can't wait to come back! :)

Not much food options, no kettle and fridge inside the room, infinity pool was closed on our first day. Nonetheless, it was an amazing stay.

the incharge / manager of the hotel was not friendly. The breakfast was not good. The kitchen cook served us directly for the breakfast ( no choices of food and just water ). The room has no tissue and not clean.

The architecture of the property is stunning and the staff is manager is accomodating and professional.

We book a double room, and they sold out the room when we arrived. We had to upgrade and pay an additional fee, but we liked the new room provided. The menu could have been better and waiter needs to be educated what's on the menu, and serving info. Taste of the food is okay. Only bath gel and shampoo were provided, no toothbrush. No slippers.

The property is clean. But what I like the most is their friendly staff, the operations manager is very acccomodating, the staff immediately greeted us when we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We booked the spacious family room, perfect for accommodating up to six people with one full bed and two bunk beds. The resort itself is stunning, with a white facade and Mediterranean architecture that evokes the charm of Spain or Italy. The centerpiece fountain in the garden adds to the serene and picturesque atmosphere. Bellissimo Minolos offers a delightful culinary experience with its restaurant serving both Italian and Filipino cuisine. Two swimming pools provide ample opportunity for relaxation, and the man-made seawater pool, which fills during high tide around 9 AM, is a unique highlight. Our early arrival at 12 noon was met with warm hospitality, even though check-in was officially at 3 PM. The host generously welcomed us with complimentary drinks and pasta, making us feel instantly at home. As the day unfolds, we eagerly anticipate the breathtaking sunset this place promises. The sky here transforms into a beautiful array of colors, providing a heartwarming and soul-soothing end to a perfect day at Bellissimo Minolos.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a magnificent time with my daughter and I am in awe with the place, very clean and luxurious. So glad there is a very nice resort in Barili, just a close proximity at our place. Will surely come back.
