EL ESTUDIO/APARTAMENTO ES MUY PEQUEÑO E INCÓMODO

LA UBICACIÓN DE LOS APARTAMENTOS ESTÁ EN UNA ZONA INSEGURA DONDE NOS ROBARON

La posizione buona. Camera da letto pulita. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. Asciugamani di buona qualità. Cucina pulita. TV e WI-FI funzionanti. Sistema di chiusura e apertura buono.

Il bagno aveva gli appendi per asciugamani e accappatoi rotti, scopino del WC rotto, doccia con bordo del piatto scollato e con vecchie e sporche incrostazioni. Le piastrelle della doccia e il vetro della cabina sporchi. Le poltrone e i tappeti con evidenti aloni di trascurata manutenzione.

Posizione molto vicina al centro, vicino al supermercato e a 5-10 Min dal Mercato

Partiamo dal fatto che l'appartamento presentava un forte odore di muffa (presente anche in alcuni angoli dei muri), nel complesso pulita in maniera discreta, peccato della presenza di sabbia sotto ad un mobiletto in fondo al letto e una forte presenza di polvere ben visibile sotto al letto. Un'altra cosa, nelle foto sull'annuncio erano presenti dei balconi, cosa che io non ho visto dato che il mio appartamento dava su un muro. La finestra principale della sala, praticamente non potevo tenerla aperta perché, oltre ad aver vista muro, dava nel corsello di ingressi di altri appartamenti così non potevo neanche far uscire l odore di muffa. Non avevamo un divano come presente in tutte le foto, frizer praticamente inutilizzabile dalla quantità di ghiaccio all'interno, letto con un gamba semi rotta e bagno veramente tanto piccolo. Rapporto qualitá prezzo molto da rivalutare, unica salvezza era la posizione

Πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο λ, επαρκώς εξοπλισμένο και ήσυχο.

Υπήρξε καθυστέρηση στην επίλυση ενός θέματος που προέκυψε (δεν μπορούσαμε να κλείσουμε την πόρτα εισοδου- το δωμάτιο ήταν ισογειο). Αυτό μας κόστισε την πρώτη μέρα στην πόλη, καθώς δεν μπορούσαμε να φύγουμε από το δωμάτιο. Μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο το μεσημέρι και ο τεχνικός ήρθε 22:30! Οι κουρτίνες ήταν ημιδιαφανεις, με αποτέλεσμα με ανοιχτά τα φώτα οι διερχόμενοι να βλέπουν μέσα. Στις παροχές της κουζίνας έλειπαν ποτήρια (υπήρχε μόνο 1).

Lo que más me gustó fue su excelente ubicación, ideal para desplazarse y tener todo a mano. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas y equipadas con todo lo necesario. Destaco también la comodidad de la estancia, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera súper agradable de principio a fin. ¡Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí!

Pusimos la tostadora y saltaron los plomos, pero nada destacable.

Close to the city centre

It didn’t feel very clean. It was mold in the shower and the apartment had a strange smell. Didn’t feel really safe either, not sure if you could get in all the apartments with the same PIN code since it’s the same to the apartment and the front door

El alojamiento es magnífico. Muy bonito, amplio y limpio. Era una planta baja que daba directamente a un patio interior precioso. En cuanto la ubicación perfecta en 5min estas en el centro. Si vas en coche tienes aparcamiento gratuito en la calle a 15min andando.

Se oye bastante a los del apartamento superior

Unas vacaciones inolvidables, mi primera vez en Porto me enamoró. Del apartamento me gustó la ubicación, muy cerca de todo lo interesante para visitar,estaba muy bien equipadocon con todo lo necesario,moderno y sin ruidos de la calle,ya q era interior.El personal muy atento y rápido solucionado cualquier problema, lo recomiendo,yo seguro que repetiré.

Me gustó todo del apartamento, si tengo algún pero fue que al tener suelo de madera se oían bastante las pisadas del vecino de arriba

Location is great. Basic kitchen equipment is fine. Very small, but functional fridge. Internet connection is ok.

Bed was broken, but fixed after we asked technical support. Shower was leaking. Plumbing is extremely noise and you can hear water flushed by neighbors. Noise proofing isn’t great in general, you can hear every step someone is making on the stairs and noise from the outside is also loud even with closed windows.

Todo fue un placer. El espacio es hermoso y totalmente funcional! Todo funcionaba a la perfección.

Decoração e conforto do espaço.

Muito barulhento. Todo o ruído do exterior e dos restantes apartamentos eram totalmente perceptível no nosso. Foi uma noite péssima para descansar, impossível diria. A não repetir, não volto a este alojamento.

Bagno piccolo, appendini rotti, piano doccia rotto con conseguente fuori uscita d’acqua. Scale per accedere alla camera al piano superiore troppo ripida.

Utensilios y menaje de cocina más que justos para los que reservamos apartamentos con la intención de utilizar la cocina, ni dos copas de vino en el país del vino, ni tabla para cortar, ni tijeras, una sartén en la que no cabe ni un bistec etc etc .. Poco espacio para poner la ropa.. una barra y tres perchas ...

Location and the check-in/check out processes. The flat was neat with all the necessary basics to prep some meals, store some food. Overall the experience was great.

The only downside for me was the fact that you can hear every single sound that anyone makes in any room or corridor. If one has a light sleep, can become problematic.

L' appartamento era grande e accogliente. Gli spazi ampi e comodi, tutto pulito e in ordine. Presente anche un kit con tutto il necessario per la pulizia di stoviglie della cucina. Letto comodo e bagno spazioso.

Al piano di sopra gli ospiti troppo rumorosi. Il soffitto non è isolato.

Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica, fuimos a todo a pie. Muy iluminado y espacioso, las camas super cómodas y todo muy aseado. Varios parking pequeños cerca a precios cómodos ya que encontrar un espacio por la zona es complejo.

Boa localização, e a casa tem bom aproveitamento do espaço. Cama confortável.

Apenas uma sugestão, talvez aumentar a quantidade de utensílios de cozinha, só tínhamos uma panela e uma frigideira, apenas uma colher de pau, e poucas outras coisas. Daria muito jeito para cozinhar.

A agua é super quentinha para o banho, a cama muito confortavel e tinha tudo o que eu precisava

Tinha dois cantinhos da parede, rente ao chao, com muito mofo, mas nada que me incomodasse.

El apartamento muy bonito, limpio y bien ubicado. Todo nuevo.

La ayuda proporcionada en varios incidentes

Antiguo edificio donde se escuchaban a otros huéspedes subir y bajar escaleras o simplemente caminar por la habitación ya que todo crujía y al ser techos altos se maximiza el ruido.

La ubicación: está cerca del centro histórico y a dos cuadras tiene un supermercado y fruterías. El apto es cómodo y amplio, esta bien equipado y tiene un buen baño y cocina. Es independiente de los demás apartamentos. El aire acondicionado brinda un agradable ambiente.

Es un dúplex y la escalera es muy peligrosa, muy empinada y de huella corta. No es recomendable para personas mayores o para niños ya que el baño se encuentra en planta baja. Desde el primer piso da la sensación de estar frente a un precipicio.

Den lejlighed vi havde lejet - men endte med faktisk ikke at være i - var faktisk super hyggelig og autentisk.

Første aften havde vi indbrud (stjålet alle vores smykker) mens vi var ude. Tyvene kom ind via nøglekoden - det viste sig at koderne ikke blev skiftet fra lejer til lejer…Da vi endelig fik fat i “værterne” over tlf, fik vi af vide at nøglekoden ville blive skiftet den efterfølgende morgen. Vi måtte SELV insistere på en anden lejlighed at sove i for natten, da vi selfølgelig ikke ville sove der sålænge der var samme kode. Og tyvene kunne komme tilbage. Ingen fra stedet kom fysisk og tilså deres lejlighed, os eller ydede anden form for hjælp - heller ikke med anmeldelse til politiet. Dette var politiet også uforstående overfor og de endte selv med at kontakte stedet. En anden af deres lejligheder som vi fik til rådighed for natten havde slet ikke samme stand og var ikke så stor som den bestilte. Hele den næste dag gik uden skift af kode - vi måtte selv efterspørge opdatering mange gange. Istedet blev vi presset på med, hvornår vi rykkede ud af den midlertidige lejlighed, så de kunne bruge den til nye lejere, trods koden endnu ikke var blevet skiftet i vores . Det blev den først skiftet på 3. Dagen - vores sidste dag i lejligheden. Igen blev vi slet ikke kontaktet - først efter at vi havde kontaktet dem OG hovedkvarteret flere gange. De fleste af deres skrevne svar virkede som AI autosvar. Da vi midt på eftermiddagen kunne flytte retur kunne vi ikke komme ind i midlertidige lejlighed hvor alle vores ting var. De havde skiftet koder til ALLE lejlighederne - men kun givet os koden til “vores”. Vi mødte tilfældigt de netop ankomne nye lejere til den midlertidige lejlighed, som lukkede os ind - men kom til en lejlighed der ikke var klargjort / rengjort. Hverken de eller os var informeret om situationen.. Ingen af os kunne få kontakt til stedet. Den bestilte lejlighed var ellers virkelig fin - men vi fik 1 af de 3 betalte nætter i den. Og vi brugte meget tid af vores ophold på at vente på svar fra stedet - følte os utrygge og ignoreret. Vi klagede og fik kun 30% retur

Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern sehr. Tolles Apartment und man ist sehr für sich. Tolle Lage, man ist innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten im Zentrum.

Auf Anfragen beim Personal ist meist eine automatische Antwort gekommen.

Bon emplacement, près des transports en communs, des sites touristiques et des commodités. Il y a le nécessaire dans le logement.

Extrêmement bruyant.... L'appartement est situé en ville, dans une rue passante. Ceci n'est pas un problème en soit. Mais l'isolation est très très mauvaise. On entend tout! La circulation, les passants, les autres résidents et la porte de l'immeuble qui fait énormément de bruit lorsqu'elle se referme...

La casa era muy bonita y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos Además estaba ubicada en un sitio muy céntrico

Llegamos y no había papel higiénico, escribimos al apartamento para explicárselo y nos contestó que el apartamento contaba con todo lo esencial, incluido el papel higiénico y que si necesitábamos más, teníamos que pagar. No sabemos si no nos entendieron o no nos quisieron entender, les insistimos varias veces sin éxito. Además, había un humificador de aire para evitar el olor a humedad, nos dimos cuenta que había humedades que habían derivado en moho en la pared, lo cual es muy peligroso.

Les tapis dans le salon et les chambres n'avaient pas été aspiré, il y avait encore des miettes et autres saletés de repas sous la table, même chose dans les chambres, tapis sales et non aspirés. Dommage car tout le reste allait bien.

Temiz değil, içerisi rutubet kokuyor ve havasız. Oda oldukça basık ve küçük. Tuvalet çok dar.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when I arrived at 3:15 PM, the cleaning crew was still there and said it would take another 30 minutes to finish. After a long trip in hot weather, I just wanted to get in and shower, but I had to wait. I informed the property management that this delay effectively took 45 minutes from my stay. Their response was an apology and a promise to “do better for future guests,” but when I asked if my checkout could be extended to make up for the lost time, they refused, citing a strict cleaning schedule. It felt like my time was not respected. The wall along the entrance path is made entirely of glass windows, which felt very uncomfortable, especially at night, as it’s easy to see people outside. Soundproofing is very poor; I was woken up multiple times by neighbors walking around their flats. Finally, in another review, someone mentioned a broken door handle and the property replied it had been fixed. When I stayed there days later, the handle was still broken, which did not feel safe. Overall, I was disappointed by the delays, lack of soundproofing, and safety issues, and I would not recommend this property.

Central location. Clean. Comfortable bed.

When we arrived the door handle was completely loose and turning it didn't turn the latch, so and opening the door was difficult. Closing the door was almost impossible, and once it was closed it was difficult to open again. We were concerned about being locked out and immediately messaged the property owner about this. For the next 4 hours we were gaslighted by AI generated messages, telling us to NOT close the door so we wouldn't get locked out. We also tried calling customer support several times, but every time we were told they were 'working on a solution' but they never got back to us with any solution. Contacting booking.com also didn't help - despite my level 3 genius membership. The only response I got was that they 'couldn't reach a resolution with the property owner' but they graciously gave me a $10 travel credit . At this point we gave up on getting any support, and just accepted that we would be stuck with an apartment where we couldn't lock the door. Since leaving our belongings in an unlocked apartment wasn't an option we had to transport all our suitcases to a luggage storage room and pay for this during the daytime while we went out. At night we barricaded chairs against the door to keep it somewhat secured. We stayed at the property for 2 nights, and at no point did the property owner offer any solution.

Preço muito alto pelo que lhe é oferecido A limpeza é precária em especial ao banheiro que tem o box do chuveiro quebrado, solto e mofado. Fios de tensão elétrica soltos e desencapado. Solicitei uma entrada antecipada com justificativa que tinha febre e me foi negada devido estarem limpado apartamento. Fiquei a porta das 12h ate as 15h (horário permitido entrada) e ninguém saiu,ou seja não havia hóspedes nem tão pouco limpeza. Uma pena,pois check-in antecipado podem sim ser avaliados e considerados. Aqui nao houve oportunidade e sim uma negativa no primeiro pedido. .

La ubicación en pleno centro de Oporto diez minutos andando tienes la calle principal, luego la cama sin llegar a ser de las mejores es cómoda y se descansa fantástico, ducha con mucha presión y bien calentita! algo que me ha sido llamativo es el servicio de limpieza... Igual que en un hotel!! Pasan por la mañana a cambiarte toallas, hacer cama etc! Nos sorprendió! Ya que no es lo habitual...

El apartamento es pequeño, si buscas sólo para dormir está bien, pero sí deseas descansar en el sofás antes de subirte a dormir no puedes porque tiene dos sillones chicos y una tele pequeña la cual tienes que dejarte el cuello (tipo hospitales) No me ha gustado el olor, no sabría decir si es del baño, de las maderas del techo.. Humedad... Pero huele sobretodo en la planta baja, sin embargo arriba en la cama no llega tanto... Luego por último las distintas habitaciones están separadas por pladur lo que significa que se escucha las voces de otros huéspedes como sí estuvieran dentro! En definitiva, lo básico lo cumple bien (cocina con cafetera, tetera, etc) baño con agua perfecta y colchón guay, pero con cositas que si mejoraran y pulieran ya sería perfecto

Limpio, cómodo y ubicación muy buena. El personal atento a lo que pedíamos. En barrio de "triperos" donde encuentras restaurantes con comida casera, deliciosa y a muy buen precio. Apartamento muy recomendable.

Había algunas cosas rotas como el grifo del baño aunque funcionaba, la cafetera y la puerta de la calle no cerraba bien.

La cama cómoda y la ubicación excelente.

En los apartamentos “nuevos”, hay muchísima humedad todo el rato y la ducha suelta agua cada vez que la usas.

Boa localização, limpeza e conforto.

O local é mt bom, com excelente localização, fizemos tudo a pé, o carro só saiu da vaga na hora de ir embora. As instalações tb são mt boas, fácil acesso, fechaduras com códigos. Tudo muito prático.

A internet da estadia não funcionou, tentei inúmeras vezes mas a rede não apareceu de forma nenhuma. Outra coisa que não havia era detergente para lavar as louças. Mas isso foi resolvido com uma ida ao mercado.

Good for a couple of days, good location

We stayed at apartment C which had no WiFi and not good signal for data. Overall it was clean but if you are a clean freak note that there was dust on the bedside tables, mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, the curtains had some stamps on them and some scratches on the walls.

Absolutely nothing except the good location.

Les équipements, la décoration, l'emplacement.

L'isolation acoustique est une catastrophe. On entend tous les voisins. Le chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas ou peu. Le manque d'une petite pelle avec balayette pour pouvoir ramasser des choses que l'on fait tomber (miettes, etc...) Des couteaux à steak, impossible de couper avec les couteaux présents. Cendrier sur le balcon pour les fumeurs.

No me gustò, que del extractor de humos caìa agua, y el piso no estaba del todo barrido ya que he visto pelos. También bastante humedad en el ambiente aunque Oporto es húmedo. Mas allá de esto, nos brindaron servicio de house keeper diario, siempre hubo comunicación, y la estancia esta muy bien, como plus camas comidas y algunos electrodomésticos.Tiene una buena relación calidad precio

The Wifi signals were so weak that it didn't work in my apartment at all. On informing the Guestready about it they said they can help me select an esim. On 3rd Day of my stay i got stuck in the building as the door knob was broken and it couldn't be opened. I remained stuck there for around 2 hours and missed one of my important meeting.

המקום חמוד ומאוד נחמד כשמגיעים. מקבלים ערכת ניקיון למטבח שזה ממש חמוד

ניקיון ניתן לשיפור בהחלט. נשארתי שבועיים, ביקשתי ריענון של החדר וכשחזרתי היה נראה נחמד אבל כשהגעתי למיטה הבנתי שרק עשו כאילו; אבל לא החליפו מצעים. אני חושבת שמגיע למי שנמצא שבועיים החלפת סדינים פעם אחת. בנוסף אפילו לא העבירו מטאטא ומהיום הראשון הרצפה הייתה דביקה מאוד. בנוסף המזגן במקום מאוד לא טוב. הוא מקרר/מחמם רק את החדר. הסלון/מטבח איפה שהטלויזיה ומקלחת נשארים כמו קוביית קרח. בנוסף הקירות לא בנויות כמו שצריך שומעים כל דבר מהחדר ליד ואי אפשר לישון.

A iluminação di banheiro não funcionou e o problema não foi resolvido mesmo com nossa insistência.

Adoramos o lugar, muito limpo e central. Muito fácil o acesso ao apartamento, tem um mercado grande e vários restaurantes ao redor. Super recomendo.

We were disappointed with our stay. The listing stated that the property has four beds (two double beds), and the photos also gave the impression that there were four sleeping places. However, upon arrival, we realized this was misleading — the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. We contacted the host to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, no solution was offered and we were not refunded for the misleading information. Additionally, the room had ants, which was unpleasant, and the walls were very thin — we could clearly hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to rest. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not stay here again.
