بدون اصنصير(لفت) تصور تركب 3 ادوار بالشنط الله رحمنا بحارس العقار ركب ونزل الشنط معانا

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Achraf, the Manager, was always very responsive and did his best to assure we have a good stay! Rouda, the cleaning lady, was very kind and helpful too. We loved the central location, 25 min to the Souk, 20 min to the Beach, parking slots in front, quiet neighborhood, small convenience store next dore.
The property needs a deep clean up in general and a solid check of the bath tubes and so on. The bed mattresses are too hard for a longer stay - we stayed 2 weeks. The carpet in the living room is too heavy and keeps lots of dust. It is better to remove it or to put something lighter in place. There was no cleaning offered for a longer stay, only upon special request. The length of the stay should be considered when organizing the in-house cleaning. The residence policy was not always respected by all guests, but in general it was a very calm stay in the heart of Agadir.

Very difficult to find at first! No help from owner or admin staff. Location provided by WhatsApp is of a bike shop that dont exist. Staff really need to provide clear instructions or pictures to explain where the alartment is. No staff onsite to ask for towels.

There were very few kitchen utensils, glasses, cups, plates.etc Luckily we went out to eat usually, but it would be difficult for those intending to cook.

La literie était confortable et la propreté globalement satisfaisante, même si le tapis mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. L’isolation pourrait également être améliorée. Il n’y a ni balcon ni vue depuis notre appart mais cela était bien précisé sur booking. Un grand merci surtout à Mr Achraf, 🙏🏻le gérant, pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son accueil tout au long du séjour.

Il y a une place de parking disponible, ce qui est très pratique. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne bien, la douche avec eau chaude est parfaite, et les draps étaient propres et confortables. Je recommande sans hésitation.
Excellente expérience ! J’ai particulièrement apprécié les attentions à notre arrivée, notamment les cafés Nespresso offerts et le nécessaire pour la machine à laver. Un grand merci à Achraf, très professionnel, accueillant et toujours disponible, même tard le soir. Il a su nous conseiller et rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Mention spéciale également au personnel d’accueil, très gentil. On se sent réellement comme chez soi, dans un cadre calme et sans dérangement. Je recommande vivement ! ⭐

Schmutzige Bettwäsche mit Flecken, Haaren und unangenehmem Geruch. Bad riecht sehr unangenehm und wirkte unsauber. Sehr penetranter Chlorgeruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Flackerndes Licht in einem der Bäder. Unter den Betten wurde seit Ewigkeiten nicht geputzt, da extrem viel Staub und Müll (Tücher etc.) zu finden war.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including WiFi and Netflix. The area felt very safe as we walked back from restaurants in the evening without any worries. It’s a great base for exploring Agadir, about a 20–25 minute walk from the beach. The building manager, Achrif, was extremely helpful—he researched restaurants that were open on our first day, as we arrived during Ramadan, and he allowed us to store our luggage after checking out since our flight was in the evening. We recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay!
The only downside was some noise from other apartments due to the building’s architecture, so we reccomend earbuds for sleep.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Mieszkanie ok, fajnie urządzone jednak trochę już zaniedbane i podniszczone. Opiekun osobiście przywiózł nam klucze i pokazał mieszkanie. W zupełności wystarczający metraż dla 2óch osób, przestronny prywatny taras. Duża zaleta - mieszkanie na ostatnim pietrze jako jedyny lokal - bez hałasów z innych mieszkań. Dobra lokalizacja 10 min do nabrzeża i plaży. Spokojna okolica w której znajdziesz sklepiki, kawiarnie i restauracje. Bardzo bliska odległość meczetu, w ramadanie pobudka ok 5:30 :)
Mieszkanie nie było brudne ale można byłoby je lepiej przygotować dla wynajmujących. Łazienka mogłaby być trochę czystsza, drzwi do łazienki ciężko się zamykały, poplamione ręczniki, kuchnia słabo wyposażona do gotowania, zużyte naczynia, dziwny zapach w lodówce, bardzo zużyta gąbka do mycia naczyń. Niby nic ale... 1-2 noce ok, na dłużej chyba wolałbym coś bardziej komfortowego.
