Magnificent Villa Load-Shedding Free!

Location is great and the host is very friendly and easy to get hold of. The WiFi worked well and the unit was very clean. Was also able to park in the garage. So felt very safe and secure.

I have to mention 1 thing- we struggled to lock the sliding door from the outside but maybe it was just us. Will definitely book again!

Was a beautiful place and the hosts were very helpful and communicated well without been intrusive,

We enjoyed the privacy we had in the yard and the jacuzzi at the back. We also loved the fact that we could reach the host whenever we needed her. The Villa was perfect for our getaway.

Convenient location Easy access to major attractions Well.maintained home Home away from homr

We liked the fact that we felt save and it was home away from home.

I liked its location, easy to travel around. Clean and we had all appliances we needed as a famiy. It was home away from home.

Nothing

Value for money. You wont regret your stay here. Well secured area.

Bed was not comfortable

In the house everything was excellent.

None

The villa is so beautiful, modern and clean. The owner is one of the friendlies and nicest people I've met. Will definitely come back.

Great value for money for the group. Centrally located to study venue at Hazendal Wine Estate. Close to CapeGate mall which is in a working distance. It feels very safe too.

03-07 June 2024, was quite cold. More thicker blankets would’ve been great had it been offered. We ran out of toilet paper towards end of week. Replenish or leave additional in the house. The common shower needs urgent attention, water building up not draining out as fast as it should do. Roof and floor leaked - rain water was sipping through.

The location was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable and spacious. Good value for money. Will definitely stay there again.

Minor issue with the bathroom door, but otherwise, no complaints.

Location convenient close to mall.

Lack of maintenance especially bathrooms. Second bathroom no doors. Shower door sticking. Cold water tap not following properly Very poorly finished. Bathroom extremely small and user unfriendly considering the amount of space in relation to the rest of the apartment. Lounge area ceiling rain water damage. Garage door to lounge could not close. No extra blankets for winter. TV remote controls flat batteries. The kitchen was the only room in the apartment that was up to expectation.

Location is prime.

The bathrooms weren't as clean as expected.

Everything you have at home

Nothing

The location was very good. Near the Cape Gate Mall very convenient. The house itself was everything you need and comfortable. 👌

Just one bed in the main bedroom little uncomfortable, otherwise 👌

Nice place

Need some maintenance to keep this olace excellent

Our host was simply 👌 she is spot on, the electric boiler broke down and was fixed same day.

I liked everything about that house and it has become my second home I will book it over and over again each time I visit SA. Hats off to Irene our host . Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, we will be back soon. Your home is simply the best. Plenty of lighting, roomy, beautiful.

We loved the space, the no loadshedding, the Aircons in the lounge, bedroom and mobile aircon. We loved the Jacuzzi, it really made our stay amazing as we love to swim or sit in the jacuzzi as a family. The outside space with the garden was perfect for our kids to play. My husband and children plays instruments and the piano was a great plus for them. The DSTV was also a great plus to follow our tv programmes.

As the owners of a travel agency we are more critical in what we expect from establishments as guests and the facilities and we gave our input to the owners directly.

Had no issues and the stay was great, awesome place!

Neat, clean spacious. Had everything needed

Main bedroom had 2 three quarter beds which kept moving while asleep. I think it would be better to have 1 queen bed. And bathroom sinks need mixer taps

The place is lovely, comfortable, and spacious. It is well located right opposite a shopping centre and walking distance to the Cape Gate mall. The host is very communicative and accommodating. They quickly and easily assisted us with an extra day that we requested.

The hot water was brown in color, and the host advised it was a burst pipe in the complex. We ended up having to boil water to bath.

The house is nice overall. No loadshedding. The gated complex is safe. There are enough rooms and beds for my family members. Shops and groceries are around.

The location makes it very easy to get into congestion whenever there is an accident on the highway to the city centre. Should bring own towels. And buy own washing powder if clothes need being washed.

Everything this was amazing

The location was good. The house was nice and spacious.

The braai area and we could walk to shop etc.

We loved that the home was nice and central, a real entertainers dream. Fast wifi & a lovely big braai/ dining area! Our hosts were friendly and always only just a message away.

The property is very clean and lovely. It is beautiful and spacious. It's safe and I will definitely come back

The roof was leaking when it rained but not too much.

Comfortable clean home, we had a lovely stay - so close to cape gate mall and makro

Well equipped, comfortable and good comms from the owner.

Everything was perfect 👌!

There was nothing to dislike .

Great location. Very secure Good neighborhood Very helpfull owners, extremely friendly Nice furniture Inverter system. No loadshedding Jacuzzi Dishwasher

There is nothing to dislike. It feels like home away from home. You will truly enjoy your stay. ❤️

Its a safe and secure place. Very cozy. Owners very friendly & helpful. Walking distance from cape gate mall.

One or two more rechargeable lights for loadshedding is advised.

we really liked this place. very good location. close to shops. neat and clean. host was available and helpful.

the hot tub did not warm the water. we dont know if it works or not. the bed in the main bedroom makes too much noise when you turn over or move around. it seems to be the base and not the mattress. there were two bedside lamps that didn’t work. there were 3 rechargeable lights, but only two works. a few more lights to use during loadshedding is advisable, especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Located within a walking distance from the shopping centre and area nice and quiet.
