Breakfast, was cold and not much variety and only chopsticks to eat with smoke stink throughout room, bed hard as, had to pay for taxi to get back to airport. Had to use two different vans when they picked me up, met second van about half way. No air conditioning.

The room size is really generous. The bedsheets and towels are clean, room service is reliable. The store next door is convenient. The breakfast offers a good selection of options.

Busse sind manchmal liegengeblieben oder ohne uns abzuholen weitergefahren. Jedes Mal eine Stunde extra warten dann am Flughafen. Andere Option, zb. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr zwischen airport und Hotel unmöglich.

É uma experiência única. O hotel fica na zona rural, na frente da minha janela tinha um campo de arroz, numa região muito silenciosa. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Vi gente reclamando que não tinha café da manhã ocidental, mas isso é uma exigência absurda e mimada, dado o preço e da qualidade do que se oferece. Se querem café da manhã ocidental, por que ir para a China? Ou por que não pagam um hotel mais caro com esta opção? Tem transfer de graça para o aeroporto. Recomendo ter WeChat e manter a comunicação com o hotel. Recomendo tirar uma foto sua e enviar para que você ganhe sua carona no aeroporto.

Precisava trocar o tapete do quarto e trocar o piso do chuveiro.

The aircon didn’t work properly, location, the shuttle, it a bus in very bad condition, they lie about the shuttle’s time, book somewhere else

The airport pickup and drop-off worked great, the room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. There's a small food shop attached to the hotel with instant noodles, snacks, etc. The Asian breakfast was good and they started serving it early enough (5:30am) that I was able to have some before the 6:10am transfer to the airport.

It was confusing that the hotel was actually called the New Knight Royal Hotel.

Clean, comfortable. Well situated, I had excellent sleep that night, the staff was nice and helpful.

Отель очень грязный начиная от дверей на входе в здание заканчивая полами и грязным ковролином, ужасный запах сигарет. При заселений я обратил внимание на грязные полы в комнате и прихожей, санузле. (Волосы, песок, мелкий мусор) Ковролин в коридоре весь в пятнах и серый от того что его не чистят

We stayed here for a layover in shanghai. The staff were helpful, but had to be done through Google translate the majority of the time. The bus to the airport in the morning was good

We had some problems with the bus from the airport to the hotel, and ended up getting a taxi. If possible, I would like maybe one or two western options at breakfast

The hotel had a different name to the name on our booking, this caused confusion. The free shuttle service didn't work well as the driver didn't speak English and drove off without us. Had to wait another hour for him to return, at least we were given the number plate.

いつも浦東空港からのフライト前日に利用しています。午前のフライトが多いので、空港へ朝早い時間に到着したいのですが、このホテルは空港まで近く、無料のシャトルバスがあるのでフライト当日の朝は非常に便利です。またコスパが非常にいいです。

朝食がもっと充実しているといいですが、少し残念です。

Название отеля на букинге и в реальности отличается, ввело в заблуждение, туда ли мы приехали В ванной комнате пахло сигаретами, было плохо с вытяжкой Персонал некорректно информировал о трансфере : утром спросили на ресепшене, есть ли трансфер обратно с диснейленда - ответили, что нет. Вечером в вичате написали, ответили, что есть

The room was spacious and clean.

The internet was very very slow that I could not get my work done till move to other hotel. The breakfast was so bad that i did not even wanted to have it. I did not like the location.

Space is wide.

Service is poor, staff cannot speak english (always using the phone to translate), rooms are old and dirty. Plus the wifi always reach the capacity limit and keeps disconnecting.

The location is bad. I could not find the hotel in both google map or amap. The driver who picked me up from the airport forgot to stop at the hotel and told me to walk 2km to the hotel and I was lost due to the unknown address.

One receptionist lady was really helpful. She knew English so it was really valuable.

Contacting the driver picked up from Airport was really difficult since he didn't know English. And also he was quite like a machine and not decent and polite and acted so hurried.

Airport pick up and drop off was handy and free. No hidden costs. Room was cheap and a big size. Perfect for a long layover. Staff were helpful with ordering food for us as nothing is nearby, there was a language barrier but we could communicate with Google translate.

Bathroom needs updating and needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and was dust/hair on the floor. So needs more throughout cleaning.

Nobody spoke englisch, security guards smoke in the lobby, everything stinks, bathroom was not cleaned, Room in bad condition!

Conveniently located near Pudong Airport, beds were comfortable with clean bedding. Shower was hot and staff polite, tried their best to help us with some information despite not speaking good English.

Smoking indoors is simply not acceptable on the 21st century. There were signs saying smoking forbidden but still, the stench of cigarettes was everywhere. When we entered the lift to go down, our clothes became impregnated with bad smell. The carpets look like they’ve seen better days and had far too many stains. I was scared to step on it barefoot and catch some disease.

When I booked this hotel, the online presentation and the communication regarding services and procedures was outstanding. Sadly, this appeared to be AI because what we experienced in real life was completely different to the advert.

It went wrong from the beginning when the shuttle service offered showed up at the wrong door and just drove off after a minute. We had no choice but to book a taxi so that we wouldn't have to wait for 4 hours in the cold since the service only comes one every 1-2 hours. This was just the beginning. The hotels name advertised online was completely different from the hotel we were taken to. The whole advert appears to be a scam. We could only confirm it was the right hotel when our booking number was confirmed. Upon arriving at the hotel, nobody spoke any english, and we communicated using a translator on our phone. The staff did not seem to care about the behaviour of the driver when we explained what had happened. They only cared about taking payment. The hotel, which had clear no smoking signs, smelt of very strong cigarette smoke. We observed people blatantly flouting the rules and smoking inside the hotel in front of children and non-smokers, forcing everyone to breathe in their smoke. This had clearly been going on for quite a while because the air in the hotel was unclean and stagnant. The strong smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere and very strong in the room to the point that it smelt unhygienic. We had to check out within an hour of being there and opted to stay at the airport instead for our 20-hour layover. We felt so uncomfortable and disturbed by the poor standard at the hotel. Ideally, we would like our money back because such a low quality hotel should not be allowed to advertise itself on this app.

The price is a bargain for how close it is to the airport, I would say it was a good stay for one night or to catch a nap on a long layover. Especially if your not fussy. Service was fine. The shuttle buses to and from the airport are included in the stay and are so convenient. Lots of times to select from and was on time. The driver was very helpful.

It can be a little dirty, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was full of hair and dirt. The hotel needs a really good clean….like yesterday.
