Reviewed Jun 17, 2025The front desk team was exceptional. Our accolade to Si Lei who went out of his way to suggest and arrange the Didi cabs for us. His service attitude was sincere and made us feel he was more of a friend than just a hotel worker. 5 stars! 🤩

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025Was pleasantly surprised by the little touches provided by the hotel. A cold drink station in the lobby provided much needed refreshment. I had the lemon sour plum drink. Very good breakfast spread that can give international hotel chains a run for their money. The food was very delicious, even had tacos. The staff were so generous with the drinks provided in the room. Very helpful staff that made us feel at home.
WiFi connection could be improved especially for those without a local number.
