Hotel Nikko Wuxi has a reason that guests can't refuse, that is, it is very close to Nanchang Street and Nanchan Temple; But who will go there every day? The poor sanitation outside the hotel, the narrow sidewalks, the fast and brutal electric two-wheelers, they can drive anywhere, park, and do not have to follow the traffic rules, posing a huge threat to pedestrians and tourists. The conditions inside the JAL Hotel are also unacceptable. 1. The entrance of the Nikko Hotel is always chaotic, with vehicles parked indiscriminately, almost no management, and no concierge welcome service. The taxi driver actually threw us on the side of the street instead of driving the car to the porch in front of the hotel, We are 68-year-old and walked up the big steps in front of the door with our luggage, and there was not a concierge at the door to help us. 2. There is almost no service. The waiter was blunt and unobtrusive, especially the concierge waiter, who looked puzzled and unhappy when he asked us to call a taxi. This is the most common little thing in other 5 star hotels. 3. The room is too dirty, the sofa and carpet are unacceptably dirty. However, Hotel Nikko claims to be a five-star hotel. 4. The chef of the western restaurant of the hotel basically can't cook, but he collects a lot of money, and he can make the most unpalatable and undercooked pizza in the world. The high price of Chinese restaurant dishes is incomprehensible, and the ordinary dishes are all more than 189 yuan; This is almost a joke in Wuxi， It is a city where prices are very low. The restaurant got off work at 8 pm. I and can’t understand the purpose of their restaurant in the hotel? We only stayed 2 nights before escaping. Aside from Beijing, this was the worst 5 star hotel we stayed in. Not recommended this Hotel.

The hotel was in many things to me very good, but not excellent. The most positive thing for me was the great location next to some local Chinese markets, and to the river. I was disappointed twice regarding opening hours of the fitness club. You cannot go there very early or very late, which was important to me as oversee traveler. Breakfast and service was OK but not excellent. However, I enjoyed the cleanness of my room. The Nico hotel is not the newest anymore and looks a bit old-fashioned in some areas. However, this is also some people can like this.

Very disappointed to have booked the Nikko hotel for this weekend, and later receive an email stating that it could not accommodate us due to concerns about the epidemic, presumably because we are foreigners, despite the fact that we live in Shanghai, have green health QR codes etc., and have not left China since January 2020. Unfortunately we will not visit this hotel again due to this irrational discriminatory approach (a pity because we have stayed there once before and thought it was great - wonderful location, lovely lobby, great restaurants nearby).

The hotel is rated average mostly due to the breakfast served is not as fresh as I expected. This was indeed my second round of staying in Nikko but unfortunately it did not maintainend as per my expectations after my first visit here.

I m Visiting this hotel quite often The room are spacious and clean The breakfast is very good with huge choose. The location is perfect it is 5 min walk to the pedestrian Street. Defently a good. Money for value

The rooms are clean, nice and spacious. The view from the hotel room can be excellent. The food is okay, not to write much about. The reception could do with people that spoke better English, even in Chinese they did not really get what i was looking for. The 14th floor is present but seems unreachable? The bar on the 22nd floor seems nice, but when we left we had to take some kind of service elevator all the way down to go around the building on the outside, to enter through the lobby again to take an internal elevator to our room... Very strange..

南禅寺や清名橋歴史街区に近く夜景を見てもすぐホテルに帰れて便利でした。ホテルのすぐ裏にイタリアンレストランやバーがあって中国料理が苦手な人や夜遊びしたい人にはオススメのホテルです。日系ホテルだけあって部屋も綺麗でした。

Excellent hotel, very efficient staff

サービスも良く部屋も清潔です。近くには無錫の古い街並みが見え、飲食店なども多く立地も良いおススメのホテルです。

很干净，分高级楼层和豪华楼层，双人房和大床房在不同楼层，导致我定的两间房一个在九层一个在十五层，入住只给一张房卡，因为刷卡上楼，所以我们互相去对方的楼层比较不方便，后来又去服务台补了一张房卡。除了这点其他的服务都挺好，有儿童的拖鞋，酒店的地理位置很好，后边是酒吧街，酒店晚上会听到楼下吵得声音，隔壁在卫生间打个喷嚏你也能听见。

the location is good, the friendly staff front desk Dai Wenyi provides VIP room service. You can heave a great time in the rooms where the hotel staff provides warmly service during the nights. Great dancing in nearby bars and also great food. Good hotel for cheap price.

Very comfortable hotel with large, clean rooms. Bathroom in particular was large. Very conveniently located near Grand Canel and temple with market. Very nice neighbour to stroll around and take in the sights. Breakfast was OK - buffet with reasonable choice of western and Chinese food.

The hotel is big and the arrival lobby is a bit boring. The hotel is in a good area , with lots of restaurants and at theother side of the road a western bar with good food. Room andbathroom where clean . Breakfast buffet is good . Nice view from the room. Old city street is near by and the Temple also ,lots of street food. And on monday a antiek market

酒店在景點附近，地點蠻方便，很多吃的 酒店不算很新，但都OK

日本系列ということもあり、清潔感がある。 トイレもウォッシュレットがあり、綺麗。 シャワーの水量も問題なし。 周辺もレストランが多いが、無錫の中心地からは、少し遠い。

Spacious and convenient, but the bed is bit small.

I like the hotel - room was clean, fast check-in & check-out, and the location is very near to restaurants and shops. The only improvement I highly suggest/recommend is that there is someone who can speak & understand English. I had a difficulty talking to the staff who arranged my taxi. I requested politely to get a taxi for me which will pick me up at 8:45. But, when I went down at the lobby at 8:40, he did not arrange it yet. :( So, it took him some time to get one. As a result, I was stuck in traffic & was late in my meeting.

We asked for a roller bed and it was not set up when we got to our room. The hotel staff came to set up but didn’t know how to. Got a technician to set up the bed and the staff about to just leave us. We had to ask the staff to make the beddings for the roller bed. But he didn’t know how to, and did a horrible job.

Comfortable hotel and bed Lots of western style restaurants behind the hotel. Very close to the temple and markets area, a short walk. Nice view of the city and canal. A great spot.

this hotel is very well located just next to the historical part. The equipment is good with a interior swimming pool, gym (should be renovated). The restaurant is of good quality and breakfasts are perfect

Okay, here is a run down of the pros an cons of this place. The pros first. Location, location, location - excellent place for a ton of food options and is next to a tourity boulevard as well. The rooms are generally nice and well kept. Clean bathrooms. A nice lobby as well. The cons. Service is variable - sometimes it is for lack of trying and other times it is the language barrier if you do not speak Mandarin. The common areas smell of smoke (despite the no smoking signs) especially first think in the morning. And check-in and check-out could use a lot of simplification and speeding up.

申し分ないホテル。唯一は、ホテルの前の駐車場での運転の粗さ。間一髪で事故になるところだった。また、ホテルが空港まで送迎してくれると約束したのにもかかわらず、翌朝チェックアウトの際に、そんな話はないと言い出した。非常に残念。朝ごはんは美味しいし、部屋は綺麗で、1日2回掃除をしていただけることや、中国では珍しく水圧も強い。また、スタッフも非常に親切で、場所・立地も申し分ない。★4.5

Hotel is near msny bars and restsurants, i thing is one of best hotel in town, also price is ok for this standard. Breakfast is ok, you can find almost all what you want. Front of hotel is good western pub RedLion

Hotel is of international standards with excellent rooms. Highlight is the area behind the hotel where one can explore multiple cuisines. Breakfast spread is good and service is also commendable. While staying, find some time in the evening to explore the old town street, which lights up at night.

Good location for sightseeing and food

Hello my name is Andy and I come here to Wuxi frequently for 10 years and stayed in different hotels but now choose the Nikko for several times. Big plus is its location, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. But here comes the big BUT... I always try to choose hotels with swimming pool for my business travelling for relaxing. Also Nikko has this. I got a real shock as I attended - dressingroom was extremely dirty, much waste was liying on the ground (dont want to know what it is) and a smell like toilett in the air. Young guys were smoking at the entrance and nobody cares. The shower was also dirty and unprofessionally repaired. I went to the front desk and they promised to clean but can see no difference. The management just ignore this problems. Sorry Nikko.... but next time I will take another hotel.

Easy location, close to restaurants. Long walks in "traditional streets" possible from here. Lot of taxi around. Very long check in. It took me 30 minutes. Lack of front desk people. Very bad service. Check in and check out are far too long, complet and made by non efficient staff Last Time I stay here Breakfast ok. Room and wifi ok. Shower only for small people.

The hotel in Wuxi is excellent. It is actually a Japanese hotel. The rooms are very clean and services are good. The area is also nice, very close to lots of restaurants and old downtown. The staff is generally okay, with an exception of a one person at the reception desk who was a bit rude when asking for travel documents (other then passports) that even when entering China we didn't need to show and didn't need. Luckily, the problem was resolved quickly.

I like this hotel. Mainly because it's in a great location. It's set next to a large selection of bars and restaurants literally outside the back door. It was very warm when I set out to eat in the evening. After a nice meal it was really handy to stroll back to the hotel. My view was over the river which ran through the town. The room was comfortable and all the facilities you would expect. A nice breakfast rounded off an enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is located in the city next to major bar and restaurant area and very close to pedestrian street. The hotel is well kept but no very exciting. Rather dull, in fact. The very nice young persons in the lobby bar knew some words in English, became confused over an Gin Tonic request and could mix a Dry Martini with very hands on instruction fram me.. I felt sorry for them because they really wanted to serve.

4月29日30日の2泊でしたが暑い日なのにエアコンが送風しか使用出来ないように設定されており非常に不便でした。 ロビーや廊下はエアコンが効いているのに部屋のエアコンが使えないとは全く意味が分からない。

雖然已經知道是不錯的飯店，但實際體驗更好。櫃檯辦理入住或退房都很快速與親切(遇到想插隊的人)，乘電梯必須先刷卡，且只能到達自己房間的樓層，房間算大，乾淨且安靜，床也相當舒服。衛浴間裡有浴缸及免治馬桶，確實很受用，很享受。唯一的不便是：下午2點多到達飯店辦理入住時，還沒有空房，所以只能先到外面走走。飯店離南禪寺及南長街不遠，走路就可以到達，飯店後面好像還有很多餐廳酒吧。夜晚的南長街非常熱鬧，吃的很多，算是很有氣氛的夜市。南禪寺應該也是個知名景點，附近小吃店也很多。

Good hotel. Located near lots of restaurants. A little bit crowded. Good breakfast. Great food variety. Satisfactory level of service. TV with world channels. Basic amenities. Clean and quiet. Good room space.

位置好, 離步行街很近, 好多小吃. 酒店不新但清潔度ok. 早餐很豐富, 職員態度親切, 有賓至如歸感覺. 可取停車劵免費泊車.

さすが日航と言った良いホテルでした。仕事で宿泊しましたが、目の前が観光地の様でした。（時間の関係で観光できなかったのが残念でした）

Great location and easy access to old town. Clean and good service

いつも滞在には日航ホテルを利用しています。部屋の中もきれいですが今回の部屋はウォシュレットが壊れていた。そこが残念でした。

ホテルは窓から無錫の町が見渡せるつくりになっており、眺めがよい（大気汚染があるので霞んでいるが）。内装はこの価格帯にしてはしっかりそろっており、質が高い。高級感を感じることができる。朝食の品質はまずまずである。日本食はおいしい。韓国料理のキンパ巻きもあったが、腐っていた。バスタブとシャワールームが分かれているのだが、間にトイレがあり間仕切りが何もなくむき出しになっているので、バスタブは使いづらい。ホテルスタッフの応対は不慣れである。ホテルのレベルと合わない。

Excellent location affording access to great international restaurants in a pedestrian area behind the hotel. This is my second visit to the hotel and I will return.

飛行機が遅れ、到着がAM1:30頃でしたが、スムーズにチェックイン出来ました。部屋も広く、きれいでした。上層階の日本食レストランでお昼にとんかつ定食を食べましたが、とてもおいしかったです。また、泊りたいと思います。

交通方便,靠近好吃好玩好逛的好飯店,設備好,人員有禮貌且乾淨 附近有南禪寺,可以逛小吃,也有咖啡館和酒吧 陽春巷裡的咖啡館和外國餐廳也很適合想閒散度日的午後

probably the best hotel in central wuxi. great location and decent gym facilities. although they never picked up my breakfast room service door hanger and when i mentioned it upon checkout they seemed to not know what i was talking about.

It located at a very good place which close to the river. Clean, comfortable room is worth staying again and again.

4/26-29まで滞在。気温高く蒸し暑く、エアコンスイッチ入れてもFANは動くがぬるい風が出るだけ。フロントに頼んでも事態は改善しなかった。

저녁에 야경을 보며 산책할 수 있는 곳이 호텔 근처에 많아 아주 좋습니다. 호텔도 정결하고 아주 편한감을 주는 호텔입니다...단지 숙박객이 많아 첵인시 오래 기다려야 함.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Never adjusted to setting and got progressively hotter during the night. As I got back to the room around 11PM I didn't want to bother with waiting for hotel maintenance to look into the problem. Services at the front desk was efficient but not friendly. Compared to other hotels in this category, I will stay elsewhere next time.

無錫市の中心部周辺に位置し、運河や古寺（南禅寺）、老街（古い街並みを整理して観光街にした一画）に囲まれており昼も夜も周りを散歩するのに適している。ホテルは日航グループということで清潔・スマートな対応で快適に過ごせる。特に庭から外に出ると古い洋館を改築したいろいろな店が並んでいて夜は地元の若者や観光客で賑わう一画となっていて楽しく過ごせる。地下鉄工事で混乱している市中心部から少し離れており静かに無錫旅情を味わえる。

１Fにはビジネスセンターがあり、新幹線の座席予約のサポートや会食場所の相談まで快く対応してくれました。ほぼ日本語でOkでした。素晴らしい。

biz trip to Wuxi could be boring, or an enjoyable one. 15min away from the WuXi train station by cab, located right opposite to the local attraction, the walking street of the ancient canal. Impressed by the decent JiangSu style designed corridor before I stepped into the room. Surprised by the welcome fruit plate w/ the best selection of this season. "Roomy & cozy". Definitely my #1 choice in WuXi! :)

住宿条件还是很不错的，房间很大，地理位置也算是蛮好的，对面就是古运河，还有酒吧一条街。
