Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet; wie beschrieben. Das Bett war bequem und man hört keine Nachbarn. Alle technischen Geräte haben funktioniert. Von der Innenstadt ist man rd 2 km entfernt. Diese Stecke kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Wir werden die Unterkunft wieder nutzen!
Das Waschbecken ist super klein; aber mehr benötigt man auch nicht. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war oft nicht aufgeräumt und zum Teil dreckig. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts, sondern an der Kinderstube der Mieter..

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Es ist alles da: Kleine Küche, gemütliches Bett, sauberes Bad Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in nullkommanix im Stadtzentrum, zu Fuß sind es etwa 25-30 Min. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Wir haben im der Tiefgarage geparkt - das war unkompliziert.

A bit noisy from the hallway. It is located in the university area, so one feels like back to school again. Be careful with the street parking, there are no signs, but you might get the fine anyways for no one knows what.

Je boekt een appartement en blijkbaar kom je in een gebouw waar ook veel studenten wonen. In onze zin is het geen appartement. Op zich niets op tegen maar ruimte is dan ook bedoelt voor een persoon. Geboekt voor 2 personen. Staat een twee persoons bed. Geen mogelijkheid om dan 2 koffers ergens te plaatsen. Geen normale stoel om te zitten. Geen tafeltje of iets dergelijks aanwezig. Een klein krukje staat er wel. Dat is dan het enigste. Tevens is het een erg kraakbaar bed.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Les indications pour arriver en toute autonomie sont claires. Les échanges sont fluide et très réactif. La chambre est confortable. La cuisine commune à disposition est vraiment un plus avec de quoi cuisiner et une Nespresso à disposition. Il y a également un service locker GRATUIT pour laisser vos bagages si vous repartez de nuit.ils sont très grand donc pas de soucis même pour les bagages volumineux. Service très appréciable 😀. Le rapport qualité prix, même si évidemment pour nous Français ça reste chers mais pour le Danemark c'est une bonne adresse. Je recommande Vivement.
Un peu éloigné du centre comme indiqué mais la station de tram est à 7 min à pied.

We were shocked about having to upload copies of our passports, as a condition for receiving the entry code. We did not know about that requirement, otherwise we would not have booked and paid. We still feel very uneasy about having given digitized personal information to an anonymous organization. ---- We hardly could sleep because our room and our bedding consisted of plastic. Even with the window open the air was stuffy. In addition the noise of the ventilation system was constant and penetrating. --- The worst overnight we ever had.

Kühlschrank brummte laut, auf unterster Stufe hat er dann zwischendurch abgestellt. War vorallem für die 3. Person, welche in diesem Raum auf dem ausgezogenen Sofa schlief störend. Vieles war verstaubt, jede kleine Fläche. Generell nicht sauber (Geschirr in Küche, Fliesenfugen beim Duschenboden, Türflächen), sehr kleines Bad, umständlicher Zugang zu Bett, sehr einfache Einrichtung nach Ikea. Sehr unpersönlich.

Das Zimmer roch sehr unangenehm nach sauren Gurken und es ging nicht weg durchs Lüften. Der Geruch war sehr doll und kam irgendwie aus der Spüle oder ähnlichem. Die Tiefgarage kostet und auch an der Straße kann man nicht kostenfrei parken, obwohl es so in der Informationen angegeben wurde.

It is relatively expensive given the location, and some travelers may find it to be far out of the centre. Personally I enjoyed being in a different area and walking into the centre.

They said I would need to go by myself to hotel basement to pick up as staff was not available. This was 16h30. I also had to pick up sheet and towel in another storage. 2) The hotel doesn't have a 'public' toilet. 5 minutes after my check out I tried to use the toilet from my room and the door was locked. I called and asked if it was possible to use the toilet considering the long travel ahead and the answer was to use the toilet from the mall (7 min by car).

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Gelegen naast Basecamp by Xior. Dochter gaat half jaar studeren in Denemarken, en zal daar haar kamer hebben. We hebben haar weggebracht en zijn zelf 3 nachten bij Daniel&Jacob's verbleven. Ideaal om vanuit daar samen de stad te kunnen verkennen. Gebouw en kamers zijn beide soortgelijk van opzet. Via code toelating tot het gebouw en kamer. Geen personeel aanwezig.
Omgeving is nog steeds in aanbouw. Dus keken we uit op een braakliggend terrein. De ruimte rond het 2 persoons bed had wat meer gemogen. Nu lastig in en uit bed komen. Verder een mooie kamer met industrele looks.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Kleine, maar praktische studio in een rustige wijk. Gratis parkeren en dichtbij bushaltes. Vlakbij supermarkt en winkelcentrum. Zowel in de studio als op de verdieping waas er mogelijkheid om te koken.
De kamer was vrij warm, en was lastig te ventileren. Geen lekkere stoel, alleen twee praktische eettafelstoelen. Ook op het bed kon je niet makkelijk ontspannen zitten.

Leggermente distante dal centro, ma vicina all’università. Attenzione a parcheggiare in strada, multe per chi non rispetta le norme stradali danesi. Prendete un minuto di tempo per leggere il guestbook dell’appartamento e non avrete problemi. Alcuni dettagli di pulizia potrebbero essere migliorati.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Die Unterkunft war für ein Städtetrip ideal ausgestattet. Eine kleine Küche mit allem nötige, ein kleines Bad und bequeme Betten. Auch die Tiefgarage im Haus war ideal und die Einkauf Möglichkeiten ( Esssen&Trinken) um die Ecke.
Das sehr sehr kleine Waschbecken und der doch fußläufige weitere Weg ins Zentrum. Mit dem Fahrrad aber ein kleineres Übel, ansonsten sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.

Abbastanza distante da Aarhus centro ma ben collegato con i mezzi. Appartamento di design, molto piacevole ma non funzionale. Edificio ben attrezzato, sicuramente più adatto a lunghi soggiorni che ad una vacanza. La soluzione ci è stata proposta da Booking in sostituzione a quella scelta per problema di overbooking. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo lascia qualche dubbio, ma nel complesso bene così.
Zona urbana, tranquilla ma non attrattiva. Gestione degli spazi interni non ottimale: pur apprezzando la ricerca del design e il carattere urban, dedicare ampie zone della camera a “corridoio vuoto” per poi avere il letto a ridosso di una parete in vetro (per quanto bella) che ne rende difficile l’accesso lo trovo incomprensibile.
