Alloggio pulito solo superficialmente, interno dei mobili, angoli e finestre mai puliti, orario check-in da concordare con 4 giorni di anticipo (e poi abbiamo dovuto comunque telefonare e aspettare che arrivasse la persona), cibo nel congelatore lasciato da altri ospiti scaduti da un anno, bagno privato ma fuori dall'appartamento (non dichiarato nella descrizione dell'appartamento), nessuna dotazione base di sale, zucchero, olio, ecc.

Grosse Zimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche.

Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, man benötigt immer ein Fahrzeug um zum Zentrum oder Museen zu besuchen. Also Auto, Taxi (Uber) oder Bus da die kostenfreien Fahrräder leider nicht mehr vorhanden sind obwohl sie ausdrücklich in der Anzeige aufgeführt waren. Das Bad im Eingangsbereich ist ziemlich klein und die Dusche hat weder einen Vorhang noch eine Türe.

Langer Check-in. Netter Empfang und Erklärung für alle Fragen.

Vanskelig indtjek. Uhensigtsmæssig værelsesindeling. Kunne ikke låse af til værelserne da der var to gæster i samme opgang. Badeværelse adgang gennen åben gangareal, dog på samme etage. Larm fra græsslåning kl. 5.30 fra fodboldsbanerbe der ligger lige op ad huset

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich, und die Lage war sehr gut. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Alles. Ich bin zum dritten Mal dort. Es ist für mich die optimale Unterkunft!

The owner was really nice and had lots of great recommendations. The bed was quite comfortable and it was in a great location for visiting university friends.

Some of the bathroom was rusted but everything still functioned. Also, I thought there were no glasses but they were all still in the dishwasher.

De ruime accomodatie (woning en tuin) ligging aan de rand van Aarhus. Eigenaar is heel behulpzaam. Hyggiene is goed. Hoewel erg kleine badkamer wel een heerlijke douche

Onderhoud laat te wensen over (eigenaar is geen beste klusjesman). Veel ramen maar geen of nauwelijks fatsoenlijke gordijnen. Eigen badkamer op de gang maar dat wisten we.

Our host was helpful and informative about Aarhus. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfy and kitchen was good. We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside. It was a nice stay at Aarhus. Bus and tram are easy to get to, 10 min walk. A big supermarket is also close to the bus stop, 10 min walk away.

Can be a little airless if all windows are closed, but once you open them up, it's quite nice.

Die Wohnung lag ebenerdig, war hell und geräumig und ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Gute Küchenausstattung.

Hay varios alojamientos, nosotros estuvimos en el apartamento deluxe. Apartamento amplio , con zona de patio y jardín. Cama doble y sofa cama. Cama muy comoda. Bien equipado. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Espacio para aparcar. Bus hacia el centro a solo 2 minutos. A 10 minutos tienes zona de restaurantes y alguna tienda.

Falta un poco de mantenimiento, en especial la cocina, que tenia menaje un poco deteriorado y estaba algo sucia. La casa está dividida en 2 apartamentos. Nosotros estabamos en el de la planta principal, con lo cual disfrutamos del jardin, pero con el inconveniente que el lavabo quedaba fuera del apartamento , aunque tampoco era muy molesto.

We had full access to the ground floor apartment - clean, quiet, spacious. Kitchen well equipped and own shower room. Bus access to city centre just down the road. Parking on-site.

Bus timetable at apt would have been helpful as buses infrequent. Ensure you type in the actual address in Google Maps as Guesthouse Sharon is another place close by…

It’s a clean house with a nice yard. The distance between downtown is very comfortable, which would not be too crowded. There are supermarkets and bus stations just nearby.

The sheets and duvet covers were washed, but there was still a smell of it, but other than that it was fine. Your neighbor just come into the front door without knocking in advance and made me feel uncomfortable.

It is a very nice, spacy apartment suitable for a longer stay. It is fully equipped with all typical home appliances. The location is convenient, it is just a short walk away from a forest and a supermarket. At the same time it is a peaceful area, very quiet at night. The host was very helpful all the time. 100% recommend.

Location was perfect, close to university. The apartment was big enough (bedroom and living room). Everything was ok and it was comfortable way of living for >7 days. Price was also reasonable.

The owner was welcoming and very helpful.

Bike could have been in better shape. You have to expect other ppl in the house with shared hallway.

the apartment is big and has a lovely terrace with a big garden. the owner also gave us the bikes which was super useful to get around the city

the bathroom is on the hallway (shared hallway with the ones from top floor). the cleaning was not done right, the fridge had a bad smell and all the stuff in the kitchen need to be cleaned again as there was dirt

I was visiting Aarhus University and the location was exceptional. It was also very close to the park near the beach where one cal walk and rest :-)

Kavehs place is great! Huge, very nice located and has everything one needs to stay for a week. And the beds are really comfortable. He is a great host and always there for us when we needed something!

Despite being in a basement the room and my stay was comfortable and value for the money

I was pleased with my stay but noticed some ongoing repairs that did appear to be worked on by the staff

Very good apartment located in northern Aarhus, close to Risskov forrest, university, and shopping facilities. Easy access whether by car, bicycle, or bus. Spacious rooms: kitchen area with dining table, living room with tv (many channels) and large bed, bathroom on same floor at the entrance, for use by apartment guests only.
