Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Reception desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. I had to change the dates for my booking and communication was clear. Even the cleaning lady was kind and returned me my phone charger (which I forgot in my room). All in all, the place is well managed! I will definitely come back.

There was smoking smell on the corridor. We noticed smoking smell at least in two rooms. We could not sleep whole night. This is very un hygienic. Smell was getting into our room.

Room sizes are tiny and someone could hurt their legs while getting on one side of the bed as the bed frame has some angled structure and could scrap your legs. Food is not good. Very poor and stale food.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024The staff were so courteous and responsive. Right from the security guard who helped me with parking, to the reception team who helped me with stay extension to the housekeeping staff, 10/10 for everyone. Also the breakfast is good.

The overall quality of the rooms has really gone down! The walls had black marks all over them. The study chair had weird white stains that even the staff couldn't clean out when asked to. I had to ask the staff to change the sheets since they too weren't clean. Even the bathroom mirrors had splash stains!

One of the cleaner came inside (using her own key) without knocking even though we put the “Don’t Disturb” sign. It was quite unprofessional and doesn’t make me feel safe or good.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2024The staff were super friendly. Looking at previous reviews they’ve really worked hard on the things people weren’t happy with and you can tell. Everything we needed and nothing was too much. Our room was spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Extra shout out to the security guard who made sure our Uber arrived to the hotel and checked he’d come.
Bed could be comfier but pillows were nice

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I couldn't get enough sleep. Everytime i turn it is making sound. And also the mattress is too tight. Got body pain.
