Reviewed Jul 1, 2025Staff is very friendly and communicative. The place is in a good location, having the Simon Bolivar's park as destination and it's really close to the main football stadium, having a lot of options for food. They have a nice whatsapp communication policy and breakfast was tasty. Early check-in was great and check-out was smooth, as both took place in off hours.
As being a house, all guests are thrown to hear the door bell ringing all day and night. So when it's night time, you will be awaken by those who don't know (or respect) there is a policy of after-hours shift where you must find the keys by yourself. Rooms are not sound proof and you can everything. Beds had uncomfortable and already deformed mattress. Pricey for that type of accomodation of house-like facilities. Breakfast is delicious but is small and you should order it previously, so it could be delayed.
