Beautiful location

Did not pick up that there was no air conditioning. There should have been more emphasis in the description.As we are getting older (both 70) we look for some creature comforts.

Beautiful spot to stay

Lighting in the room was very limited and the bungalow was never cleaned during my stay.

It is a wonderful place and the staff are amazing and will sort arrange anything you need/wish

This is one of the best value for money places I have ever stayed at. They don't charge for water, free, naturally filtered water for all guests. Rooms are extremely cheap too. Food is good and affordable. Very disappointing to see negative reviews here, as these reviews do not reflect the kind of place Bohemiaz. This is not a five-star hotel. This is a budget jungle getaway with little jungle huts. Really worth every cent that we spent at this place, and we'll definitely come back!

The staff at Bohemiaz are what make it an awesome place. Unfortunately, my wife got a bit sick during our stay, and the staff took care of her like family. Had her lying down on one of their couches and just providing ginger tea to her all day. It's a great place, especially for the price. We paid $50 or so for three nights in jungle bungalows. Where else can you do that? Great stay!

C'est sale , c'est éloigné de tout des cafards et des lézards dans la chambre , un chemin boueux pour y aller , la climatisation dans la chambre qui marche pas , une piscine sale non entretenu, a la.minute où on arrive il demande de payée toit de suite et quand on accepte pas cette porcherie ils nous dit désolé on ne rembourse pas , c'est une vrai arnaque a fuir

Absolute scam! Never see such a dirty place in all Cambodia. My room was plenty of rat shits, sheets were dirty, don’t even think they changed in between customers. The kitchen tools was left with left over. I got bugs bite on my feets as soon as I went on the bed. When I see the way they care about cleaning glad I haven’t try their meal. On the top of that, we can clearly see this place try to get good rank from people, in the comments section, we can see that there is people that leave 3 comments and note for the same stay. I guess they try to have better rank on Booking.

Le lieu était très beau, le personnel très gentil et serviable, le restaurant délicieux, la chambre et les équipements très confortables.

On remarque qu'il s'active pour remettre au propre l'extérieur de l'établissement. Les piscines sont sympa pour se rafraîchir mais elles mériteraient un rafraîchissement. L'extérieur est joli avec ses arbres et ses plantes.

La chambre en arrivant n'avait pas été préparée, ils nous ont passé une autre chambre plus grande mais sans clim. La chambre n'était pas très propre car elle n'était pas utilisée depuis longtemps. La salle de bain est rustique et le frigo, bouilloire ne sont plus nettoyés depuis très très longtemps. Il aime mettre du blanc partout mais on voit que les murs sont sales, mais malgré tout, pour deux trois nuits on peut faire avec. Ça semble s'améliorer dans le bon sens.

Chambres et literie sale. Piscine sale et coins communs jonchés de déchets. La majeure partie des autres clients traînaient dans les coins communs, fortement alcoolisés ou défoncés. J'ai voulu louer un scooter auprès de l'hôtel, le gérant m'avait dit que c'était le sien mais pour finir c'était un ami qui me le louait et demandait un passeport en caution. Il m'a dit de lui faire confiance et de regarder les avis Google de l'entreprise de scooter si j'avais des doutes...les commentaires disaient tous que c'était une arnaque au passeport. En allant annuler mon scooter auprès du gérant pour ces raisons, il semblait être pris la main dans le sac...à éviter !

Tout. L’immense gentillesse de tout le personnel. Très serviable. Les chambres sont confortables et agréables. La cuisine est merveilleuse et créative. Merci Toy et toute ton équipe. Une play list au top, ambiance très amicale. L’établissement est au calme et il est agréable de sortir de Kampot pour se relaxer. Piscine, jacuzzi, massages. Un paradis à Kampot à des prix très abordables.

J’ai tout aimé car si il y a un petit problème , l’équipe se plie en quatre pour le résoudre.

Grauenvoll: Jede Menge Mosquitos. Das Resort züchtet diese regelrecht durch unzählige große Wasserresorvoirs!!! Sehr primitiven Zimmer. Klo! Duschgelegenheit Nicht 'Toilette', musste mit anderen geteilt werden und war außerhalb. Außentoilette/ Duschgelegenheit also! Viele sehr dem Alkohol zugetan Männer. Die Toilette war mit Pisse verdreckt, der Herr der sie mit mir teilte pinkelt vorbei (stehende vermutlich) und betagte nie die Spülung. Absolute Zumutung diese Behausung als Spa und 'Resort' zu bezeichnen. Ich habe bereits am nächsten Tag die Institution flüchtend verlassen...Das nächste - Hotel - war dann stadtnah fußläufig und sehr amgehm, mit sozialer Komponente - Unterstützung durch Schul- und Ausbildungseinrichtungen in Cambodia.

good food and comfortable bed. they have put more tables and chairs around the resort and are continuing to do more landscaping. the gardens are very nice and a real feature of the property.

Bohemiaz has the best vibes! I ended up staying here about three times during my Cambodia trip. The natural pool is lovely, and the neighbourhood is so peaceful, with a bookshop, a great little supermarket, and several yoga places in walking distances, and it's only a 10 minute tuk-tuk to the town. The staff were all lovely and always helpful, and it's an easy place to hang out and chat to other guests. The rooms are comfortable too, there's decent food and drinks, so overall it's a great place to relax and enjoy yourself, I miss it already.

Pas de renouvellement des serviettes de douche en 5 jours. Cendriers pas vidés autour des transats de la piscine et pas tjs propre dans la salle de restaurant billard. Café pas bon... nouriture, peu mieux faire et un peu chère pour la qualité.

One of our favourite budget hotels whilst travelling Cambodia as part of the TukTuk Tournament 2025. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic!! Highly recommended. Room was spacious. Comfy beds, one of the best nights sleep I had! Road a bit bumpy to get there but close enough to town to go in on the evenings (we had our own TukTuk). Wish we had time to stay another night.

All of the staff with their friendly and approachable manner. The ladies who cleaned and swept the courtyards....were awesome!!

I wasn't sure if the infra redsauna was working. And I truly enjoyed a true steam sauna.

had dinner at the restaurant for my birthday and the food was very good. we had one of the weekly special options that change each week . the staff are always friendly and helpful

it would be very useful to have a side table either side of the bed in the room with the kitchenette. shame they moved the couches upstairs at the restaurant as we liked them downstairs.

We stayed in one of the little bungalows, we had a fantastic time, the staff the food and drink were amazing.🤩. We would definitely go back.

La réalité n'a pas grand chose à voir avec les images. C'est un spot pour babas fumeurs. Pas tout à fait notre style.

Le site est très sympa, le jardin bien entretenu. Facilité pour louer des scooters, très pratique car on est un peu éloignés du centre de Kampot.

Toutes les infrastructures auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, les piscines, les bungalows, les évacuations d'eaux usées.

Das Personal war sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Das Bohemiaz liegt etwas außerhalb von Kampot. Es ist eine sehr idyllische Oase. Ich hatte einen süßen kleinen Bungalow. Es gab einen Naturpool und noch ein Becken mit klarem Wasser daneben. Dazu gab es einen Jacuzzi, eine Rotlicht -und eine Dampfsauna. Im offenen Restaurant gab es einen Billiard-und einen Kickertisch. Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr lecker. Zu empfehlen sind die cocktails mit Kampotpfeffer. Wir haben von dort die Busfahrt nach Phnom Pen gebucht und hatten einen freien pick up vom hotel.

The location la Great. The swimming pools super! The room is also great! I love the healthy options of food at the bar!

The sauna was not working properly, i needed to ask the person in charge to activate It everytime and sometimes would work and other not. Jacuzzi Also was not working sometimes. The attitude of the personal of spa was not very friendly : It felt like she was doing me a favor for connecting the sauna (that is part of the services of the hotel). Some vibes of some people of staff (not all, some where very friendly) was a bit off, lazy or even mocking at clients. Felt wierd.

I loved this place! It is a little further from the town but easy to get a grab into town. The natural pool was so awesome. This place also has a steam room, sauna and some gym equipment which was great for me. Very nice place to relax and unwind, especially on days when you don’t want to explore. They also have a cute cat & dog.
