Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et facilitant. Les gérants sont très gentils et de bon conseil. La piscine est géniale, le lieu extraordinairement paisible. Les climatisations très efficaces, le petit déjeuner est bon et le restaurant d Annie à côté est excellent et peu cher. Pour notre première étape au Cambodge nous sommes ravis! Le chemin d’accès est en terre mais largement praticable même après la pluie tout se passe bien. Un immense merci pour ces jours paisibles passés dans votre havre de paix et de simplicité.

le cadre est sympa, et le petit restaurant juste à côté est bienvenu car il ne servait que le breakfast, je rappelle que c'était le mois de septembre donc basse saison. le dépôt de passeport au resort et non chez le loueur pour la location d'un scooter, même si ce n'est pas très légal. les 2 proprio sont cool et pas regardant sur le scooter...et la piscine, sympa même si il faut enlever les feuilles qui tombe a cause du vent car personne ne le fera à votre place...

le matelas, une planche en forme de matelas, très dure mais chacun son opinion, mais j'aurais aimé le savoir. Le fait qu'il n'y est pas de restauration, je n'avais pas l'information à la réservation sur booking, et le dernier kilomètre avant d'arriver est un chemin avec des trous partout, donc en tuk tuk, même en scooter, ce n'est pas super top , beaucoup de secousse....et il y a une lieu juste derrière, la journée , ça doit être un lieu de jeu ou bien...ambiance karaoké le soir jusqu'à 21h, qui fait un peu mal à la tête, beaucoup de cri, il parle hyperfort, chante mal et le son est dégueulasse, donc ça gâche le côté calme du lieu

Wunderschöne Anlage am Stadtrand. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Empfehlenswert für einen stressfreien Aufenthalt in Kampot. Deutsches Management, sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.

There was nothing wrong

The hosts are absolutely amazing. The most understanding, accommodating, kind hosts I've encountered in a very long time. The seclusion and calm of the area was exactly what we needed. On top of that the little restaurant next door - Aneen's Garden - is perfect. I have already recommended this location to my friends for their trip.

The beds take getting used to. It was almost perfect for my wife but I had trouble adjusting to it. If you require a soft bed because you've been spoiled like me, you can find a mattress topper locally for cheap. It's not a detractor from the bed. The beds in this region are made different on purpose to accommodate the region.

OMG Perfect Big comfortable bed, big fridge, even had a tub. The pool was super clean. Very peaceful 🙏. 2 USD for Tuk Tuk to town. Room was immaculate 🙏. I have booked for two nights for the end of September. The prices are amazing and I rented the biggest room you could get. Well rested 😌🙏🙏🙏🇨🇦

Lovely staff and pool

Location is in the middle of nowhere.

Friendly welcome and the owners were all around very helpful. Very peaceful and surrounded by nature.

The property is a couple of km out of central Kampot. The final approach road was a bit bumpy in the tuktuk at first but a new improved road just opened so all good 👍

Lovely spot in the countryside outside of the city, perfect if you enjoy walking in nature and happy to walk/bike into the center. Incredibly well maintained pool. Lovely hosts, and friendly dogs! Great value for money.

I had a ground floor bungalow which was clean and comfy and for me it was perfect,the patio was great for relaxing by the pool,and only 10m from the bar which works on a tab system.The breakfast was great.The owners and staff wer very helpfull and friendly,location was quiet and peacefull.Would reccomend.

I’m honestly not sure what everyone else is talking about. But what do you expect for the price point lol I found my room to be smelly ( sewage? Mildew?). I had to sweep a bunch of bugs or pods or something off the walls. The bedding was basically nonexistent. All they offered was a heavy comforter with no sheet. There were only two very old and threadbare towels provided. When swarmed by bugs when I opened my door in the morning the best they could offer was a bottle of raid. Refused to give me a different room.

Es ist sehr ruhig, da es abseits gelegen ist und die Besitzer darauf achten, dass es auf dem Gelände ruhig bleibt. Der Pool ist super. Nebenan gibt es ein Restaurant, das ausgezeichnetes Essen (auch vegetarisch) anbietet. Das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett bequem. Die Besitzer haben für mich eine Tour durch die Umgebung gebucht, das war sehr hilfreich und nett.

Das Bad/Zimmer fand ich nicht ausreichend gesäubert, ich habe selber noch einiges sauber gemacht, z.B. war die Ablage im Bad mehr als schmutzig. Das Hotel ist sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt, weshalb man immer ein Tuk-Tuk rufen und bezahlen muss, wenn man nicht selber mit einem Motorrad oder Auto unterwegs sein kann.

Удалённость от кафе и ресторанов. У нас сломался мотобайк, который мы арендовали в отеле. Мы звонили в отель, персонал посоветовал обратиться в компанию у которой отель брал мотобайк. Мы позвонили туда, но нам никто не помог. Было ужасно остаться на дороге далеко от города без помощи. Помогли местные жители. Мы были 4 часа на жаре в ожидании помощи. Это было очень плохо.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Die 2 Besitzer sind super nett und geben gerne Tips für die Umgebung. Der Pool ist sauber und perfekt um sich bei der Hitze kurz abzukühlen. Leckeres Frühstück mit Sauerteigbrot. Insgesamt Preis Leistung 1A

Excellent facilities

A beautiful rural setting. It is a bit out of town, but what you get is a chance to enjoy rural Cambodia and it's only a 2 USD tuk tuk ride into town should you want to check out the delights of downtown Kampot (which you definitely should do once in a while, but it is tempting to never leave this hotel!). There is a well-stocked mini mart nearby and the restaurant next door does excellent food at a good price so you don't need to go into town unless you want to. The two guys running the place are helpful - they are German and speak good English which is handy.

The shower wasn't always hot, but that isn't really an issue in these temperatures!

Everything great for relaxing away from it all. Lovely pool and great views of Bokor mountain.

Would give it a 10 ,but the bed was pretty uncomfortable, hard mattress ,which is good for some . But really slippery sheets and pillow .

Definitely I would stay here again. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice with beautiful countryside surroundings. Nice German food also

Mysigt ställe en bit ut från stan med en fin pool. Bra restaurang som granne.

Sängarna var lite väl hårda för vår smak annars inget att klaga på.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, die Gastgeber standen einem immer für ein nettes Gespräch zur Verfügung, eine ruhige Lage in der man super entspannen kann und trotzdem schnell im Geschehen ist. Super Frühstück wird auf Anfrage zubereitet

Es gibt nichts negatives zu dieser Unterkunft zu sagen.

Freundlich und zugewandte Besitzer. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wer es ruhig abseits vom Trubel mag ist hier richtig.

Nette Freunde aus Deutschland, die gemeinsam die Unterkunft führen. Rollenverleih möglich (und auch empfohlen). Lage etwas außerhalb. Bett ist eine harte Matratze (für mich hat sie gepasst (auch für mehrere Nächte für mich geeignet), wer allerdings weich schläft könnte so seine Probleme haben 😄 Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen wollen. Pool vorhanden und auch sauber. Zimmer wie auf den Bildern.

Dirk und Jogi sind "Asienveteranen", die deutsch sprechen, entspannt und sehr hilfsbereit sind. Gute Tipps und viele Kontakte, z.B. für Tuktuk, Ausflüge und Einkäufe. Fürs Essen gleich nebenan zu Aneen's Green Garden Coffee Shop! Tolle Lage in Aussenquartier, Swimmingpool. Dirk und Jogi sind daran, die Zimmer und Bungalows Schritt für Schritt wieder aufzuwerten. Komme wieder, gerne länger als nur eine Nacht!

Frühstück sehr einfach, kontinental, dürfte noch etwas ausgebaut werden Zimmerausstattung (Einrichtung, Bettwäsche, Sauberkeit) darf noch etwas dazugewinnen.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit einem sehr sauberen, schönen Pool und Innenhof. Klein aber fein! Da wir eine Unterkunft nahe von dem Wohnort unserer Freundin gesucht hatten, war die Lage für uns perfekt. Wir haben die Ruhe geschätzt. Es gibt ein kleines Restaurant und einen Supermarkt in naher Gehdistanz. Um in das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen braucht es allerdings ein Transportmittel. Die beiden Gastgeber Dirk und Jogi waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich immer schnell um unsere Anliegen.

Für uns war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

Nice resort in Kampot. It's a bit far from the city, it's perfect if you're looking for a quiet place where to relax and have some yoga or meditation. The owners are really friendly and the dogs are so cute. Big room with a nice and clean bathroom and the pool where you can refresh from the burning sun

This is our second time staying at this hotel and everything is great. We recommend it if you want to stay close to the city and relax in silence with a view of the mountains.

Everything was perfect

The facilities in the room were amazing! So nice to have a fridge, a bathtub and lovely furniture. The pool was clean and beautiful to swim in. The guys who run the place are super friendly and sweet. We really enjoyed ourselves here, the location is good especially if you like being out of the craziness of the city centre like we do, with the mountains close by.

Absolutely one of the best spots in Kampot regarding both atmosphere and price value relation. Well maintained, nice pool, clean and an amazing sunset view.

You get everything you need at a good price, the swimming pool is very good, rooms are clean and comfortable, owners are very friendly.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. We received a lot of helpful Information on nearby activities, useful apps and how to make the best of our travel. We rented a scooter directly at the door steps for three days. This independent roaming was so much fun, we decided to stay longer at the Mabuhay Guesthouse. Ecologically the separation of waste material needs positive mentioning and the refilling of water bottles.

this place came as a surprise. we wanted a place that we could use as a base and it was so good we stayed for 5 nights

Great little retreat, with good breakfast on offer and restaurants nearby even if on foot. Diek and Yogi really care they are great hosts. As well as next door for dinner there is an exceptional place really close by "Village Inn" does amazing pulled pork sandwich and Asian food around a stunning pool and garden which you can use if you go for a meal. Would recommend

I prefer a fan to AC which they didn't have. Unfortunately the bedding is fleecy and only a duvet - no sheets - so I was hot/cold/ hot/cold through the night.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and helpful and always smiling. The accommodation is excellent air-conditioning great. The swimming pool was good and cooling after a hot morning and afternoon. The location wasn't too bad, $2 for a tut tut into town. We decided to stay a bit longer and would certainly recommend staying here. We would certainly stay here again, They have 2 lovely friendly dogs

Nice area. Yoga retreat close by. About 5 kilometers to town but an easy drive. Swimming pool was nice. Staff was excellent.

Roads are dark here. Drive slowly. Other wise it was one of the nicest places I ever been at.

Three things I would like to specifically mention: 1. If anything was needed they were very happy to assist e.g. I needed advice about the hospital and they immediately found it for me, 2. When I was in hospital, they even asked a local doctor to come and check on me, and 3. On the day of my departure they allowed us to stay past checkout to help us align with our bus service.

There was a little leak from below the toilet cistern, but they were just waiting for the maintenance guys to come and fix it.

I stayed at this guesthouse for one week, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hospitality was exceptional, with the hosts going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a smile. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Didn’t have any problems with noise or the 2 dogs. Lots of trees for shade and a clean pool to cool off in. We enjoyed the peaceful location and chatting with the German night owl on return from our day trips out. They happily ordered a food delivery for us (less than a dollar delivery fee). They also arranged a scooter for us. We enjoyed the cheese and salami breakfast with nice, brown bread (great after much white bread). We had a fridge/freezer in our room and the air con and a fan are good

The access road is a bit bumpy, but all part of the fun and adventure. It’s not too bad at all to put you off staying.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The hotel offers good value for the price, and the room with a bathtub was a nice touch for a relaxing vacation. I would recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable stay.

The road out there.

The rooms where super clean. Big fridge for food and beer. Staff very friendly,also very quiet at night. The perfect little get away from the downtown part of Kampot. Two dollars to take you to town in a tuk tuk. Will be going back for sure. Headed there for Christmas ⛄🎁

There is nothing I didn't like. Perfect Oasis from the city. Can't wait to return.
