Bunk Guesthouse Hongdae

The staff was so kind and friendly! The owner was open to chatting and giving recommendations around the area. Rooms were tidied up daily and felt safe. I would absolutely stay here again.

Location , near the station a lot of shops and market around it , nice staff .

Very small kitchen ,the breakfast is from 8 to 10 am , crowded in morning, at least they should open it at 6 am so it won't be crowded later.

Je devais faire 3 nuits dans cette auberge, je n'avais pas fait attention lors de ma réservation je me suis retrouvée dans un dortoir mixte. En vérifiant sur le site de Booking j'avais vu qu'il y avait de la place dans un dortoir femme mais quand j'ai demandé à changer on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de place... Je n'étais vraiment pas à l'aise dans mon dortoir d'autant plus que contrairement à ce que montraient les photos l'emplacement pour mettre des affaires importantes était très petit et il fallait amener son propre cadenas... Bref je n'ai fait qu'une nuit je suis partie ailleurs. Mais je pense que l'endroit est bien adapté pour des baroudeurs sans problème !

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa guesthouse, Brian e le ragazze alla reception sono gentilissimi e disponibili. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. La colazione “fai da te” ottima e ben organizzata.

L’unico appunto è di scrivere chiaramente che alcune camere hanno il bagno privato, ma esterno, perché nel nostro caso con una bambina piccola può creare un piccolo disagio.

The beds were so comfortable. The hostel was clean and there was free food for breakfast. Also the location was great.

L'emplacement est idéal. La propreté des lieux, la gentillesse de Brian et ses collègues, tout est parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter pour séjourner a Hongdae!

晚上有的人很晚回來很吵，（我已經有戴耳塞了）睡覺睡下鋪，上面的人一翻身，稍有動靜整個床就搖晃不停，清晨五六點 外面就有別人在整理行李箱很大聲的聲音…然後沒有微波爐…第一次遇到置物櫃沒有鎖的…

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Zimmer wirklich groß! Perfekt für den Abschluss unserer Reise, da wir komfortabel alles packen konnten. Brian hat uns mit den Koffern geholfen und war sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten ein privates Badeszimmer, welches aber außerhalb unseres Zimmers lag. Hat uns nicht gestört, man musste halt gleich alles was man braucht mit rein nehmen und hoffen, dass es nicht nass wird.

Just two minutes away from Hongik University subway. And around Hongdae happening and night life. Very convenient and safe spot to be in.

弘大駅近くにあり、どこへ行くにも便利。 周辺にはオリーブヤング等の大型の店舗から、こぢんまりとしたおしゃれな店舗まで揃っており、ショッピングにも最適。コンビニも複数店舗あって便利だった。 女子棟があり、そこに宿泊することができたのが安心だった。 個室のシャワールームが3室あり、順番待ちもなかった。 水回りは清潔で、共用スペースも綺麗に清掃されていた。 ベッドスペースには大きな棚が備え付けられていた。 またソウルを訪れることがあれば利用したい。

Brian was a fantastic and friendly host, and made sure everyone had what they needed Breakfast was great, and a welcome addition Brilliantly placed location, right near the metro stops and all manner of things to see nearby in Hongdae Very clean and cosy too: I really liked the layout and the outdoor area too for socialising

That I couldn't extend my stay longer! It's a popular hostel, and for very good reason, so make sure to book ahead in advance if staying over the summer holidays :)

everything was really clean and spacious! you have your own locker and a curtain for your bed. breakfast is self-service, so you can make freshly cooked eggs everyday and orange juice/ coffee, on weekends even ramyeon. what I also really appreciated was that in the female dormitories there are mirrors, so you can make yourself ready :) good value for money!! not thaaat social but mostly because a lot of people there are shy… you see each other often in the common room area or in the morning at breakfast, so you can still make some good friends there if you just start talking to people!

no events happening during my stay there.. and the female dormitory is in a different building than the actual hostel but nothing really to complain about.

The location and welcome from Brian.

The average breakfast and the cooking to prepare it are limits when there are people. Requests to clean the room not honored at all. We stayed 6 nights and we asked only once to clean the room and especially the sanitary facilities by affixing the small sign on the right side on the door. It wasn’t done. The next day, we asked for cleaning again. In vain. Over a week, no cleaning was done despite our 2 requests. And we did not have the possibility to change towels during the day if necessary. There was no one. A little expensive for the services offered. I guess it’s because it’s Seoul.

Es mejor de lo q se ve en las fotos, instalaciones nuevas limpias y cómodas. Buen desayuno, excelentes los recepcionistas. Todo excelente!

No elevator but it's understandable

- The shower room was very clean. This is the cleanest shower and toilet I have ever seen in a hostel. I always feel hesitated when entering a shower, but this really exceeds my expectation! - I also love how cozy the environment is.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in while traveling for three months! The price was amazing for such a central location. The rooms were clean, private, secure, and comfortable. I enjoyed having the free breakfast option, and having a towel provided and slippers available was really nice. The laundry service was also only 7,000 won and was super easy to use with cash. The owner Brian is a very kind man, and his staff were super helpful. The energy is like being in a very calm apartment. it is as social as you want it to be. I imagine that the main hostel building on the same street is a bit more social since there are more people gathering and more events taking place.

我們在這裡住了兩晚，從弘大車站開始慢慢找路約10分鐘，沿路都是商業區可邊走邊逛，晚上出來散步買東西都非常方便，是在弘大的好住所。老闆人非常親切友善，因沒電梯還幫我們把大行李提到二樓住宿的房間。有來自世界各國的旅客，但大家都很自律，不會有吵雜擾人的情況。整體而言是適合推薦給想來弘大玩的人入住喔!

チェックイン時丁寧に店員が対応してくれました。ドミトリー室はつねにクーラーがきいていたので涼しかったです。立地もよかった。清潔でもありました。

Es war vielleicht 3 Minuten entfernt von der Hongik Station Es gab kostenlos Wasser Brian war nett und konnte sich an alle Namen erinnern Es gab 2 kostenlose Handtücher Wäsche waschen hat nur 7000 Won gekostet

Im Flur, Bad und auf der Toilette war es nicht klimatisiert Das Zimmer war für 6 Personen viel zu klein. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, aber man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen. Der Raum hat dadurch so dermaßen gestunken, weil die Leute Abends nicht duschen gegangen sind. Zudem konnte man wirklich jedes Geräusch hören. War über eine Woche dort und habe das Bett oben bekommen. Ich habe so schlecht geschlafen, weil wenn sich die Person unter mir sich bewegt hat, dann hat das Bett oben auch gewackelt. Auf dem Zimmer gab es kein Mülleimer. Zudem gab es keine getrennten Toiletten oder Duschen. Der kleine Mülleimer für das Klopapier war auch ständig überfüllt. Vom Aussehen her: die Wände könnten neu gestrichen werden, die Toilettentüren sauber gemacht werden und der Müll vielleicht wo anders gesammelt werden und nicht beim Eingang wo man es sehen konnte. Zum WLAN: An sich brauchte man 3 Zugänge fürs Wlan je nachdem wo man sich aufgehalten hat.

Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione della struttura: è a due passi dalla metropolitana, quindi è comodissima sia per chi arriva dall’aeroporto di Incheon sia da Gimpo, oltre che per visitare la città. L’ostello è ben organizzato e offre molti servizi utili agli ospiti. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di fare colazione nell’area comune: oltre a essere pratica, è stata un’ottima occasione per conoscere altri viaggiatori e trascorrere un piacevole momento di socializzazione.

別館でしたが、シャワーとトイレが別で、とても便利でした。ダイニングも過ごしやすかったです。 また、利用させていただきます。

Loved this guesthouse -- the location couldnt be better - Hongdae has so much to offer and is one of my favourite locations in Seoul Airport access is so easy because you are right next to the tube station - just one direct train will drop you off right into the airport. The host is very accommodating and the breakfast on offer is perfect to get your day started. The rooms are basic but nice and quiet. If you are looking for luxury then this isnt the place but if you are planning on just using the room as somewhere to sleep then it does the job. The selling point is certainly location.

滞在に関して事実と感情をきり分けてレビューします。 まず前提として今回の滞在中に大雨があり部屋が浸水しました。 ◯​抜群の立地とコスパ 立地が非常に良く、価格もとてもリーズナブルです。この価格帯で朝食がついているのも素晴らしい点でした。 ◯​充実した設備 夏場でしたがエアコンもしっかり効いており快適でした。ドライヤー、シャンプー、ボディーソープが揃っており、フェイスタオルは交換してもらえるため助かりました。 ◯​トラブル時のスタッフの迅速かつ誠実な対応 大雨による浸水という予期せぬ大きなトラブルが発生しましたが、スタッフの対応は大変素晴らしかったです。その日の宿泊費を全額返金してくれたほか、チェックアウトまで別の部屋のラウンジを使えるよう配慮してくれました。何度も真摯に謝罪していただき、真心のこもった対応に感謝しています。 〇​快適な滞在環境（トラブル前） 今回は半地下の部屋でしたが、浸水トラブルさえ起きなければ、部屋自体に特に不便や問題を感じることはなく快適に過ごせました。ほかの上の階の部屋であれば、周辺に用事がある際にぜひまた利用したいと思えるホステルです。

​〇大雨による半地下部屋の浸水被害 大雨の際、宿泊していた半地下のドミトリールームが浸水してしまいました。床に置いていた荷物がすべて濡れてしまい、水には悪臭がありました。 ◯​浸水に伴う一時的な設備の停止 ブレーカーが落ちて部屋のエアコンが止まり蒸し暑くなったため、身支度やトイレ・シャワーは別の部屋の設備を借りてチェックアウトせざるを得ませんでした。 ◯​建物の構造上の懸念 オーナー様も「こんな経験は初めて」とおっしゃっていたため予期せぬ天災だったとは思いますが、半地下の部屋の構造的なリスクを感じました。浸水対策や問題が改善されることを強く願っています。個人的には良くない思い出になってしまったため、今後の半地下の部屋への滞在は避けたいと感じてしまいました。

第一次住體驗非常好，有機會還會想再住☺️ 暑假期間臨時決定要去韓國旅遊+追星，偶然看到這間青旅有釋出一間4人房的1個名額於是趕緊下訂了4天3夜。 ★民宿地理位置很好，接近弘大7號口，走路去地鐵站和公車站或是到弘大商圈採購都是單趟10分鐘內可以抵達👍。(個人大約都走6-8分) ★這次是住別館，整體裝潢設備都很新，每天都有人員將衛浴間和洗手間打掃的非常乾淨，用的很安心🥹 (一定要說一進門就有洗手台這點真的超加分！！在外頭逛街、流汗、手到處碰東西，總是很想洗手洗臉🤣) ★民宿門口和自己的房間都有密碼鎖。 ★廚房餐桌每天早上8點-10點有提供早點吐司、各種抹醬、牛奶、柳橙汁給住客，冰箱有雞蛋可以自己煎，還有起司片超棒！假日甚至還有提供泡麵🥳 ★床比想像中寬敞，床墊軟硬適中好睡，床頭置物台很大，充電USB孔和一般插座孔都有，被子也好蓋，有自己的置物櫃可放東西。 ★淋浴間外有設置新的替換毛巾的層架可以自取。 ★吹風機好用，吹完頭髮請記得拿旁邊的手持吸塵器吸地上的毛髮🫡！！ ★如果班機抵達時間較晚，確定無法在晚上9點前到青旅報到的旅客，請提前至少3天和BUNK的人員告知，屆時他們會提供如何自助報到+隔日補報到的資訊👍。 以上分享，祝大家旅途愉快！

床很好睡，但枕頭對我而言有點太軟了🥹 房間內的衣架夠多，但是能掛的掛勾不夠多🤣 上鋪室友不知為何半夜2-4點左右他的手機鬧鐘鈴聲就不斷的會響起(連續2天都這樣)，重點是只有他睡死一直沒起來，然後都是其他人被他的鬧鐘吵醒...🫪

距離2號線的弘大站走路10分鐘以內一定可以到，附近有很多可以吃跟逛的店家，包含藥局跟olive young或是大創等等，生活機能很好。整體設備也很新，員工很親切，打掃時間也很非常認真仔細，免費早餐提供了吐司、雞蛋、果醬、起司、牛奶跟柳橙汁，也可以自己買材料在廚房簡單烹飪。另外房間內有個人置物櫃可以鎖貴重物品，進出都是使用密碼鎖很安心

住宿的樓層在二樓以上，因為沒有電梯會需要自己搬行李，但樓梯間本身不到很大，因此不太適合帶太大的行李箱

Great location and super friendly service

Ce qui m'a étonné, c'est qu'ils nettoyent tous les jours. On a des serviettes de bain à disposition, on peut les changer tous les jours. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a du café, du lait, du jus d'orange, des œufs, des toast, du Nutella, du fromage, de la confiture, du ketchup. Il y a du shampoing et gel douche à disposition. L'endroit est moderne. Les lits sont confortables, on a de l'espace pour nos affaires et charger nos appareils électroniques. Il y a aussi assez de miroirs et lavabos. L'endroit est calme et les gens sont respectueux. J'étais dans un logement avec que des filles et c'était super ! J'ai fait de belles rencontres.
