Vi nød virkelig vores ophold i lejligheden. Den var rummelig, meget ren, komfortabel og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for under hele opholdet. Sengene var behagelige, og beliggenheden var rigtig god. Lige uden for bygningen finder du flere caféer, restauranter og supermarkeder, og området er privat og overvåget med vagter, hvilket gav en ekstra følelse af tryghed. Wafae fortjener en helt særlig tak. Hun er et fantastisk menneske – utrolig venlig, hjælpsom og altid tilgængelig, når man har brug for hjælp. Hun gjorde vores ophold til en endnu større oplevelse med sit store engagement, sin positive energi og sin oprigtige omsorg. Pas rigtig godt på hende, for mennesker med så stort et hjerte er sjældne. Beth var ligeledes en fantastisk vært. Hun reagerede hurtigt på alle vores henvendelser og håndterede enhver situation professionelt, ærligt og med stor omsorg. Man kunne tydeligt mærke, at hun oprigtigt ønskede, at vi skulle have det bedst mulige ophold.

Desværre kunne swimmingpoolen ikke benyttes under vores ophold på grund af en defekt pumpe. Det var selvfølgelig en skuffelse, da poolen var en af hovedårsagerne til, at vi valgte netop denne lejlighed. Det er dog vigtigt at nævne, at poolen er en del af bygningens fællesområde, så det var ikke noget, Beth selv havde kontrol over. Alligevel valgte hun at tage ansvar, holdt os løbende opdateret og fandt en fair løsning, som vi var meget tilfredse med. Poolen blev repareret og var klar igen, netop som vi skulle rejse hjem, så fremtidige gæster bør kunne nyde den uden problemer. Vi satte stor pris på Beths ærlighed, professionalisme og hendes oprigtige ønske om, at vi trods omstændighederne fik et godt ophold.

The apartment stands out even compared to other ones in the area. It was spotless clean and very well looked after. I do strongly recommend.

La climatisation a cette période d’année est très importante, le personnel a promis sa réparation. Il faut prévoir une place dans le parking d’immeuble.

Das Apartment war sauber und modern eingerichtet,in einer sehr guten Lage. Check Inn und Check out hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Personal sehr freundlich gewesen. Wafaa war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt ein paar kleine Punkte. Die Decken zum Schlafen sollten mal erneuert werden und im Badezimmer könnte mehr Licht sein. Ansonsten gibt's nichts zubemängeln.

Nothing to be mentioned - except the water pressure in the shower . In the whole day , pressure of shower water was very sloooow . And from 1 Am to 6 am , no water at all . One more detail to be taken in consideration , no enough blankets in the flat . Very thin blanket

Het was erg centraal en alles was in de buurt veel ook op loopafstand de kinderen konden in de buurt van alles krijgen voor ieder wat wils qua eettentjes supermarkt ook op loopafstand. Het appartement was ook van alle faciliteiten voorzien.De gastvrouw was ook top!goed geholpen

Ik moest even zoeken voor het adres maar de gastvrouw heeft ons locatie gestuurd mochten zelfs eerder inchecken

The check-in process was disorganized and confusing. Upon arrival, there was no one at security available to assist us promptly. The guard couldn't find our reservation. Coincidentally, a woman sitting next to him, who mentioned she wasn’t feeling well, overheard me mention the name “Beth” as our contact. She then said she was the manager or owner of the apartment. Without her presence, our reservation likely wouldn’t have been found. She claimed she hadn’t received any confirmation of our booking, even though we had already paid through Booking.com. She explained this was because we booked on the same day. I had also messaged Beth directly, but received no response. Eventually, we were allowed into the apartment, although it was a bit uncomfortable that her husband was still inside and there was some cleaning going on—it felt like he might have been staying there. After a long journey, we were just glad to have a place to sleep. Unfortunately, the shower was very disappointing: the water pressure was extremely low and the water was cold. After a full day of traveling, a proper shower for me and my family would have made a big difference. For the price of €124, I expected at least a proper welcome. The customer service was, in my opinion, below standard. In short: we were able to stay, but the arrival experience and facilities definitely need improvement.

large flat, good facilities. air conditioning and heating working well. Good showers. narrow balcony which ran the length of flat had a seating area at one end. In an up and coming residential area with many coffee shops and restaurants around. between 2-5 euros taxi to different ends of the beach. 25-40 minute walk Good smart tv. Keys handed over on arrival and departure.

swimming pool was not a touristy one. This was a residential area with a reasonable size pool for dipping into. no deck chairs out etc. local youngsters laid out towel on marble stone. One bed sheet had seen better days with mini holes in it.

Friendly and helpful housekeeper. Lovely pool once we found out the opening times Comfortable beds. Spacious apartment. Security. Felt safe. Smart televisions.

Lack of cutlery and cooking pans/ dishes etc. Plenty of tagine dishes though. Long walk to/from beach Crockery too big for the dishwasher. Taxis found location difficult to navigate. Stiff patio doors. Kitchen door lock was broken and also the hinge to the games drawer (uno jenga and a small travel connect four) Feel as though I'm being picky but hopefully the feedback will help. All in all it was a lovely break and served us well. The swimming pool was lovely!

The flat was well kept, it was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Special shout out to Wafaa the service lady who made sure to provide all the information we needed for a pleasant stay in Agadir-excellent service

It’s a bit of a distance to the beach, you have to walk for about two miles to the beach and even further to the marina. But there are taxis readily available if you don’t fancy walking .

The location was perfect with a lot of family friendly places to eat within a few minutes walk

The beach was a good half hour walk, but that didn't matter much as we planned to got the Marina and the beach there by taxi.

Punctual and excellent service.

The apartment was very clean, modern and with all facilities needed for a great stay. Two great bedrooms with 2 bathrooms meant my friend and I were able to have our own rooms. Personally I like beds and pillows to be protected with mattress and pillow protectors as there are so many people sleeping there but maybe its not the done thing here. The bed was extremely comfortable though the pillows a little hard for my liking. The beach was further away than I realised but taxis are not expensive around 12 dirham and easily found. In total we were very happy with our stay. Wafai is a gem and ensured we had everything we needed. I find it hard to criticise this apartment and would definitely love to return. Thank you Beth and Mohammed.

Absolutely nothing displeased us. I would love to find fault then maybe it won't be too busy for when I return! If I was to find anything to say maybe get the painters to clean around the skirting boards in the bedroom to remove the paint. Just a small thing in an otherwise beautiful apartment.

The location, the cleanliness of the house, the tranquility, the possibility of taking a quick dip in the common pool. All the services and commercial premises below. Also a special mention to Wafae, the nice girl who takes care of the apartment, who was attentive and extremely available for every detail of our stay. Everything perfect ... we will definitely return next year.
