Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The location is great, within the center and had easy access to the restos and beach if you have a car. The staff is good and welcoming too.
Beware of security, the door keys can access multiple rooms and we found out on accident. The locks on different units are probably the same. There’s no secondary/physical lock to reinforce the door from the inside.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Lovely looking place, quiet and away from the noise of the center. A few restaurant options very close and about 15 min walk from main town/beach. Room was big enough, pool was nice and staff helpful. Arranged scooter rental through hotel. Lots of channels on TV and some in English which was a plus 👍🏼
Pool temperature was very hot, would be nice to have it cooler so it’s more refreshing. Also a bedside lamp would’ve been really helpful to be able to have a more relaxing light before sleeping.

Till att börja med fanns inget underlakan i sängen under filten. Underligt! Det fick vi säga till om. Safen var låst när vi kom och personal fick fippla två ggr med den för att få igång den. Det fanns bara ett badlakan per person och inga hand-handdukar. Duschen var trång och handfatet var placerat separat utanför badrummet vilket gjorde det krångligare med hygienrutiner. Man hade ställt in två flaskor med duschprodukter i badrummet men deras etiketter var så urblekta att det inte gick att se vad som var duschgel och vad som var shampo. Det fick vi också säga till om, och få nya. Poolen var fin men vattnet var varmt. Vi prövade att äta frukost en morgon på boendet men det framgick att kocken inte kan laga mat. Inget smakade bra. Man behöver moppe om man ska bo här, viktigt. Svårt att ta sig runt effektivt annars.

Wichtigster Punkt: Personal war irgendwie durchweg missmutig und wenig freundlich. Wenn freundlich, dann wirkte es aufgesetzt und künstlich. Das lag vielleicht auch daran, dass das Personal total unterbesetzt war. Dadurch wirkten die wenigen Leute immer gehetzt. Kein wirklicher Service, kein Urlaubsfeeling. Die Lage war etwas abgelegen, aber immerhin ruhig.

Plutôt calme. Piscine grande et très agréable. Personnel très gentil et disponible. Possibilité de louer un scooter depuis l’hôtel.
Climatisation bruyante, et en fonction des voisins il y a plus ou moins de bruit.

The front desk was very helpful in arranging laundry service for us and allowing us to use the facilities and pool after checkout. The location, while a little far out of town, kept the noise levels down. It took us around 15 minutes to walk into the main strip.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026I liked the comfortable bed. Got a great night's sleep there. I like the outdoor terrace. Good to have a coffee there in the morning. The breakfast was freshly cooked.
The Internet was slow which was a shame as there was Netflix available. Also the shower was very weak.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Spacious and great hotel with a big pool, well-equipped and clean rooms. Perfect location with a motorbike, about 15 minutes walk to the beach and center.
The only downside was the noise outside the room. I could hear everything people were saying. In the mornings, the cleaners were shouting to each other and talking very loudly, and the same happened with other guests. I was always woken up early by the noise, especially since my room was next to the housekeeping room, which was quite annoying.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025The room is large, clean, and comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. When I told them I was sick and looking to get a Covid/Flu test they had a driver offer to drive me to Tagbiliran and waited with me at the hospital to get my test and results. Breakfast is also pretty good and good value for the area I’d say (250 pesos for meal with juice or coffee). I’d recommend the Filipino breakfast.
It’s not super close to Alona Beach (20 min walk), and the roads to walk there isn’t the best as there’s no shoulder. But it’s far quieter than the area by Alona Beach which has some positives

On our first night after we arrived late the water randomly ran out halfway through showering, we were then told it was out until 6am which wasn’t ideal. Staff were also very noisy in the mornings with talking outside the room and music, this was at 7am and woke us up

No TV in my room, no fridge, no microwave or stove. Small desk. No drawers. Staff did not provide help in getting oriented or advice on things to do. Walkway had sharp pebbles, so had to wear slippers to walk around. Breakfast costs extra, and you have to ask for it.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2025The property was easy to reach and close to the centre (5 min if you use the tuk tuk or bike or maybe 15min walk depending on how far you’re going). There were places to eat nearby. And the property was well maintained and cleaned. Jejie at the front office, was very welcoming, very helpful in giving recommendations and overall a joy to talk to.
Maybe the only thing which I wouldn’t say is a huge issue is that the room I stayed in was closest to the road. For a light sleeper you can hear the cars passing on the road and what not. It’s not a noisy neighbourhood thankfully so it wasn’t a big deal. I would still stay there again.
