- Location was top, close to the meteo and sightseeing. - Room was clean - Easy access via code and key lock to the appartement (no personal contact) - Luggages can be stored in the pizza restaurant directly across of the apartment

Bathroom: - Shower head not working properly (one small waterfall instead of water trops) - The shower barrier is too short, so the water floods the whole bathroom. (We're using the towels to help manage it) - Door handle broken - Towels are like sand paper (no softener used)

Location and cleanliness.

The room was very clean and the location is truly ideal. I also really appreciated the way some of the original furniture and features had been restored, such as the wardrobe, bedside tables, and chandelier, which gave the room a lot of character. Although the property is right in the heart of the lively pedestrian area on Aiolou Street, surrounded by restaurants and bars, the room was surprisingly quiet. The check-in process was also very smooth and easy.

One drawback is the staircase at the entrance of the building, which you need to climb before reaching the elevator. This can make carrying heavy luggage quite difficult. Inside the room, there is also a step leading to the bathroom, which can be inconvenient, especially during the night. Finally, an espresso machine with a few complimentary capsules would be a very nice addition and would make the stay even more comfortable.

Great location, few minutes walk from the center in a quit street. This our 3rd time at this apartment, very spacious, and comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful. Our favorite place in Athen.

The internet is very slow and disconnected.

Bona ubicació. Bones instal·lacions i estava net. El tamany de l'habitació era molt adequat.

No destacaria res negatiu. Has de pujar uns quants graons abans de poder agafar l'ascensor, per mi no va ser un problema, però cal saber-ho abans de llogar-lo.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en el apartamento Zeus. Es muy amplio, luminoso y cuenta con una fantástica terraza desde la que se alcanza a ver el Partenón a lo lejos. La ubicación es inmejorable: está en una calle tranquila, pero a un paso del mercado, de Plaka y de todo el ambiente de la ciudad. Además, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida y excelente en todo momento. El piso conserva muebles clásicos y no está reformado, pero esto lejos de ser un problema le aporta mucho encanto, calidez y se nota que está muy bien cuidado.

Como aspectos a mejorar, éramos 5 personas y solo hay 2 habitaciones; se echa en falta un sofá cama para la quinta persona, que tuvo que dormir en un sofá normal. Por otro lado, la cocina podría estar un poco más equipada, sobre todo por la parte de los fogones, que son bastante rudimentarios (aunque si no tienes pensado cocinar mucho, es suficiente con lo que hay).

La ubicación cercana a varios puntos turísticos y cerca de zonas de restaurantes y bares locales, pero aun asi la zona bastante tranquila sin ruido para poder descansar

L’appartamento più comodo che bello. Per arrivare all’ascensore bisogna fare un po’ di gradini, in più una notte era pure stato rotto da qualche ospite. Una luce nel nostro appartamento non funzionava e nella camera grande non c’erano prese vicino ai letti. In Grecia non si può bere acqua del rubinetto e non é stato offerto nulla a supporto per la colazione e la cucina con piastre da campeggio e fornetto abbastanza scarsa . Le foto sono molto nobilitanti della struttura e fatte col grandangolo , la zona giorno ha una sola finestra che affaccia su un cavedio interno di scarico degli appartamenti ed è molto molto buio , le camere sono accoglienti ma sempre viste orribili .

The apartment is located on a main street, making it very easy and quick to reach all the main attractions. It is very spacious, and having two bathrooms was a great advantage. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful details provided for guests, such as slippers, soaps and shower gels. Everything made our stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment.

Perfect location and a wonderful stay! All the main attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Each room has air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. The large terrace with a beautiful view of the Acropolis was definitely one of our favorite features. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, and everything was exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!!

Everything! Staff was very responsive. Location was amazing. So great for the price. You could see the acropolis from our balcony!!

Could not figure out the alarm. The WiFi didn’t seem to reach our room (room Poseidon). Staff was very responsive to my message about it and sent word to their maintenance. I was only there for 3 nights so it did not get resolved in time, but we had a great stay nonetheless 😊

La luce non funzionava in tutte le stanze. Non avevamo il WI-FI e in fase di check out ci hanno detto che potevamo lasciare i bagagli in un ristorante vicino all’appartamento. Solo che il locale era chiuso.

Missing usb charging ports. I came from US and forgot my 220-110 reduction transformer. Hotel in Barcelona and the cruise we were on both had it. I was able to buy one on the street but it would be nice if you had some for guests.

Such a fantastic spot to stay in Athens. We really loved that the place was clean, and had a stunning view of the acropolis (which I hadn’t realised would be visible, so that was a great surprise). The space was light and airy and well equipped with everything you need. We loved having the balcony.

I don’t think there’s much we didn’t like. We had a bit of trouble with the wifi but we managed and were able to contact the owners quickly.

La camera è in un'ottima posizione, non isolata, non molto distante dalla metro e dalla movida. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio custodito. anche se non ho utilizzato all'interno c'era anche ferro da stiro, piccola chicca.

il box doccia ha un solo un'anta così facendo il bagno dopo una doccia si bagnava tutto. La maniglia del doccino era rotta non permettendone utilizzo di scelta tra doccia e doccino obbligando a bagnare i capelli, si consiglia di riparare o mettere a disposizione cuffie per doccia.

Расположение отличное -центр города, рядом много кафе. Здание парламента расположено в нескольких кварталах от дома. В квартире было все необходимое. Кровати удобные. С ключами - проблем не было . Зашли в подъезд по коду ,а ключи были в ящике, при выселении оставили их там же. Вместо балкона -большая терраса.

До лифта длинная лестница. Чемоданы придется до лифта поднимать самим. Если это не смущает ,отличный вариант.

Would definitely recommend this place. The location is great - walking distance to all the major sites, with a variety of restaurants and coffee shops around. The Monastiraki square is like 3 minutes walk. Still, the apartment is very quiet and cool despite the summer temperatures. The studio is very clean and offers all the amenities one may need. We had no issues with WI-FI as such were mentioned by previous reviewers. Very easy communication with owners as they responded to all our requests.

בניין עם 13 דירות. הדירה שלנו (דירת שני חדרי שינה) הייתה גדולה מאוד, שני שירותים שצמודים לכל חדר המיקום היה מעולה, פשוט מושלם.

ביומיים הראשון לא עבד ה WiFi . גם כשעבד ביום השלישי, לא הגיע לחדר בקצה הדירה אלא רק לסלון. על מנת להכנס למעלית המובילה לדירה צריך לעלות 30 מדרגות. לא קל עם מזוודות.

No wifi - there was a problem with wifi which was raised to host but there is no urgency to resolve it. Towels have been overused and very rough, tray in one of bathrooms were broken and not repaired. Air con in one of the rooms was very cold and cannot be changed.

Struggling to think of anything.

There is no wifi here! When I raised this with management, they said there’s a network issue and to visit the pizza shop across the street if I need internet. Zero mention prior to booking.

Сняли данные апартаменты из-за близости до всех достопримечательностей. Кафе тоже рядом много, все вкусно, цены одинаковые. Прекрасная пицерия напротив. Там же оставили вещи перед вылетом, бесплатно. До лифта на 1 этаже надо подниматься 29 ступенек. Учтите это!! Фото одинаковые - жилье разное. Жили в номере MARE пять ночей. Все необходимое было. Даже 2 бутылки воды и вино. Капельная кофеварка и кофе было и хватило на все дни. А вот чая и сахара всего по 3 пакетика. Мелочь, но обычно хозяева не такие экономные. Есть Комплект посуды и столовых приборов. Жаль, что ножами невозможно что-то отрезать. Есть утюг и маленькая настольная гладильная доска. В ванной зубные щетки с маленькой пастой. Кровать большая, немного мягковат марац. Подушки по 2 шт. и разные по мягкости. Шторы темные, спать отлично. в шкафу есть одеяла

Интернет по приезду работал...Один день из пяти.... Писала хозяину каждый день и не по одному разу. Были только отговорки. А потом, перечитав отзывы, понята, что это не единичный случай. Иногда поключает, а остальное время делает вид, что это для него неожиданность и он работает над этим. НЕТ, не верьте!!!! Интернета не будет. Это было очень неприятно. С учетом, что мы приехали в Афины отметить мой день рождения. И раз уж хозяин не захотел, чтобы было все по-доброму, то теперь опишу все минусы. Приехали поздно вечером и не все не увидели. В номере есть террасса. Там на полу было много воды, которая капала с кондиционеров с верхних этажей. Ну, а утром увидели все остальное. Т.к. в комнате 1 стул, то перекусы едой были на террассе. Стол жутко ржавый и ничем не накрыт. И вода на полу. Обойти все лужи невозможно. Я несколько раз подскальзывалась и чуть не упала. так же не было никакой возможности посушить одежду или полотенца. Шторы не открывали, т.к. напротив дом. И приходилось их держать и днем закрытыми и включать свет. Ощущение, что живешь в подвале. Хотя можно было сделать еще и жалюзи по принцепу день-ночь. В ванной при принятии душа брызги летят везде. В первый вечер положила рядом коврик для ног и как результат - он мокрый. Об этом ранее писали в отзывах, но хозяин не реагитует. То есть - это как с интернетом. И да, еще запахи с кухонь кафе. На ночь оставляли включенной вытяжку в ванной. Иначе утром там было невозможно дышать. И на улице на террассе вечером тоже неприятный запах. Вот так неудачно мы поселились. Хотя я очень внимательно отношусь к отзывам, но в этот раз что-то пропустила. Но когда мы бронировали, то не было выбора - только один номер. Короче, каждый решает сам. Но я туда селиться не рекомендую. Первый раз за все года путешествий столкнулись с таким обращением.

Great value for money! The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Monastiraki Square and close to everything. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

This apartment has the perfect location close to the Acropolis. It's a busy area with lots of restaurants and stores. It's an easy walk to the Acropolis and the Agora, close the National Park and Olympic stadium. We stay on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. You can see the Acropolis from the balcony. The apartment was quiet. It's a big apartment with nice size living room and 3 dining areas. The bedrooms have great air-conditioning. The wine was appreciated.

There was no washing machine so for longer stays may be a problem. Doesn't have an oven just a top burner. Could use more wine glasses.

Konum olarak gezmeyi planladığımız her yere aşırı yakındı. Evin temizliği konusunda Daniela'ya ekstra teşekkür ederiz. Odada ihtiyaç olabilecek her şey mevcuttu (ütü ve ütü masası dahil.) Dolabımızda ikram şarabımız bile mevcuttu. Eğer şehri turist olarak dolaşacaksanız kesinlikle önerimdir.

Bulunduğumuz odanın konumu gereği Wi-Fi ile ilgili problem yaşadık. Yardımcı olmaya çalışıldı ancak çözümlenmedi.

Fantastic location and spacious room Good sound proofing and you could shut out the world if you wanted to, or sit on the balcony and watch the world go by.

Having the 20 stairs to get to first floor with heavy luggage was a hassle , but we were advised.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect location close to the Acropolis and other archaeological sites, as well as many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping areas less than a five-minute walk away. The outdoor terrace was awesome; it was the perfect place to sit and visit with coffee or wine. We thought about going to a rooftop bar, but our terrace was already so cozy and had such an amazing view of the city that we just stayed home and had drinks there! This apartment is also HUGE. I was not expecting to have so much room to spread out in such a dense city area, but it was great! This property definitely met and exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Athens.

Die Lage war hervorragend und wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Es fehlte definitiv ein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse. Ein wenig mehr Geschirr wäre auch schön gewesen.

L’agencement est étonnant : la porte de la douche n’est pas imperméable, salle de bain/ cuisine non séparées, les rideaux qui tombent dans les lavabos. Ce ne sont que des détails qui peuvent être améliorés

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Atene, appartamento affacciato su una corte interna dove non si sentiva affatto il rumore del traffico esterno. Ottima comunicazione con l'host; sono stati super gentili: abbiamo trovato all'arrivo una bottiglia di vino e 2 bottigliette d'acqua in frigorifero e abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli per qualche ora, dopo il check out, presso la struttura.

l'unica cosa da segnalare è che il portone d'entrata cigolava parecchio all'apertura e alla chiusura; dato che il nostro appartamento si trovava al primo piano, il rumore di notte mi ha svegliato, basterebbe lubrificarlo per renderlo silenzioso. Per il resto nulla, tutto perfetto.

It was great experience and wonderful vacations in Athens. Apartment was so nice, clean with all required stuff in the kitchen and bathroom. We had great view from balcony to small walking street with lots of shops and restaurants and of course could see Acropolis. It was easy check-in with detailed instructions and smooth check out. Location is great, you can walk to each and every main sigthseeing places. Fully recomended.

We stayed Apollon and everything was perfect. Amazing location; it’s close to everywhere. Well-furnished and very clean. It was great to have an extra towel and bathrobe. We did not have enough time to drink wine you left for us, but thank you very much for your kindness. We really enjoyed staying there.
