Everything. Spacious and thoroughly clean.

Only downfall is bathroom is outside :( that was all. Everything else amazing.

Had to go outside to bathroom. Nor convenient when 6 degrees in the middle of the night. Also had to kill one cockroach in laundry.

Probably my fault for not reading more reviews and digging deeper into description, but going outside to the bathroom at 2am when it was 6 or 8 degrees, was really uncomfortable.

Just a little (very little) dislike, was that the bathroom wasn’t connected internally but honestly it wasn’t that much of a big deal to walk out and access, I’m just a mum With a mummy bladder so using the bathroom is frequent at night lol

I was surprised that the bathroom not being inside the studio, isn't mentioned in the advertising..?Being winter when I stayed, it was very cold going outside during the night to access toilet.

The lock box was easy to find and the host even allowed us to check in early

The studio was exactly what we were looking for! However, if we were planning on staying longer, it would have been great to have something to cook with like a hot plate or other appliance.

Lovely, clean and tidy modern room that was well presented with additional added treats (small chocolates, cold bottled water and drinks in fridge). Quiet neighborhood with Cafe very close.

The best accommodation I have ever booked, in a great location, in an elegant and modern district. The apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished in a modern style. It is clean and fresh. Several things inspired me to implement in my own home. Lisa, the owner, is wonderful, she helped us solve a problem that complicated our trip. It's a pity that we live on the other side of the world... we would be frequent guests in this impressive house.

Well furnished and comfortable and perfect proximity to the St Kilda BistroCafe where we attended a wedding.

Having to go completely outside to access the toilet and bathroom was something we had not expected and didn’t not match our expectations for a accommodation in this area. The first night was cold and wet so going outside in the middle of the night was inconvenient.

My husband and I were very pleased with our accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing in a very comfortable and peaceful environment. Highly recommend a lovely clean environment thank you to our host.

The bathroom is beautiful, but you do have to go out the main outside door to go a very short distance(2-3metres)to the bathroom. We didn’t find this a problem tho if it was a wet or frosty night that might be different. The host has 2 beautiful fluffy robes inside the main door for use, and an umbrella. Very thoughtful 😀

Location was great, the room was very comfortable, and very clean and tidy.

The bathroom wasn't in the room. You had to exit out of the door and walk across the front of the house to enter the toilet and bathroom. This was unusual and in the middle of the night wasn't pleasant.

Needed an internal door to the bathroom. But it was a wonderful stay. I highly recommended, would come stay again

The studio is amazing! Stunning modern large space with everything I needed and more. Super clean, warm, and a lovely private courtyard.

No issues - the space was perfect.

The room was nice and tidy. Location was fairly central.

We could hear the Neighbours talking and using the coffee machines, which wasn't great early in the morning.

There was no breakfast provided and the instant coffee was rock hard in the container so could not be used. In their defence there were a few coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine if you chose to use it.

The access to the bathroom was from the outside a few metres from the front door. Not very pleasant to use during the night when it was cold and drizzly. A covered walkway would have been a plus.

Fabulous facilities, more than what we needed for a quick stay, lovely decor.

The humming of the ventilation system all night disrupted sleep but only because I'm such a light sleeper. My husband slept through it. This wouldn't stop me from booking again though!

Modern and clean with great attention to detail

The walk to the bathroom and toilet was outside without cover and I got very wet when it rained. Also no window coverings to part of the accommodation that faced a yard and neighbour (over the fence)
